PEPPINO Frick in Frick

I celebrated my 18th birthday at Peppio in Frick. The owner accompanied me the whole way through the planning. They were very helpful and got me a lot of the decorations. There were antipasti, pizzas and tiramisu and chocolate cake to eat. The antipasti was a bit meaty, but that could be easily adjusted. The dessert was very tasty and homemade by the owner. The price-performance ratio was great. The restaurant even stayed open longer so that we didn't have any time pressure to go home. I am very satisfied with the service and recommend Peppion as a restaurant.

Was here for Women's Day. Food and service absolutely top! The new owner attaches great importance to the complete satisfaction of the customers. The waiter and the boss were very friendly and attentive from reception to farewell. The ambience is soothing and charming. The price-performance ratio is worth mentioning. Can absolutely recommend it... and will be back soon.

Peppino Frick surprised me positively. Great atmosphere, very attentive and friendly service. I definitely recommend Antipasto della casa (for 2 people). Simple menu specializing in pizzas (15 varieties... there is something for every taste), and interesting desserts. Lunch or evening... it's definitely worth it. The prices are very fair.

A stop for a quick lunch that turned into a taste experience. Very good pizza, with a light and easily digestible dough. Excellent ingredients. Efficient service with very friendly staff. Fair price for its location. I'll be back as soon as I can

We celebrated a birthday with 9 people and the organization and food were great! Very friendly service, we even celebrated and toasted until after midnight (this was previously agreed). Peppino is highly recommended and we didn't miss anything. 👍

The food is really great even though we waited a long time but the service leaves a lot to be desired. We probably would have had dessert but we had to wait until someone noticed that we were leaving. At the beginning we waited almost 30 minutes until the order was even taken. The food came quite quickly after that but as soon as we were finished we were ignored. The restaurant wasn't too full but we had the feeling that the two men in service were somehow not making any progress. We would definitely come again but we hope that the service will be better by then or that there would be someone more on duty for the weekend.

Quality of the pizzas is impeccable. Airy edge, fresh tomato sauce and very good taste. Had a pizza with Nduja (Calabrian sausage). The ambience is more or less there from the predecessor and is therefore a perfect fit for me. I have deductions for the following: - Star in service It was rather slow. Waiting time for a pizza upon request 20 minutes. After 50 minutes I asked and then got it five minutes later, so after 55 minutes. - Price-performance The pizzas are good. However, the price-performance ratio is not right. Wide edge, usable area approx. 16cm and very little of it. In the end I pay CHF 23 for a pizza. I think that's a shame. Unfortunately I won't be visiting again. Addendum: Peppino contacted me. This was extremely positive and I was able to convince myself on a second visit that the prints were not a heterogeneous image. Thanks, it's fine...

Fine dining with friendly service

I've been there several times in the last 3 weeks, the food is really good, the pizzas are fresh and fine, the prices for the pizza are ok. However, the drinks are way too expensive, there are no cold drinks, you just get ice cream. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about service. The last time there were 2 of us, there were 3 people eating at another table. After we finished eating and waited for a long time, we had to get the waiter inside the restaurant to pay. There were 5 customers in the restaurant and the waiter didn't show up for over 20 minutes. When he saw that there was a lack of service and no tips, he became unfriendly and no longer interested in us and didn't even say goodbye. It's a shame because the pizza is really good, but under these circumstances we won't be coming back.

Top authentic Italian pizzeria! Super friendly staff

The pizza was really very good!! Unfortunately you can't say the same about the service... We had reserved a table, but when we arrived there wasn't one prepared for us. The service was very friendly but unfortunately there was a lack of organization. Plates aren't cleared for a long time and you wait a long time until someone comes...you can tell it's understaffed. Before you get the bill you are told that you can only pay in cash, which I think should happen at the beginning. I would come back but the service needs to be improved dramatically.

I have never eaten pizza like this in my life. Then there is this ambience and the top service! Thought I was in Italy. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!!

The pizza is really awesome, actually a real pizza in Frick 👍🤤 Price/performance top, a bit more expensive because the toppings don't come from Switzerland but are worth every cent. Caprese Di Bufala is also highly recommended. I had the Peppino once and a Prosciutto. The wine Nero D'Avola Sicilia is highly recommended, as is the Primitivo. The ambience is very successful with the olive trees and the unplastered masonry. Very happy again.😊👍

We were well received by the waiter who has experience, you can see it from his way of working and how he treats people, very kind. We met Chef Mimmo, a young, kind person with a great desire to grow in his work. The "Neapolitan type" pizza (high, soft and soft crust) to be cooked in the electric oven is good and worth trying. In the restaurant there is Italian music, very pleasant, it's a shame that sometimes between one song and another the volume is high and annoying. After all, I'm back and I'll be back again.

The menu (pizza and salad) was ok... nothing more, nothing less... I missed the mozzarella on the Napoli pizza (a classic). Well, that's how it's offered on the menu. The waiter was very competent and friendly. It's just a shame that immediately after the meal he made everyone in the restaurant wait with empty plates for about 10 minutes to talk to "the boss"... A no go for me... The espresso that was offered later also made the difference not better. I would have liked to order a gelato, but I ran out of time. The furnishings and ambience are great!

2x 1dl cold coffee for CHF 15.--. Sorry, definitely too expensive. We are bitterly disappointed and feel ripped off here. It's clear to us that we won't be coming back and unfortunately we can't recommend the restaurant.

Great café and great bar in one location. The ambience is very nice, with a touch of Italian flair. The staff was very friendly and attentive. A funny saying on the lips couldn't be missing :) The card is small but nice. The drinks were delicious and the appetizer plate is recommended. We'll definitely come back.

Super new management, excellent, very Italian-style place, with fantastic dishes. And super drinks! Always cheerful and smiling guys, I recommend them to everyone. After 10pm there is also music!

We went to Fiori Caffé today and can absolutely recommend it. A little piece of bella italia in Frick. The homemade paninis were excellent, the cafe and cappuccino tasted as it should and the iced tea options were creative, new and refreshing. The menu offers many other delicacies that we would like to try on our next visit. Another plus: the café is wheelchair accessible and people with disabilities can easily visit it. The Melina family does a great job.

Absolutely great coffee/bar! Beautifully decorated, super fine paninis and cocktails. You always receive super friendly service and always feel extremely comfortable. I always enjoy coming back and am happy about this little piece of Italy in the center of Frick. I wish Fiori a lot of strength in the current situation and all the best for the future! I'm already looking forward to being able to come over again for a delicious aperitif.

Great and very accommodating staff The lady was with us about 4 times😁, even though we only ordered cappuccino, just to check if everything was ok, BRAVO!! At Kunz we waited 20 minutes to make sure...then we went to Fiori, perfect!

Really great location in Frick with a wide range of offerings. The espresso was typically Italian and strong. Perfetto! However, when it came to iced tea, I was a bit irritated that you had to pay for 3.3 dl but you only received a 2.5 dl glass that also contained a lot of ice.
