I have been to many countries in Europe and went to many Thai restaurants. This is the BEST one I have ever had. Nothing to complain about- everything was so perfect!

We used the delivery service. Delivery was super fast, the delivery person was very nice and the food was super tasty. Gladly again.

If you are looking for Real Traditional Thai food, this is it!!! *Big Portion* I've been abroad for a big while and whenever i missed home i will look for Thai food🍛 to eat but not much place i went really do Thai food in real Thai style. Well, it's not their fault because they need to adapt to local people in each coutry so they could have it. I'm kinda understand. So whenever i was looking for Pad-Kra-Pao, i never really get a real Pad-Kra-Pao that i always want but food from here, it helped me a lot from missing my home. The staff who i met, she's really Nice and Friendly.(Thailand is the land of smile if you see someone not smiling just try to be understand that they're tried from working hard.) She suggested me the menu and because i've been aboard for so long... i really can't eat spicy so she told me with the spicy level which helped me a lot!!! I ordered take away because i enjoy having food from my hotel room but such a shame! It might look small from the outside but inside of the resturant are super amazing! Aura of Thailand~ 😍 #ThailandVibes Anyway, i didn't give 5 stars⭐️🌟🤩 because i'm Thai but if the food aren't really good i can't gave it. Oh... Fried shrimp are really good too! Crispy 😋👍 P.S. Kao-Man-Kai wasn't my dish but i accidentally met it while i'm waiting for my food so i was just zoom-in not get any closer to the food before they will serve. It's just look so amazing and i'm sure it will be good. Unspectacular Thai snack, but the cuisine is very fine. The food was served very quickly and tasted really excellent. The good food makes up for the ambience and service.

The only downside here is that it's tiny. BUT that doesn't remove stars because they have another dining room around the corner, and if you go in and ask, they'll direct you there! Stir fried noodles and chicken were yummy! Nice crunchy veggies and great flavor to the chicken! Kids and hubs loved the chicken fried rice too!

Just ordinary food, but instead of eating rice, this is better. The portion can be for 2 people

Love this little restaurant, the curries are super flavourful and fragrant and the pad Thai was great too!! Curries come with rice so the prices are very reasonable too!

Server remember you which makes the experience very friendly. Their portion are great and larger compared to SONG NI PONG next block away. Price are affordable. Food are authentic and tasty, the only improvement I can offer is the food is too salty. I am a person that eat heavy flavor growing up but still find the food I tried too salty - hopefully they can improve that.

Delicious Phad Thai (CFH 21.50) phat siio (fried rice noodles CFH 21.50) The tom yum shrimp (CFH 22.50) is fresh For Indonesians who don't like European food, you can eat here. everything is delicious

A very good Asian restaurant. The condition was very friendly and helpful. Fast food, we wouldn't have to wait long. Excellent food and certainly something for everyone. If I'm in the area again, I'll come back.

We ordered Pad Thai to take away. Good portion, but rather expensive considering we ordered it as take-away. The Pad Thai was a bit sweet, more like average Pad Thai. But you can do it in principle. Would go again if nothing else is open.

If you miss Korean food or are craving Asian food while traveling in Western Europe, you might want to try it. The rice noodles had a sweet broth, but I added a lot of red pepper powder and it became spicy, so it was good. I asked them to leave out the cilantro. No koriander please. Number 29 with Shirimp Number 33 with chicken A total of 44 francs came out.

The waitress was super friendly, but the massaman was too oily, (you can see it in the pictures) I usually order massaman and it never had that consistency. The Pat siew (noodles) and Pad ka pao (chilli basil) were better. The second time i asked “less oily” and it was much better.

Review especially for Thai people Delicious food, big plates. Papaya salad with crab and fermented fish is very noir, more delicious than some Thai restaurants. Crispy pork with basil and jasmine rice and fried egg is the best. Pad Thai is still not bad, but the taste is still not quite like in Thailand, maybe because the ingredients are not complete. But it's a very fresh, big shrimp.

