Super friendly service and really good food

It wasn't our first time here. This time we celebrated our birthday in a small circle. The food is always very tasty, with a good (not cheap) price/performance ratio. There was even a bit of decoration especially for the birthday (not much, but a nice touch). Our guests liked the ambience because they really like rustic things. I was afraid they wouldn't like the outdated interior. For me, the food is crucial to eating and celebrating there. I can now say with certainty that the dishes, including spring rolls, are freshly made in-house. They were just rolled during a break in the kitchen. You can eat and enjoy food in peace and quiet without becoming stressed. In any case, we always enjoy coming here. Many thanks to the hosts.

The food isn't consistently good, but it's actually really great. But sometimes you can eat together and sometimes you can't because takeaway comes in the way...Unfortunately the service staff are rude, inattentive (they could definitely sell more drinks if you ask) and some of them hardly speak any German. The menu cards have been unhygienic for six months, falling apart and stuck together with glue. The toilets are old and dirty. There's a lot of room for improvement; if the food wasn't so great, we wouldn't go anymore

Went there for the first time because of the good reviews - the food tasted delicious! Spring rolls were freshly prepared in front of the guests. Locally small but nice right in the center of Dietikon. Parking spaces are also available.

We were there again on Saturday and unfortunately we were disappointed. We had reserved and were placed in the back room, which doesn't exactly have an inviting atmosphere, is carelessly furnished compared to the main room and we were a little forgotten in the room. As far as food is concerned, the prices have risen quite a bit and the price/performance ratio is no longer right. The fact that you charge the same amount or even more for a salad than for a menu is absolutely overpriced, unfortunately there was no option to order half portions (we wanted the Laab salad). My partner ordered the chicken wings, four pieces, it was very carelessly prepared. Fr. 10.50 just doesn't correspond to what was on the plate. The main courses are good but they are also priced at the upper limit. We often go out for Asian food and for the prices, we get great ambience and top quality elsewhere. It's clear to me that the prices have to be adjusted due to the whole situation, but at some point the price/performance ratio is no longer right and we've been to Pad Thai several times, but unfortunately it hasn't changed for the better.

We were invited today and I am thrilled with the variety of the menu. I really like the ambience and the food. It's authentic and delicious. The service is very friendly^_^

We have ordered from them a few times now and the food has always been exceptional. We are vegetarian, and so far we have ordered curries ( red & green), pad krapao and Tom yum. The Tom yum took me back to my Thailand trip. Special shout-out for the spice level. They know how to make food Asian spicy, and that's a rare thing in Switzerland. The restaurant staff have been the ones to deliver the food and they are super kind.

The chicken pad Thai was very good but everything else mediocre. Unfortunately, we ordered cool milk pink drinks that tasted expired and quite terrible, we tried to return it when it was still full. They exchanged it for water instead and still charged the full 16 francs. Service was sometimes friendly sometimes rude. We don’t recommend sitting on the patio/garden unless you want to be attacked by aggressive flies while eating. Finally, the complimentary candy given with the check had ants in it. Makes me worried about food safety. Would not return.

Unfortunately, we felt cheated because we were knowingly presented with an old menu card with cheaper prices. The price was well above average for a fairly standard Vegi Thai dish in a better snack bar with old furnishings. According to the old menu, there are already salted prices for pad grapao with tofu for 24.50, flat rice noodles for 21.50 and mango sticky rice for 12.50. When billed it was then 29.50, 24.50 and 15.50. Another statement was that a fried egg on the dish, which according to the picture on the menu is standard, was also charged an extra 4 francs. After we pointed out that they were handing out false cards with incorrect prices, there was no understanding at all for their mistake and they only put us off so that everything became more expensive. The waitress was nice at service, but unfortunately her boss wasn't. This will not attract guests to your restaurant.

Order arrived 20 mins late and the wrong order! I had ordered Pad Thai with crevetten, I got it with Poulet. I especially requested the Thai red curry to not be spicy, it was sooo spicy, couldn’t eat it!

I've been to Pad Thai several times. Always very satisfied. The visit on September 26, 2021 was disappointing. Long waiting time even though the restaurant was not full. After waiting 40 minutes, I got a small salad instead of a large salad. Waited a long time to pay again. No farewell when leaving the restaurant.
