Great pizza🙄 Not edible. Burnt at the bottom, wet at the top 🫤 In the same way, the lady behind the bar and the lady at the bar only tell you that it is self-service after you ask at the bar whether you can order something to drink or eat, great service

We came here just by chance and I was very pleasantly surprised by the good quality of food. The pizza is veery tasty - a real Italian pizza. And the people are polite. It is self-service. It is also nice for chimdren and they have children portions.

Nice restaurant with nice service. I can highly recommend spaghetti carbonara.

The restaurant was at most half full and we had to wait about an hour for our food! 1 sandwich, 2 pizzas and 1 spagh. Carbonara. That clearly went on for far too long! The pizzas were ok, but not wow for an Italian pizzaiolo. Unfortunately the spaghetti carbonara was inedible. A strange sticky sauce… Never seen it like that! The clearing truck was overcrowded, despite being half full... The buffet staff was probably friendly, but there was a bit of a lack of communication in German... Overall, I find the service to be weak for such a nice restaurant. Change is needed!

Ate super delicious pasta and pizzas. Combined with the various cool leisure activities in the Riedmatt Center that we tried out, it was a very successful trip to Rümlang.

Fine pizza at affordable prices

We were there for the first time. Arrived at 6:40 p.m. and didn't know they closed at 7:00 p.m. Nevertheless, we received very friendly service, the pizzas were sensational, in the Napoleonic style. And we were able to enjoy the food in peace until 7:30 p.m. The location is really beautiful Italian and currently very Christmassy.

The only restaurant in the center, unfortunately self-service. It could have so much potential for anyone looking to strengthen themselves after the games. The prices are too high for the small portions. Unfortunately the employee was unfriendly, another one was sitting at the bar. We had to look for the cutlery ourselves. Nothing is explained. Lettuce leaves are in the bowl whole. We paid a whopping 16.90chf for 6 lettuce leaves with 2 cucumber slices. We won't be coming back.

The staff was very rude and stressed. We got the impression that we had to press the selection. The chocolate cake was very delicious. The restaurant is very nicely decorated. We ordered the Pizza Firenze. It was the worst pizza we have ever eaten. We felt very sick afterwards. When the vibrator showed that we could get the pizza, we didn't know where until the annoyed woman called out to us: "Da! Daa! We would have had to be clairvoyant to know where to get the cutlery. The mozzarella was in clumps on the pizza. The bacon was unfried, almost raw and tough with the 2 mm thick salami on the soggy pizza base. The only nice thing about the pizza was a white, creamy cheese and the slightly crispy edge. I can't recommend the pizza at all.

Waiting time after ordering 30 minutes. Burnt calzone and pizza...

We waited 40 minutes for the food and it was cold. The restaurant was only half full. We had to eat in down jackets because it was so cold and drafty everywhere. Confusion with orders and payment. Bad service, never again!

Quality of the food is very good!!! Unfortunately too expensive for my taste. Of course, quality also has its price. I think if it were a little cheaper more guests would come👍🏻👍🏻

The lasagne was overcooked and the pizza was now okay, but not a pizza that you have to come here for. And the salad with chicken was not good, very dry. And the service wasn't particularly friendly either. Expensive for this service.

+ some member of the staff were really friendly (probably understaffed for a Saturday full of people) + nice decoration, the tables looked nice but only for people with reservation + for pasta the portion were generous - they do a difference if you book a table or not. If you book it you are served like at a normal restaurant with service. If not, it is 'self service' and you are completely ignored. - slow, we got the food ~1hour later.. and missed some time at our next event. - no organisation, no idea when the food would be ready so had to check from time to time - carbonara was not very tasty but it looked like the pizza were tasty.

They sell “gelato artigianale” but it’s not artigianale at all. It is simply pre-packed ice cream. What a pity

Excellent pasta and pizza. Slightly hidden Italian food oasis on the 2nd floor of a morbid shopping center. But it's definitely worth a visit, great service. Since July 23 with a new, cozy atmosphere.

Yet another confirmation: the pizza is really excellent, REAL Neapolitan pizza made by a very good Neapolitan pizza chef D.O.C. Michele, friendly like all the staff. Highly recommended. The place is also really nice

As a long-time after-school care director for the city of Zurich, I had lunch here for the second time the day before yesterday with my teammates and 13 children (grades 1-6 and many nationalities) after visiting the Fliplab. The head of service was again extremely nice - as always - and the pizzaiolo speaks real Italian (as a pizzaiolo should :-)) and is extremely friendly, in a good mood and loves children. The pizzas were very generous and we had a limited budget - but we got more than enough for it. We got what was left as a "doggy bag" which we gave away to the Flip Lab team - because we learned from the city of Zurich to avoid food waste - which we take very seriously. And also set an example for the children. After visiting the Fliplab, the children were very hungry and the service was simply great - everything came very quickly and as agreed in advance!!KIDS - FIRST..it was simply a highlight - there is also a corner where the children make their own pizza can play--very lovingly furnished-- WE'LL LOVE TO COME BACK--Thank you so much! Went there twice in the evening during the week. 1x 1 hour before closing time and twice 40 minutes before closing time. Were rejected because the kitchen was already closed because “nothing works anymore” 😂 it doesn’t work at all!

They forget a complete table of 6 people's food and when I mention about hungry kids and ask them to do something about it I get unfriendly push back. Unacceptable.

I ordered a Jerry pizza on Sunday lunch. The waiting time was about 45 minutes. But the pizza was very tasty, maybe a little too much mozzarella.

Food came at far too long intervals, some had already finished eating when the others hadn't received anything.

Went there with the shop for "Christmas dinner" (Pastaplacht Grande)... I've never been served such "uncooked spaghetti" as I was served that evening!! All employees complained and the "new" ones were cooked for about 1 minute longer, but that didn't change anything! Don't know what the chef "conjured up"?? Cooking pasta is definitely not an art!?? Or is it?? Although... the GNOCCHI were GOOD. And finally: we had to drink the “Panna Cotta” because it was only prepared as a “kind of liquid”! Sorry?? It's a shame actually....since the restaurant is nicely decorated and the "service was friendly" (but not everyone could speak GERMAN)...yes with the help of sign language it was more or less possible. I hope for the restaurant/piazza the "miracle" doesn't conjure up every pasta fun like this...

We were informed that the kitchen opens in 20 minutes, after 10 minutes 2 pizzas arrived, 3 hot sandwiches were forgotten, after asking 3 times we got 2x caprese COLD, mozzerella old ruccula wilted... ham sandwiches were forgotten, no apology, very unfriendly... then after 50 minutes we finally got the ham sandwiches, the dough was almost raw, terrible and for Fr. 90.-- NEVER MORE

Went there for a pizza making workshop and had a great time. Good service.
