Let me start by saying that I came several times at the beginning of the season and I had a very good time. Today it was a catastrophe, I waited 1 hour for a plate of pasta and it arrived overcooked Which to me is horrifying

We were served by very friendly and attentive staff. We ordered burgers with homemade buns, pasta al pesto, fries and pizza. Everything was very tasty and nicely prepared. The only criticism is that it took a little longer for our food to arrive (probably just because they prepared everything fresh, so not really a criticism :)

Crazy prices...disorganized and rather slow service...ridiculous portions, but I repeat CRAZY EXAGGERATED prices. Maybe they believe that the clued ones are all to be fleeced... well...

The food is really sub par. A toddler can cook better. The staff is friendly though, therefore not 1 but 2 stars.

I took a lunch break here in the middle of my stand up paddle tour. Convenient, fast and friendly waiters.

The staff would rather chat than work. Therefore long waiting times. All the more embarrassing when the food isn't really edible. Price performance ratio is real. Every swimming pool in German-speaking Switzerland is cheaper.

Unfortunately the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, a year ago the food wasn't very good and they were very overwhelmed. The staff is friendly but unfortunately our food wasn't good even a year later. The spaghetti was cold, the country potatoes were in fat and were also cold. It was then warmed up again but the potatoes were then black. Unfortunately the hot dog was also served burnt. We really hope that the kitchen gets better, because the location and the staff are great.

Great atmosphere, delicious food, cold beer, good cocktails, nice service and all right on the lake. One of our favorite places on Lake Maggiore for years.

The staff are very friendly, but as for the ribs I can't say they were good, I was told they were fresh of the day but the flavor was bland and typical of reheated ribs!

Absolute love place in Ticino. Paradise for those affected by celiac disease. Pizza, burgers and pasta gluten-free. Great hosts, uncomplicated and pure relaxation. I keep coming back.

Reheated ribs, terrible, never tasted so badly made. To our complaint, the manager says he tried them and that they were good!😱 At least he gives us a discount, but we won't go back anyway!

Bagnp nice ms bar expensive and unkind

Location was great! However, the pizzas were way too salty and inedible. The MIXED GRILL menu had nothing to do with a MIXED GRILL menu (way too much meat for this price!). There were no fries as a side dish as they were already sold out. We won't show up here a second time. Best regards

Grill plate 28.- 1x Cervelatt 1x small bratwurst 3x charred ribs 1x green salad (3 forkfuls) Unfortunately it wasn't really nice. 5x pizza, each of which was on a salty base. 1 star

Location: TOP! Original Bavarian beer: TOP! Service: Friendly and super fast! TOP! Food: super delicious, everything homemade, even gluten-free! TOP! On the WE, music live. TOP! It's worth a visit. I can't understand the strange reviews, but everything doesn't fit 5*🤔 What's wrong with people? It is the best beach bar in Gambarogno.

Several bees around, ice creams with low quality and very expensive commercial boxes, and the single already packaged ice creams kept in a scandalous way in a cardboard box like for tomatoes inside a freezer bin all mixed up... they looked like leftovers from a party . At the limit of hygiene!!! I ordered an amber beer in a glass, on the drinks list marked 3.3 dl, it arrived in a 0.3L glass!! I don't think they'll see me again, too bad...years ago it was much better and the place was much nicer.

Prices too high, it looked like frozen food, and the bald waiter is rude and not at all professional. I certainly don't make a bad impression by bringing friends... definitely not a recommended place for my friends (as a place to eat)

I was there 3 days ago with my family, I ordered the food and I don't specify which dishes just out of respect. the first dish seemed frozen and bought coop and the second I'm almost certain had been defrosted under hot water to serve it, all this after about 45 minutes of waiting. finally I had two coffees and both seemed like dirty water, all accompanied by a fairly high bill. I expose all these things to ensure that the next time my son Mark and I return we can at least enjoy the beautiful place.

Grill smells like barbecue kindling. This food is not edible.I do not recommend

I'm sorry but the food on the grill is hard to swallow, it smells like grill lighter or gasoline, it's not edible, drinks are expensive and not tasty, I won't go there again.

Nice but completely unacceptable waiting time of over an hour!!!

Absolute disaster. It probably changed ownership a year ago - since then waiting times of over 1 hour, ordered an espresso 3 times that never came, etc. Dissatisfied guests everywhere.

Brilliant restaurant with a nice lakeside, delicious drinks and creative food.

A great place right on the lake - just for a cold beer or delicious snacks! Large selection of great cocktails with di Giovanna's "homemade" liqueurs and excellent wheat beer directly from Bavaria. Ideal with children as there are many play opportunities here. The staff is very friendly and responds to requests. We will be back!
