It was great. It was a little spicy but otherwise perfect.

We were there for the first time for my birthday and I thought it was great! The food was great, the service was friendly and patient, despite guests arriving every minute. As a surprise there was a cake with a candle!💜 Will definitely come back!

Very good food. The portion was tip top. Unfortunately, there is always only a small amount of different types of meat, so if the customer in front of me wants the same thing, there isn't enough for you, so you are forced to use something else.

I thought it was great, I'm only "half" Filipino myself and I don't know this culture and don't eat, but it was absolutely delicious and inexpensive 🙏 Thank you very much! I hope you also have Siopao Pork 😁

Papa Oros in Brugg wowed me with his absolutely phenomenal food! The portions are enormous, the food is homemade and super fresh. I am still completely blown away by this family-run business, which deserves a top rating in every respect. The price-performance is excellent, the location is beautiful and the food is fantastically delicious. The pleasant and very attentive employees live and love their job with pride. I'm already looking forward to the next time!

Reservation for 2 people. Table directly at the entrance door. Constant take away, which causes disruption. Hardly any space to sit. Ordering only possible at the checkout. Toilet clean. Food and lemonade nice. Price performance for the restlessness and ordering kind of too high.

I have often been to Papa Oro's privately and recently organized a Christmas dinner there (on business). The entire process happened smoothly. The service was efficient and very friendly, the food was delicious and all participants were enthusiastic.

Above average food. The vegetables are crunchy and seem fresh, and the meat and sauces taste very good. I eat there regularly and enjoy eating there. The price performance ratio is very good. A recommendation to everyone who likes this type of food!

The food are basically filipino dish, tasty and exact flavors at home Phils. I like the pre order idea where you can order in advance more exotic filipino dishes. The price is reasonable in exchange of the Pinoy home feel and hospitality. Also interesting are the diversed coffee flavors and „kakanin“ as filipino dessert. Authentic filipino dish run by authentic filipino family. And finally an authentic filipino food in the heart of Brugg not very far from Zurich. I love the location of Papa Oro’s situated in the middle of the old town. The restaurant is nice, simple and a bit small, but the ambiance has the feeling of being in the Philippines. Not extravagant but enough to showcase to other cultures and friends. We are really recommending to visit the Papa Oro‘s Restaurant in Brugg! Cassy & Thomas

Price performance ratio top. The food was extremely good and just the smell in the store really impressed me. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is rather cramped. We sat outside and then had to extend the umbrella ourselves. If only someone from the staff had asked, it would have been great.

We were in Papa Oro’s last Sunday lunch, it was a great experience the place inside is lovely, we tried for drinks the Calamansi juice, Mango Juice very refreshing then Spring rolls , pork barbecue then we ordered on their Brunch Menu the Supersilog its a big Filipino Breakfast served on a Bamboo Tray: 2 breads ( Pandesal), garlic rice, sunny side up fried eggs, fruits and side salad with tocino, beef tapa,boneless milkfish and longganisa (filipino chorizo/sausage) For dessert we takeout the ube cake and tried the very popular Ube latte which is amazingly good! Everything were very tasty and authentic, The staffs and owner were very friendly and attentive Only thing is they forgot to serve the dessert plate if im not mistaken??. But will definitely go back try other cuisine and rice bowls. I recommend to try this restaurant when in Brugg! Its worth the visit!

Friendly staff, food wonderful. A more precise declaration of the allergens would be great. (gluten, milk, etc.) It tastes great and the price/performance ratio is more than fair. We always ate more than enough afterwards. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back.

We had a couple of rice bowls with mixed toppings to try as much as we could, and it was all excellent. The pork belly bao bun is also really good. Not half bad coffee either! It's definitely worth a trip out from Zurich.

I had my birthday Celebration in Papa Oro in Brugg. Thankful that they were able to accommodate us, party of 10. I loved the interior, it’s comfortable with a relaxed ambience. The food was delicious as always and the staff were really helpful, kind and all serving with a smile. They made us feel so comfortable. Auntie Virgi made the tastiest ube cake!! Uncomplicated restaurant, fine food, friendly service, fair prices. Fine, homemade lemonade. Situation at the checkout unsatisfactory as all employees do everything, hence waiting time. So pay when the food is served!! Rather limited space if you can't eat outside.
