In summary, La Pergola restaurant is a place that I highly recommend. With its warm welcome, delicious dishes and relaxed atmosphere, it is the perfect address for a successful culinary experience.

A disappointing experience marked by the rudeness of the boss Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was marred by the blatant rudeness of the owner. Our family and I were excited for a fun evening, but were shocked by the lack of courtesy and respect we witnessed. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with obvious coldness. The owner barely spoke to us, clearly preferring to take care of the other, more affluent customers and ignore our presence. When we asked for some information about the menu, she responded abruptly and unfriendly, giving the impression that our questions were bothering her. What shocked us the most was her treatment of the waiters and kitchen staff. She openly reprimanded them, without any discretion, in front of customers, creating an extremely tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. This certainly affected their morale and therefore the quality of service we received. Additionally, when it came time to order, we were faced with another example of his rudeness. She showed obvious impatience as we tried to make our choice, sighing and looking at her watch, which made us feel unwanted and rushed. Despite the acceptable quality of the food, we cannot overlook the deplorable attitude of the owner. His lack of respect for customers and staff ruined our experience at this restaurant. We are deeply disappointed and we certainly do not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service.
