Excellent restaurant, and the welcome was perfect! The waitress only spoke Italian but we made ourselves understood very well, she was patient and very pleasant 🥰 We took advantage of the zoo al maglio before and it was one of the only restaurants to stay open after 2 p.m. We are delighted to have chosen it. We had pasta cooked al dente, it was excellent, and the pesto was fresh and very good. For dessert, we chose a lemon tart and a mango sorbet for the children. They devoured my lemon cake, which was really delicious. 😊

Nice, pleasant restaurant. You sit inside, in the lounge in the winter garden or outside at the stone tables under the trees. Close to the lake, no hustle and bustle, a nice walk from the train station or the Lido in Caslano. Good cuisine, rather small portions, moderate prices. Cheap lunch menu. Even just to have a drink or an ice cream. Unfortunately, the team was replaced after a short time, the service is poor, there is little knowledge of what is on offer, not very professional and if you are unlucky, a rather long waiting time.

Super nice new owner who also speaks German. For the aperitif we had a Hugo and a very good house aperitif, then a very fine Pinsa with fresh ingredients and a wonderful white Ticino Merlot. There is also a good selection for dessert. I had an affogato (which wasn't on the menu but was made for me upon request). Beautiful cozy terrace under a chestnut tree. The location is great, quiet and good for a swim in the lake before or after. Parking at the restaurant but also a large parking lot next door for lake visitors. 10 min from Magliaso Stazione FLP. Highly recommended! Our new favorite place in Magliaso/Caslano 👍🏻

Menu excellent, service: Massimo courteous and very nice! He also speaks German, but we don't need it. Conclusion: slightly hidden insider tip, you have to go!!

We wanted to make a reservation for dinner for 18 people from Insieme Cerbral Graubünden on Friday evening, Tuesday. The owner of the restaurant generally does not want to serve such a group of people. Cooking for 18 people is too much for him. He and his staff would serve a maximum of 10 guests in an evening. Anything else would be too much for him. Ok, end of the season, earned enough and probably already cleaned the kitchen. The restaurant was empty at 8 p.m. Whatever that means. Thank you very much, we were happy. One star is two stars too many.

A place immersed in the absolute tranquility of the town of Magliaso. Covered seating both inside and on the cabin-style veranda. Even more beautiful is the outside with large tables ready to host large groups. The food is not bad at all, I tried a simple but good sandwich and a full-bodied and tasty plate of cured meats and cheeses. A little disappointed by the cheese, I prefer the tastier ones but the mix of cured meats is excellent. Classic light blonde draft beer and a very friendly environment where socializing with customers and especially the owner is not difficult at all. Ample parking available but if like me you love walking you can easily take the train, stop at Magliaso station, take a walk and arrive comfortably in this truly relaxing place. Average prices for the Canton of Ticino, one star less due to the fact that you can only pay with a debit card after a certain amount of euros.

Arrival with a friend and our children (4): Extremely disappointed with this restaurant given the good reviews. Very unpleasant welcome, the children were immediately told to make less noise without a word of welcome. (And it's not that they were shouting) We are made to understand that there is no children's menu...but that exceptionally we will do one...(children of 5 years old I specify)... The waitress must not have smiled all evening..., even cold, we had the impression of disturbing... when we asked for ice cream she replied: "a moment, ok??!!! » (there were 2 other tables with people I specify, it was not crowded) Basic food, fries and classic bratwurst without a vegetable, poor tomato mozzarella salad with green salad leaves...not even a hint of basil on it Without children who were hungry we would have left immediately

Wir hatten Roastbeef mit Kartoffelsalat. Der Kartoffelsalat war sehr gut, jedoch nur sehr wenig auf dem Teller, beim Roastbeef 9 ganz dünne kleine Tranchen und dies für Fr. 26.—. Es wurde abgeräumt ohne zu fragen ob es gut und genug war. Ob es bei den anderen Gerichten auch so ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen, da wir die einzigen Gäste waren.
