I am very disappointed. I was there with some friends because it was my birthday and we were looking forward to a relaxing evening. The waiter was extremely overwhelmed. Because of this, I had to order a beer 4 times, some of the orders were delivered incorrectly (ham instead of salami, etc.). Unfortunately, when I contacted the waiter, I received no answer. Since it was my birthday, I was given a dessert. I really appreciate it. Unfortunately, this dessert was on our bill afterwards. After all, this position was canceled after feedback. The dessert (tiramisu, panna cotta) were not tasty at all. I expected more. We didn't want any more espresso, which still wasn't there after 25 minutes (we wanted to go home). The waiter told us in a very unfriendly tone that we "had to" drink the coffee. Was my last visit.

For the 3rd time there and for the last time. Food very good! Service completely wrong. The waiter was totally unfriendly and just wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible. Appeared like pigs who throw everything away. Ordered wine, food and dessert for a lot of money. Luckily there are other restaurants.

Disappointing in many aspects during multiple visits. The food is overpriced and lacks high quality. The staff is trying their best but the boss - or the person acting like it - did not come across as someone you would desire as a superior, nor someone you would want to be their guest. Cannot recommend.

The waiter (tall man around 45 years old) who seated the guests this afternoon was absolutely unprofessional. He was aggressive and arrogant for no reason. And that only because he was asked in Italian if there was room for 2 people. Anyone who hires people like this loses guests who came regularly. A pity!

Large restaurant with many tables, it is pleasantly busy (although a bit noisy). We had a very tasty meal, the meat (rack of lamb and pork) was very tender and everything, including the vegetables and the risotto, was well seasoned. Without exception, nice service, we had a nice chat with Michael, who lived in the Netherlands for a while. Enjoyed a delicious non-alcoholic cocktail. In short: recommended.

I really like the Neapolitan pizza dough and I'm happy that there are finally restaurants in Bern that offer this dough. The pizza was good but not perfect. When Più opened, the quality was better. The mozzarella wasn't melted properly and the salsiccia didn't quite convince me. 1-2 minutes longer in the oven probably would have been better. Then there was pepperoncino on it, even though it wasn't intended. The second pizza was too overloaded with ingredients for my taste. A green salad costs 14.- and in my opinion is significantly too expensive. For me, e.g. B. the Rest. Luce offers the better pizza and quality. Judging by the quality, the price/performance ratio wasn't completely convincing last night. The service was very friendly and the rooms are nice.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday today. She had wanted to visit your restaurant. We have been to you several times and have always been happy with the food. I had a pizza with vegan ricotta. I thought the composition of the surface was very good. But unfortunately the pizza was a little underbaked for my taste and was no longer hot when it was served. My family was very happy with their meal. I think the atmosphere in your restaurant is nice, but the noise level is sometimes rather high. The service and the service staff are attentive, friendly and accommodating!!

The food was basically okay. The pizza tasted great at first! Towards the end the dough was rubbery. Unfortunately, the gnocchi were floury and didn't taste particularly good. The atmosphere was very nice and the service was very friendly.

Food great, service flop. The pizza tasted great. The service was unfortunately inattentive and professionally incompetent. The wine bottle was opened and held as if it were a broomstick. Water and wine were never refilled, this is taken care of by us as guests. We didn't receive the dessert menu even after waiting 20 minutes and we had to ask for the bill twice. Given these high prices, it is desirable to impart and implement more professional competence and specialist knowledge to the staff.

Service is very attentive and friendly, not very crowded (Monday evening), Pizza looked good when it arrived, however dough was burnt (underside) and still the Pizza was watery, the cheese in the middle looked like a leftover from a Fondue, the tomato sauce was very tasty, though. Not a pleasant pizza experience. And the toilet … clean and neat, but almost a half day hike to get there ;)

The atmosphere is really nice and the food is very good. Service is always disappointing. The welcome bread comes with the starter... When you ask for the starter if you can only order 1 pizza instead of 2 because you are done. They just roll their eyes and answer with “yes, I’ll look at the kitchen”.

Definitely the best pizza in Bern and also top ranking in Switzerland. Take the pizza Píù, it's the best.

Good pizza and even a very tasty alcohol-free wine is being served by Più. Also the desserts are yummy and the portions are well-sized. When full and busy I imagine this place to be rather loud so I would recommend mostly for groups rather than couples looking for a quiet date. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. We were a bit late on that evening and had to wait a bit until someone would seat us. Would visit again

Very good food…there are also smaller starters. The tempura cauliflower and the pizzas are highly recommended! The waiters are very nice and friendly and the food comes quickly. The location is nice, sometimes a bit loud! Be sure to reserve!

