We came here after receiving several recommendations, and we were glad we did. The food was delicious, and the service and atmosphere were fantastic. We started with the carpaccio, I had the ossobuco with polenta and my husband had the ravioli. All were very good. Overall a wonderful experience, highly recommend!

Very nice restaurant with a romantic outdoor area. The restaurant is located not far from the Verzasca Valley. The food is very good and the service is also super friendly. Plenty of parking spaces right next to the restaurant.

Overall it's not bad, quality food but nothing exceptional. For what you eat and the quantity it is very expensive. Excellent location

We spontaneously went to Paradiso on Friday evening and luckily got a free table. We were warmly welcomed and escorted to a great table. The whole atmosphere, decoration, the harmonious lighting, the pool light (shimmered through the banana plants), a chain of lights adorned the entire property, creating a dream of coziness and holiday feeling. The menu is manageable and full of typical Ticino specialties. The food was served in perfect timing (we had 2 courses) and was not only visually very good, but also a real treat in terms of taste. The team fits perfectly and framed everything with their friendly, open manner. We look forward to your next visit! Price/performance: tip top! Grazie Mille🌴✨

Incredibly indecent owner. We reserved a table for 4, unfortunately two of us spontaneously dropped out due to illness. But we didn't want to be indecent and still take the reservation. That's why two of us drove the 30 minutes to Paradiso. When we get there, the owner angrily asks us where the others are. When we then said that they unfortunately couldn't come spontaneously due to illness, she told me in front of all the guests that she definitely wouldn't give me a table for 4 and that she had to take a look now. She then disappeared and we stood behind the barrier like two reprimanded schoolchildren. She came back after 3 minutes, opened the chain and said we could sit at a wooden table. As soon as we entered, she again gave an inappropriate lecture in the middle of all the guests and didn't even show us where the table in question was supposed to be. Only when we looked around, lost, did she shout again through the crowd, “down there by the wooden bench”. When we got there, we realized that we were sitting at a large wooden table with strangers. So it wouldn't have been a problem at all if there were only two people there. We sat down and briefly processed the incredible impudence of this dissatisfied person. We then decided to go and spend our money in a restaurant that values ​​its guests and, above all, has decency. As we were about to walk downstairs, the owner shouted cheeky words after us and tried to justify her behavior to the other guests by talking about us. It's a shame for this beautiful place. We have been there several times and have recommended it to friends! We were then served very well at Nostrana in Ascona.

We really enjoyed the food, very nicely prepared. Quite a nice spot. Very well booked in the summer because there is not much space. We also lived in the beautiful little houses with the narrow streets. But I think you have to be here longer or come back again and again to be a part of the Osteria. Oh, more Ticino sun in the heart would be the 6th 🌟 😉 grace

Were sent away at 8:40 p.m. even though there were still free tables. When we asked when the kitchen would be open, the answer came until 9 p.m.! 2 people 2 minutes before us got a table. We will not give the Paradiso a second chance.

Evening meal with a couple of friends. Homemade local cuisine, the service provided by Franchka, the good house red... The atmosphere, the welcome, everything was perfect, including the final note. Many restaurateurs in the region could be inspired. For us it was paradise... Address absolutely to keep!

Arriving somewhat by chance at lunchtime, we were very pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a tourist restaurant given the location but not at all, it feels more like a small mountain restaurant, like home. The person who welcomed us was charming throughout. The two pasta dishes we had were very good. Also suitable with a baby, high chair provided and simple pasta dish offered for her. No exchange plan but the waitress quickly found a solution for us, so perfect. I highly recommend.

This was the second time I've been here with my friend Nicolas and it was perfect, just like the first time. The food is a poem, the atmosphere is a dream in paradise that completely relaxes you and takes you on vacation. The warm, friendly, loving conditions that give you the feeling of being warmly welcomed and that you have known them for years. We didn't make a reservation on the first evening 😅🙈 We were still warmly welcomed and were allowed to enjoy a drink by the pool until we were happily asked to sit down after almost 30 minutes. If you don't want to wait, we recommend booking in advance. My personal recommendation: The bruschetta as a starter is a culinary delight 🥰😍😇👍🏼🌸 Fresh products prepared with love. A paradise indeed. Great place with authentic Italian food. Menu is not so big, but the selection is really great. All we've tried was just unbelievably delicious. Service was above the expectation. We've enjoyed every minute spent there. We had a feeling that everything there was done with passion, starting from the arrangement of the place itself, to the serving, and the quality of food. They also serve the best aglio olio e peperoncino in this part of the world. Great experience, top food. Give it a visit for sure.

Nice atmosphere, even though the restaurant is above the street, it doesn't feel like it at all. The food is excellent! Unfortunately we couldn't use the playground because it was raining. Service very friendly and accommodating! What more could you want 😊

A paradise-like atmosphere is guaranteed in this Osteria. There are enough parking spaces, which makes getting there easier. Very nice family serves the guests. The food tastes heavenly. There are also delicious off-menu dishes. Quiet and relaxed, especially late in the evening, there is a great atmosphere. There is also a very nice playground for children. I recommend this restaurant unreservedly.

Where should I start... Truly a little paradise! The restaurant has been decorated with great attention to detail; everywhere you can see little surprises that make you smile. The service was extremely polite and personable, the chef came over personally and brought the food: extremely delicious! A visit is a must, a return is guaranteed.

The server there was the best! My friends and I come from the US and Puerto Rico - we aren't used to the European 3-6 no food thing. And the guy there hooked us up with lasagna and wine and salad. He was super sweet even though we were a crazy inconvenience. The food was fantastic and the views were great. 1000000% wish I could have taken wine home to the family. I know the salad was simple but it was probably one of the best I've had. He also let us split the bill, making it easy for us. The two people that I saw working spoke fluent English so the language barrier wasn't an issue.

Only ate here once but the food was delicious and the service was absolutely great. I love the ambiente, too. Glad to have happened on this place. Definite recommendation!

What a magical ambience, a truly fairytale Osteria that lives up to its name! Because the food was really great too: paradisiacal, excellent cuisine! The beautiful tables are cozy on several floors in the middle of the vine pergola. A big compliment to Francesca and her team, who managed to pamper their guests tirelessly and with hospitality all the way up and down the stairs. We will come back! By the way, there is both a bus stop and a parking lot in the immediate vicinity.

We discovered this beautiful grotto by chance while traveling through the Verzasca Valley. The dinner was super delicious. Mega fine Ticino cuisine. Very loving, nice staff. Great price-performance ratio. We will be happy to visit the grotto again on our next vacation.

The location and ambience are really great. Small and nice and also suitable for families with a small playground on the side. Service very friendly. The menu is small but with various, beautifully prepared delicacies which also taste great. Since it is relatively small, you should make a reservation or be there right away when it opens. For wine lovers there is a small cellar where you can find something suitable. A place where you would like to go again, away from the hustle and bustle.

Oh, what can I say here? Whenever I'm in Ticino, this Osteria is an absolute must. The Osteria is super nice, the staff is funny and very friendly, but the best thing is the food. It doesn't matter whether it's the Ticino platter or a warm meal, it's simply delicious. The chef personally checks whether the food was tasty (if there is time for it, as the Osteria is usually well booked). I therefore recommend that you reserve in advance so that a place is guaranteed.
