We had lunch in the restaurant. It was simply great! The range of menus and salads was excellent and extremely diverse. Both vegetarian and vegan options are available. The dishes are prepared with a lot of dedication and know-how. With the large terrace, the restaurant also has an excellent location. The prices are justified. The icing on the cake was the handsome sous chef who chatted with his guests. We'd love to come back any time!

Thank you for the great, free Dementia Trilogy event. They were very interesting evenings. Thank you also for the great hospitality and the fine aperitif riche. If such an event takes place again, highly recommended.

If the gentlemen don't like it, they simply hang up or don't answer the phone at all. Today my father, who is almost 80 years old, was shouted at by technical service employees. As soon as I can, I'll get my father out of there. Rude, incompetent administrative staff. When I call the main office, I immediately notice how the employees don't like the fact that it's my turn (they open their mouths if something is wrong). Such a juice shop. What's funny is that Pelago thanked us 4 weeks ago for a review that was posted 4 (four!) years ago. Wait and see how the Pelago behaves towards relatives once the kesb is in play. My review refers to the time when Ms. Markart was manager.

Extremely bad, because an external person who has nothing to do with care decides on settings whether dossiers are forwarded. If even a company doesn't take the time to do that, then cheers meal.

Unfortunately, I personally cannot recommend KV as a training place due to my own experience, very little support from job profiles and no willingness to properly train the learners. I was fired from one day to the next, during my first year of training. My ALS was not managed correctly. Even if the vocational trainer in question no longer works there, that doesn't change my personal experience as a trainee with the Pelago and this is welcome to be read publicly. However, I still passed my apprenticeship with very good results.

I was allowed to do community service in this nursing home for 2 months. I can't understand the bad reviews, I found the entire staff to be humane, friendly and respectful towards the residents, almost everything is done within the scope of the options available to the staff to make the residents feel comfortable. However, you also have to realize that some of the residents don't stay there voluntarily due to their infirmities and there are always difficult relatives who don't understand that the staff can't be in 3 places at the same time and don't always look after everyone equally well can take care of. However, everyone is doing their best within their possibilities. I was able to observe this from the kitchen with its great food to the warm care. The feedback from the residents when asked about their well-being in the home was generally positive.
