The quality of the products is not what I expected. I've shopped there several times and tried different things with my family. Cheese tart is bland and meaningless. Just like the bread! Salads are expensive and you don't get much. I am very disappointed. What a shame! There are many good bakers to choose from where I will spend my money in the future.

The Panetarium used to be a lot better. My colleague and I were here today and were very disappointed. I always drink the Mokkafino Hell, today it didn't taste good at all. My colleague drank an Iced Mochafino, iced = cold. The coffee was warm, I complained and the answer was, I always do it like that. No compensation. My coffee didn't taste like coffee but like oil and looked broken. I left him there. So for 9 francs I expect something better. Am very disappointed. I was already here and it said the machine was currently being cleaned and it was still open for about 4 hours, I don't think that's possible. A pity

I like the concept with a bakery and café. Quality is also OK. Unfortunately, it soon becomes the rule that there are no more butter peaks available on weekday mornings around 8:00 a.m. or on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. You then get the answer to consume corn peaks, rustico peaks, running peaks, etc., which are available in abundance because they are apparently less popular. It can happen sometimes, but after the umpteenth time it becomes difficult. There doesn't seem to be a learning effect to bake more butter peaks and fewer other peaks. You should also make sure to refill (bake) before there are no more butter peaks left. Then you wouldn't have to say every time that you just have to wait 15 minutes. As I said, it can happen sometimes, but it shouldn't happen several times practically every week. By the way, this doesn't happen to all employees, it's always the same specialist salespeople who don't seem to be able to think ahead.

Espresso okay, baked goods for the toilet too for 1.-?! I find it a bit questionable if you come in as a guest...

Breakfast was good. Unfortunately not a large selection other than pastries.

Basically coffee great cakes good and coffee is acceptable. What I am missing most is low range of sweet products variety. Overall is good but nit perfect!

Friday afternoon around 1400 the Panetarium in Bischofszell was empty, with just one customer sitting outside. We, two people, shopped in the Coop and then briefly sat down at a table for two outside, where we wanted to eat the ice cream we bought in the Coop and then buy bread in the Panetarium. We had only sat down briefly when a Panetarium employee told us to leave, her boss had sent her and she thought it was ok if we sat here for a moment. We left immediately, we didn't buy any more bread and we never will again. I have no idea why customers are chased away even though no one was there and we didn't take away anyone's space. This "behavior" is not customer-friendly and the fact that the "boss" sent her employee is unworthy of a boss. It's a shame, they've lost us as customers and we certainly won't advertise the Panetarium.

Cafeteria very good. Baked goods are pretty bland. You can tell that it is an industrial product. Croissants in particular are quite poor. Staff friendly. But… 4.50.- for a Redbull… Really?

Very unfriendly service this afternoon and unfortunately it wasn't the first time! Unfortunately, I couldn't buy anything at 12:45 because the counter was almost empty and the waitress wasn't willing to make a filled roll, even though we were the only customers and there were plenty of empty rolls there, and unfortunately not for the first time!

Good coffee, delicious baked goods. Only the service could be a little friendlier.

Concept very good, implementation unfortunately disappointing. For me, as a trained baker but no longer working, the baked goods are only second class. The croissants in particular (look and taste) are disappointing. In my opinion, the butter plait also has too little taste

Here you will find a very nicely furnished, open branch. There's a lot of variety on offer, so it's quite difficult for me to decide... Parking spaces are available right in front of the door and are simply shared with the Coop next door. It opens very early in the morning.