There is a lot to do in the catering industry during the Christmas season. I had a hair baked into my polenta fries - because they came fried. That can happen - no problem. The piece with hair was placed on the side and told and “showed” to the waiter when it was cleared away. Pizza was good - something new. Interesting dough. The spaghetti carbonara was also good. The 2 espressos at the end - very good. I would have liked an employee to have said something again about the polenta hair campaign. Or as a gesture, 2 espressos on the house. Of course we're not looking to save money here.🌞 Just ignore it... you don't feel like you're being taken seriously, unfortunately.

We went to eat at this restaurant as a team. The place itself is nice, but very noisy. We ordered our dishes and my colleagues waited 1 hour before being served, my pizza was forgotten, so I waited more than 1 hour and 10 minutes. Bad luck, my pizza is not cooked enough... They send it back to the kitchen, and I receive one, again not cooked enough... When paying, we did not receive any commercial gesture regarding these different points. I do not recommend and will not return.. Too bad the one in Zurich appealed to me!

We were there this Saturday around 4:30 p.m. The restaurant was well attended, but not overcrowded. Still, we waited almost 20 minutes for our order. The same game when paying. It was annoying for us because we missed our train because of the wait.

Really bad staff... On the one hand really unfriendly and on the other hand they don't care. Whether you want something else. Were there for 4 hours. At the beginning someone shouts across the room, Hey, Hey just to drink? Then we got coffee... In the 4 hours no one ever came to ask if we wanted anything else. We then had to make ourselves noticed. When it came time to pay... It was coffee and an ice tea... We had coffee but an orange drink. I then said no, no IceTea. The lady then and what is that? Pointing to the orange bottle. I said an orange drink. They cost the same and are very brisk... I'll never go there for a drink again. I recommend every tourist and Bernese go to the Schweizerhof. You will be served there and not treated like the last person. The prices are the same.

I was at the Kornhaus with friends. Paolo and his team did a great job fulfilling our pizza requests. Very tasty pizza with generous spices. The dough is airy and very good. Real Neapolitan pizza. The service is also fair.

By far the best pizza in Bern. The price is certainly expensive, but if you want to treat yourself to something, this address is the right place for you! You are served quickly and the pizza comes in a timely manner. I can only recommend!

It is very difficult to find a kitchen where the food is freshly prepared. If you have an onion allergy, it becomes even more difficult to eat anywhere. But in Piú you are in the right place. The pizzas were also good, unfortunately I got the wrong one, I wanted without ham & first got a completely wrong one & then one with salami. I didn't think it was that bad, but certainly not great for someone who doesn't eat meat. All in all very good! We're coming back.

The location is of course impressive in the Kornhauskeller, but very loud. The food is okay, it lacks that certain something and Italian authenticity. The gentleman at reception was inappropriate, as he seemed annoyed and uncourteous.

The staff speaks practically no German. Is absolutely unfriendly and unmotivated. I come about twice a year and I always receive unfriendly service. The service is neither creative nor courteous. But food is good.

I had an amazing experience! The food was really good, everything felt quite fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the tiramisu, the best I have ever tasted in my life so far, the flavors and consistency are all exquisite. I would undoubtedly go again, you can spend an extremely pleasant time with friends, the place is very nice and cozy. The service was quite gentle, they always tried to be understanding and attentive despite all the work they had.

Carbonara finally made original, excellent tiramisu. From first courses to dessert everything is good. Everyone is nice. The service was excellent but not perfect. For the dessert there was a flaw: the spoons arrived first placed on the table on an unclean spot so at least a disposable placemat would be better.

Second time in this place. The first time was excellent. This time I have had a very bad service. A rude waiter, who in my view should not work as a waiter at all. He came to me with words "ready?." I had to ask the hostess to give me some olive oil because my table had nothing on it. I had to go look after him to pay for my order. The guy lacks waiting manners. He even told me how much tips I was supposed to leave him at the end. I have never met anything like that in my entire life. Pizza was great, no complaints there, bud the service... Please do something about it, your restaurant can do better

I go to Piu regularly and especially appreciate the Neapolitan pizza. However, on Sunday July 30th, the service and quality were subpar. The appetizer and pizza came at the same time. The pizza was definitely burnt on the bottom. (Far from the desired black pattern) The service seemed disinterested, the guests at the next table were sent to the bar to pay. It would be nice if the services on a Sunday evening were the same as during the week.

A very nice restaurant is the Italian Più in the Kornhaus in the middle of Bern. The restaurant is known for many Italian specialties but mainly for pizzas. The food was sensationally good. Very nice and prompt staff. It's very clean. The only disadvantage is that no soundproofing measures were taken. So it is very loud. But otherwise great
