Pete's Place in Unterägeri

Large drinks menu with many coffee specialties. The bagels are freshly made and there is always homemade cake. In the summer, Pete's Place offers first-class ice cream options.

Best place for lunch in or around Ägeri. Lovely staff, chill atmosphere. Delicious bagels. And they serve a selection of beers and wines for that late lunch - especially welcome if you just came back from a hike nearby.

It was my first time coming here on recommendation of my mom. I wasn't sure what to try, but he was so nice and helpful. I tried the coldbrew and it was very delicious and refreshing. I will be back for sure.

Lovely salmon cream cheese bagels. Spacious and friendly atmosphere, where dogs are welcome. I would vote 5 star if the cappuccino were made with fresh milk rather than UHT milk.

Amazing place with the best coffee, cakes and bagels by far! My kids love having lunch and a treat there and they really enjoy Pete's attention (It doesn't matter how busy he is, Pete always takes the time to talk with my little ones and even play games when time allows). I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

The place is on a key position, but the surrounding guest were a bit gossipy and they make rude commends. It reminded me the film "the life's of the others" that describes the live in former DDR. Despite the good coffee, I am not willing to go again there.

Pete serves the best coffee in the greater Aegeri/Zug area. Be sure to try the Flat White. He also has special milk if you can't tolerate regular cow's milk. There is always a delicious biscuit from the popular Belgian brand His bagels also taste excellent and are recommended. And this quality cannot be found anywhere else in the region. He also sells cakes he bakes himself and the children love his cookies, which they say are the best (and we were in cookie land USA for a long time ;)) By the way, everything can also be taken away.

I was a big fan of the Maple coffee shop before it closed down so I was really glad when we drove through Unteraegeri and saw that Pete's Place was there. We had to check it out to ensure it was the same Pete but I am glad to report it is. :) The place looks great and it is a nice big space with great relaxing decoration. The best part of his coffee shops has always been the conversation. He has helped us out in the past linking up with landlords and other useful local information and his coffee shop is a real community builder. Most importantly there was nowhere else that does muffins as good as Petes! The new store is in a great location so I highly recommend you check it out!

I love Pete’s more than life itself. Everything about Pete’s place is immaculate. He makes the best chicken salad bagels I’ve ever had and I live by that. The ice cream he’s got literally gives me a will to live. It’s my go-to coffee bar in Switzerland. Every hot chocolate I get, every bagel, every donut, I can TASTE the love. Pete’s place is not just a coffee bar, it’s a lifestyle.
