Great restaurant with very tasty Asian food. The momos were authentic and fresh. The service was also very friendly.

I was there once with my family and from that day on I became a regular customer. The service is just great, they are very polite and the food is delicious! There is a Tibetan buffet every Monday at lunchtime and I recommend it!

The food was great and they are really the best momos in the entire city, there's no denying that it's worth going. The service wasn't what I expected because unfortunately it was very quickly apparent that she had only been doing this for a short time, so that's a bit Deduction but other than the many different chairs there is nothing major to complain about

First time I tried Momos, topical Tibet meal, it was delicious. My daughters enjoyed tasty noodles 🍜 The restaurant is quiet with a nice atmosphere. There are beautiful books about Tibet, to boost motivation for a nice travel.

Great vegetarian selection! So far I've mainly concentrated on the momos - "mixed plates" were always possible in every variation, which I think is great. So you can try out the new seasonal Momos at any time without having to forego the tried and tested favorites 😀. Next time I'll probably try the Nga-zom Bento - my table neighbor looked very tasty and the sample variations are EVEN more diverse 😉. I'm looking forward to it! And by the way, for karaoke fans: Something is being planned in the super beautiful vaulted cellar - it's definitely going to be cool 🎤🎶😎!

The food was very tasty, handmade momos. 🤩 I also thought the idea was great that you could mix the variants. Had the vegetarian and vegan ones - both really good! The homemade fries were nice and flavorful. The staff (a young lady) was really nice, quick and also gave me the tip about mixing the momos. Thanks again for that! Now I'm full and satisfied. 😂 I can fully recommend the food here to everyone, oh yes and the mango lassi! He was jammy!

Very fine momos in different flavors. I recommend ordering different types or sharing them with each other, as the different types together offer a great taste experience. There are also house fries and a really good hot sauce.

Price/performance is not right overall. I've tried momos and bibimbap so far. Momos: There are somehow hard pieces in the minced meat (bones?), which I found to be unsuitable. Bibimbap: Tastes good but the portion size is quite small for the price of over 30 Chf.

Very tasty cuisine and good beer. Friendly waitress - I couldn't understand why there were only a few guests there. Definitely a recommendation. Give it a try :)

A homely, hearty restaurant with Tibetan and Korean specialties. The bibibam with beef is awesome. The homemade momos also taste great! During the season the landlady also serves pumpkin momos or raclette momos! What a creation! Any time!

Edit: I gave three stars before because i didn’t enjoy the momos. Instead of saying they would improve or quality check, the owner asked me to review with consciousness. Wow. Each person has their own opinion, i dont get this. Now only one star. And if you look at these lower rating comments, the owner always tries to find excuses instead of trying to improve, making it the fault of the customers. Not bad. Very traditional Chinese taste. Korean dumplings are not like this. Very delicious.

Had momos to take away which were delicious. The price for 8 rather small momos is far too expensive compared to the city.

The restaurant was represented at Basel Fantasy with a Momo stand. And that's what my review refers to. The momo was prepared on site and tasted good. I ordered a portion of French fries with the Momo's, which were also good. I ate at several food stalls at Fantasy Basel and also at an Asian food stall right next to this Momo stall, which was more popular than the Momo stall and was at least twice as busy. Unfortunately, the waiting time at the Momo's stand in this restaurant was longer than average. I never had to wait so long at any other food stand. I waited 20 minutes at the stand next door because this stand was extremely well prepared and had enough staff and cooking supplies. At the Momo stand in this restaurant I wait +50 minutes. And while I was waiting in line for +50 minutes, I wondered what it could be; why does this food stand have such an extremely long waiting time?? I think the food stand at this restaurant was simply not prepared well enough for the rush. The Momo's were cut down on site, either because the food stand was overrun and then there were no more left or because they simply didn't prepare. From my point of view, folding the momos on site took a lot of time and the food stand only had 1 steam cooker. We had to wait again and again until the momos were cooked. In addition, the food stand only had one deep fryer, which was a huge conflict in my opinion. The fries and spring rolls both had to be fried. I often observed people switching back and forth and while I ordered fries and another trade fair visitor ordered spring rolls, this caused an additional long wait. Upon request, I will adjust the rating from 1 star to 3 stars, although 3 stars is very generous.

Hello everyone, when you enter the restaurant you are initially unsure whether it is even open because half of the restaurant was only dimly lit. The momos were good so far, we also had “fried noodles with vegetables” there was no question of fried here, it was noodles with vegetables at best. The waitress herself goes into the cellar laughing, the order for a special (Cola/Fanta) visibly disgusted her and was commented that she had never had anything like that before. The website suggests that the owner comes from Tibet, but we could only find out that she is probably from Burma... a shame because we would have liked to know what that means.

The dishes are very good, unfortunately they did not have all the dishes and drinks available. But I went on a Tuesday and because they do things artisanal, I didn't find it so serious. The service was ok, but she seemed new and at first it seemed like she didn't really want to work. I still had a good evening and I loved discovering a little-known cuisine. It was very good and I will still go back to try other dishes.

The service was not courteous; they wanted to process the guests as quickly as possible. The food was nothing special. The starter was garnished with a dirty lettuce leaf that still had soil on it. So everything is pretty heartless. My bibimbap was poorly seasoned and cold. You had to season it yourself with soy sauce. The price would be appropriate if the quality was right, but that wasn't the case. There is still a lot of work to be done on the motivation of the service staff as well as when preparing the food and when tasting it.

We ate at Penpas for the first time today and will be happy to come back soon. The food was fantastic! Both young and old enjoyed it and enjoyed it. Also worth mentioning is the friendly service and the general warm atmosphere. I'm glad to have discovered this great restaurant. Thank you :-)

Great food, a bit lacking in variety. The decor is more suited to a fast food place than a restaurant. Rather a stop for a snack than for dinner. Prices approx

Nice place. Vegetarian Momos were just ok Vegan Momos were much better.

Unfortunately, the baked cauliflower was still ice cold in the middle. The momos were very tasty, but they got cold relatively quickly because the plate wasn't preheated. The fries were crispy but slightly over-seasoned.

The best restaurant I've been to so far. Incredibly good food and great selection. The raclette momos were so good, as were all the other dishes. The service was also very friendly. I think I have a new favorite food :). Gladly again.

Very good Tibet and Korean food. Short but varying menu. Swiss meat! Nice interior and a welcoming service. Good for momo's and asian Soups. Also quite a few possibilities for vegetarians.

Delicious! We ordered different appetizers to share and everyone loved them! The seasonal momos (with raclette cheese) are an enrichment of the basic range. For me anyway, they are the best momos in town. The service was extremely attentive and was able to explain many details about the food. Keep it up! We'd love to come back.

Very good discovery in the center of Schaffhausen! Excellent cuisine, attentive service, kindness towards children and good value for money. It is even possible to buy the homemade hot sauce which - in itself - is worth the detour.