Having a chance to dine in in this restaurant, I could tell you guys that the taste is 99% the same as that in Bangkok. We are a group of five Thai peoples ordered many dishes here like Seafood Suki, Stewed pork leg with rice, Stir fried chicken with chili, Noodles with seafood in gravy sauce, fish cakes and Spring rolls as shown on the pictures. All are amazingly tasty like you are sitting in a restaurant in Bangkok. Though the price is a bit high but comparing to those in Swiss, I think it is in the reasonable rate. Besides the lady there is super friendly not even count that we are Thais. And the atmosphere is nice with good decoration. Even nicer than that in many restaurants in Bangkok. Strongly recommended for everyone who like to taste the original Thai food in Lucerne. For me, if I have chance to revisit, I will surely come back. Love this place so much❤️❤️❤️ ขอบคุณค่ะ

It's a restaurant similar to our home style, cute size, clean, friendly, fast, delicious food, friendly prices ^^ Recommended. If you walk out of the restaurant and turn left past the fountain, there will be Phanat Thai Restaurant as well. The restaurant is wider, beautifully decorated, and the atmosphere is nice and chill. The food is delicious and spicy, just like eating in Thailand. You can choose to eat at both restaurants. It's good for your heart ^^

Was with a colleague from Thailand. She described the food as very good and like in Thailand. This speaks for the outstanding Thai cuisine that this restaurant has. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to eat really good Thai food.

Yes, there really is Thai in the kitchen. Had Tom ka gai soup, it was tasty but expensive as a soup.

We found the store via Google. The restaurant looks very unassuming from the outside, but it was worth it. ♡ We had number 16 twice, the red curry with chicken and rice. My sister had Session Roasted Vegetables with Beef. The portions were more than sufficient and large. The service was super friendly and quick. ☆☆☆☆☆ Important information - although it says take away, you can also eat comfortably on site. 😉

Originally, I was very happy to arrive in Lucerne today. I found a restaurant to have a meal with my friends. The food was okay just after eating, but! ! ! ! ! ! That waitress or manager really turned me off! One star is for attitude, I don't mind giving it if there are negative points. Even if you don't come after calling me three times when ordering, I'll think you're busy. When ordering, the male waiter said that the curry rice can be refilled for free. Then when we asked for refill, the woman complained that we poured our own water to drink and refused to refill. She said that we cannot bring outside water, and also said that this is the center of Lucerne. Sorry, I really don’t know the rules of this big little place like Lucerne. After all, there are no such rules in n cities in Greece and Italy. If you really want to charge a service fee, it doesn’t matter to me. Who cares about a few yuan when traveling? Woolen cloth? I'm just not used to drinking your water. At that time, the boy apologized sincerely when he first said it. We didn't do it on purpose, otherwise we could have just dumped it, but the woman was still looking down on others. Is this the way you treat your guests? Then a white couple came next door, and they were doing this and that in a fawning manner. She was chattering non-stop, saying that she could speak this language and that language. I wanted to have a quiet meal, but her loud voice was saying bla bla bla. She also said she wanted to learn Chinese. Do you understand Chinese? How many times have you seen the world? Why are you treated so rudely? Pull me down, you are really not worthy of learning our Chinese language with such a face. When I finally left, I passed by her and couldn’t help but said, “You really don’t deserve to learn Chinese at all” and she was still looking at me. What are you looking at? You don’t understand our noble Chinese, so I can only condescend to speak the bird language that you can understand. I really never write a negative review, and I have spent all my life's self-cultivation not to criticize that uncultured fat chocolate Thai woman on the spot, but if I want to leave a review, I really can't bear it! ! ! ! ! ! !

The waiter and waitress here are very rude and has discrimination on Asian faces. We walked in the restaurant and waited long for table even though there was very empty in the restaurant. When we were able to order, the waiter preferred to serve white people who come late after us. The waitress loves to talk with white people very loudly and it’s very annoying. The waitress showed despise expression to us and make us very angry. Too bad.

If you looking for Asian food you have to come here... it's a landmark of luzern for Asian food....

The waitress has a bad attitude towards Asians. She is very enthusiastic towards white people, but very cold towards Asian faces. She didn’t even say thank you after checking out.

Thanks to the kind owner, I was able to get away from Swiss food and eat food that suits Korean tastes for the first time in a long time!

The food is excellent but what we found very odd is that they charged 3.00 CHF for tap water and did even allow us to use our own water. This is the first time ever we have been charged for tap water in an restaurant. Quite ridiculous.

An excellent place to have some good Thai food. Friendly staff and cozy ambiance. Conveniently located in Lucerne, you can have the food to go and enjoy it down by the river which is a few streets over.

The food was good but we were over charged for one of the dish. On asking the reply was very curt and loud and unconvincing. Finally one of the other male staff had to intervene and agree they were wrong. Would advise all to check your order carefully before paying.

