Truly the worst fondue The ambience in the Fondue Chalet is very nice and a consistently clear concept from A to Z, typically Swiss - brilliant. Very nice and really hard-working service. But the actual thing, namely the fondue, was absolutely nothing, i.e. neither the consistency = totally liquid, nor the color = brown, nor the taste was unconvincing. Even the waitress herself brought it back to the kitchen twice (without asking), but it was still just as bad and unchanged. The worst fondue ever! A real shame!

Great atmosphere, the dark-haired service person didn't like me and wasn't professional enough not to show it. The veggie burger, yes, I had better ones, a Hawaiian garnish with pineapple, which unfortunately couldn't be seen, only tasted, with tomato, cucumber and lettuce. It took a lot of getting used to, the chino bread wasn't baked too much, rather too little, unfortunately they have a preference for balsamic vinegar, the fries are quieter Too long in the deep fryer but still a good C for the kitchen. The cappuccino is great with oat milk. The younger service staff is a plus, very socially competent, calmly facing the guest Conclusion gladly again

It's nice that you're accepted in the café, even if you're different and have limitations, but you're different and you're still served lovingly and, for the most part, without any hassle. Humanity is very important here from all the employees, which is wonderful

A coffee house that makes you feel good and offers great service

Unfortunately, it's a shame, the chef didn't have his day at all. At least we didn't have to pay the entire bill. Very friendly staff!

This bistro leaves the competition far behind! Very nice and cozy place, especially outside on the terrace in summer, but also inside in winter. The food has always been excellent with great attention to detail. The price-performance ratio is also great! Toilets clean. With one exception, the service staff is extremely friendly, well-positioned and in a very good mood - just great! I always enjoy coming to Piazza. Bravo!

One of the serving girls was unfriendly. If you're unsure, you'll immediately start sweating. Looks like she doesn't feel like working. She'll definitely be happy to take the pay.

Pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. Whether for coffee, for a small or large appetite, there is something good for everyone here. The modern kitchen is convincing. I can highly recommend “Piazza Burger”. Will definitely come back.

A great café bistro that serves a very nice and delicious breakfast. The floor is simply wonderful with everything you could want, whether fresh fruit, cheese, jam, honey, butter, delicious bread and much more. Depending on the order. The staff is very friendly and sometimes accepts special requests. I can only recommend it, whether indoors or on the terrace.

A really nice cafe. Especially in summer, when you can sit outside, you get a bit of a Mediterranean feeling. The best are the salads, but also pinsa. Everything here is really recommended - everything is always fresh, prepared with love and very well coordinated. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. You feel in good hands.

Delicious hamburgers and super friendly service

The two nice women who served were very friendly, but unfortunately they were overloaded by the many guests. The Greek burger is close to inedible. Meat was homemade and tough, bread rolls were a mixture between mushy and hard, zatziki was missing, only the rocket and tomatoes were fresh and good, and the fries were burnt and dry from the oven. I'd better make a burger at home, it's cheaper and better. Piazza with friends to chat and have a drink yes, definitely no to eat.

We went there for lunch. It was a simple lunch menu but we ended up waiting there an hour. People who came after us also got their food first. The food tasted good but speed and queing are problems for rush hour during lunch. We received free drink and coupon for apogize but still I went back to work late.

Friendly, price/performance/quality very good. Recently had the best sandwich in a long time, it was a culinary delight and large.

Wir waren heute wieder im Piazza, aber diesmal nicht wie üblich zum Käfele, sondern zu 4. zum Apéro, draussen, bei herrlichem heissem Sommerwetter. Leider wurden wir diesmal richtig entäuscht. Auf unsere Bitte nach mehr Eis für die Getränke, wurde uns geantwortet , dass 3 Stück üblich seien, und dass das Eis das wir schon bekommen hätten, ausreichend sei. Wir wurden gebeten Verständnis zu zeigen und dies auch zu akzeptieren, anstatt die Gelegenheit zu nutzen, Gastfreundlichkeit zu zeigen und Kundenzufriedenheit zu fördern. Sowas haben wir noch nie in einer Bar erleben müssen. Daher empfehlen wir das Piazza nur zum Käfele weiter.

Anlässlich eines Weiterbildungskurses beim TCS Frick sind wir als Gruppe in der Piazza zum Mittagessen gewesen. Das Menu war Suppe oder Salat und Poulet Geschnetzeltes an einer Kräutersauce mit Gemüse und Spätzle. Ich habe als Vorspeise Peperoni Suppe genommen. Die war nun aber sowas hammergut.

There is space here both outdoors and in the pleasantly air-conditioned indoor area. The service is prompt and friendly and the food (either from the standard or lunch menu) has always been very good. We'd love to come back!

Great café with delicious food that changes depending on the season! Very friendly service, food comes quickly. Now in winter with a fondue parlor on the piazza, in summer with an ice cream truck. What's particularly great are the longer opening times, even in winter, and the fact that it's open on Tuesdays when other restaurants in Frick are closed. Thumbs up! I'm there almost every Tuesday evening!

wonderful, perfect evening in private company. Easy to organize and communicate in advance - great starter, main course and dessert buffet. Service is always present and attentive without being intrusive. All in all - simply wonderful!

It's ok for a quick bite. The sausage salad is not my taste. Garlic bread was all the better for it. Cool atmosphere, especially on warm sunny days, as you can sit outside. Service was very polite and prices were ok. That's why four stars from me
