The coffee roastery impressed me as soon as I entered with its pleasant smell of freshly roasted coffee. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff created a relaxed atmosphere. The range of coffee variations was varied and the quality of the coffee was excellent. I could literally taste the difference to industrially produced coffee. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail that was evident in every step of the roasting process. The coffee roastery is definitely a recommendation for all coffee lovers!

Graf Kaffee was recommended to me because it is in the region and the coffees are said to be very digestible. I then opened the online shop and within 2 minutes I was able to place my order as a new customer. This is how e-commerce works! I'm now looking forward to the delivery and the coffee result in my cup. Update: I didn't have to change anything in the rating, the perfect delivery came 2 days later. I immediately tried the coffee in our fully automatic machine and now we can finally drink an enjoyable one. Thank you also for the greetings from the managing director.

Basically: TOP coffee, no question... But: Purchasing from the factory store might be a little cheaper. Until recently there was a volume discount of 5.00. And suddenly it's gone without notice. And... long-time customers should be rewarded with a “Gudi” every now and then. I've been a good customer for over 10 years and there has NEVER been a loyalty reward... It's a shame and it's slowly raising the question of changing for me. Ultimately, you should also keep your private recipients warm. These remain loyal even when restaurants are closed due to corona... think about it!

We tried out various types of Graf coffee and then decided on the perfect coffee for us. The customer service is very friendly - 1A excellent!! Friendly and competent advice, short waiting times with a cozy coffee corner. You can taste the excellent coffee quality right from the packaging, I'll be back.

Once in and out after 5 minutes, without purchase. I actually wanted to consider a Swiss dealer for my personal coffee use. Advice catastrophe, when I wanted to try the coffee that was offered to me for 20Fr per kilo - factory shop price - I was told: it's not possible, buy a small pack and you'll have the same effect. That's what the gentleman who came in said. I'm sorry, what? The prices are not listed in the brochure. Thank you, I will buy my coffee from the discounter in the future as always. Incredibly necessary in today's world.