Mega delicious and authentic food. Service tip top. She was humorous and spread joy. The only thing was that the ambience was, in terms of snacks, quite ok. The translations into German on the wall were funny 😅

Staff are very friendly and the food was good (better - once you add some of the chilli flakes to the meals). The main restaurant was closed, so we were escorted to the take away shop.on the side. Cleanliness is an issue and the bin was smelly.

The Thai restaurant has been renovated and expanded. I remember that it used to be only upstairs, but now it has become very grand and luxurious. The food still tastes good, but the price has jumped.

Papaya salad is very delicious, crunchy papaya and the source is sweet and sour at the best combination. We love that! Kaeng Phed Ped = marvellous! Crispy duck served with red curry and various veggies + pineapple & Lychee Kha Moo = the source is not so nice as it should be (last time was a lot better) Anyway, overall, we love this resto. The food tastes authentic Thai. And staff are friendly and helpful 😃. Recommended! (It’s our 3rd time here)

Unfortunately the food in the restaurant was not as expected. There were no peanuts in the glass noodle salad. After a complaint, they were served separately in a bowl. There was a hair in the shell and the peanuts were burnt. Instead of vegetables, a lot of tofu was added to the dishes. Unfortunately the tofu didn't taste fresh and looked accordingly. Lettuce leaves were plentiful as decoration. Lettuce leaves do not belong in a Thai dish. We left half of the food standing. This restaurant used to be good. It's a shame, but we won't visit it again.

Went there only to find the restaurant closed. Quite annoying when the opening hours are not updated on maps as it is widely used among tourists to find places and get appropriate information.

Very tasty food, but the service seemed very overwhelmed on the evening of our visit. It's best to pick up your food or go to the restaurant of the same name around the corner. It looked very nice from the outside - unfortunately we only knew about it when we walked past there after dinner.

Loved it. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was delicious! We ate at the sit down restaurant on the other side of the building. The Kuai Tiew Nam (noodle bowl) was fantastic and my friend’s Pad Thai was not only tasty, but was also presented in a beautiful bowl in the shape of a dragon. It was worth the price!

First time in a Thai restaurant, everything was very original and really pleasant. Thai cuisine is characterized by the use of many spices in each dish. We ate really well, the chicken with vegetables was tasty but above all the rice noodles with tofu and vegetables were delicious.

Authentic taste of Thai food. The restaurant offers several level of spicy to serve customers with different spice tolerances. My kids love their food at level 2 spicy while I love all of their dishes at level 5-6 👍🏻👍🏻. The ingredients are fresh and genuine. Food is truly savory. The owner and servers are very friendly and attentive. Our family had a great experience today and will definitely come back. Superb!!

I have ordered here very often. Actually very tasty and good portions. Papaya salad eaten after 4 forks, huge portion! small. Costs 22.-. Absolutely not recommended. If you complain over the phone you will be pushed away.

Waitress not friendly with tourists, pad Thai nice except that the portion of chicken in it is really small. Too hot inside, no air conditioner nor fans despite the hot weather.

Unfortunately, our experience was spoiled by an unsatisfactory response from a staff member when we raised a concern about a dish being far too spicy. As a cusomer, it's essential to receive respectful and understanding service when voicing legitimate concerns about the food. After informing the staff that the dish was overly spicy, their response was far from satisfactory. Instead of acknowledging the issue and attempting to find a solution, they replied with in a quite agressive way , saying: "This is not my problem. We asked you out of 10 what level of spice you wanted, and you said 7/10. So next time order less spicy; we can't change your dish or do anything else." It is important for a restaurant to accommodate the needs and preferences of their customers. Customers rely on the expertise of the restaurant to provide a satisfying dining experience, and when a mistake occurs, it should be addressed with professionalism and empathy, not with disrespect. In this case, we expected the staff to handle the situation differently, perhaps by offering a replacement dish or adjusting level of spice, or at least a discount on the bill. Unfortunately, none of these actions were taken, leaving us with a feeling of disappointment and a negative impression of the restaurant's customer service. Beyond this incident, the restaurant charged us for tap water... we have never seen this before. Would they also charge a homeless if he/she asks for a glass of water?

The flavours were AMAZING!!! We’re Indian but coming from the USA. We really got an authentic Thai taste and the waitress was super nice and allowed us to customize our order freely. Also this is the first restaurant with FREE WATER that we’ve scene in Switzerland. 10/10 would recommend!
