Booked a saddle of roe deer on Friday evening. Identity, relational and historical atmosphere (an anthropological place by Marc Augé). Fireplace lit and live piano bar. Excellent quality saddle (perfectly cooked), accompanied by an excellent Mendrisiotto red (good selection of local wines). After the saddle double, a dessert based on vermicelles accompanied by a passito wine and some piano notes. Thank you for giving us an exciting evening. Thank you for taking me back for a moment to my childhood spent in a historic house in Ticino.
