Super nice and fast delivery. Food (lasagna) still really hot. Lasagna was super delicious, so I just ordered two. Price/performance is right. When ordering food, always only Pizza Huus. Best in Switzerland

If you could give minus stars, it would be -10 out of -10. Ordered pizza to go. Taste was ok. But there was food poisoning for free. I've never run to the toilet as often as I did that night... Unfortunately, hygiene isn't often given priority

It's really bottomless, I'm greeted unfriendly and I'm not asked if I want it to take away or if I want to eat it in the restaurant. When I get a kebab to take away, I sit down at one of the tables. Then I am rudely told that I should say next time that I want to eat here. Then I notice that my kebab is with carrots and onions even though I expressly said that I wanted my kebab without because I have a carrot allergy. (This kebab is absolutely inedible, it's really cold and the meat didn't taste good at all even though I ate the kebab right after I got it.

Good price-quality ratio. The food is good and not too expensive. You get a plate full. You create the atmosphere yourself, of course. Easy to reach by bus 20. Bus stop in front of the door.

Don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. I have already ordered pizza from here twice, once as a take away and today with delivery. Got it at EXACTLY 5:00 pm as I asked. Thanks so much. Will definitely order something again! Super delicious!

Double charged because their terminal gave an error message- ended up paying twice! Owner not interested and got called a liar even though I showed the bank statement! Spent 200 bucks on pizza for nothing! Pursuing legal action! Worst interaction I’ve had in Switzerland!

I've been ordering my pizzas here for years. Always delivered quickly and warm. Ingredients are always fresh and have never disappointed.

The pizza was great and the preparation was very quick. The selection of pizzas is large. A work colleague of mine was sold an ice cream that had expired three months ago. He ate them anyway. Otherwise, I think the Berner Pizza Huus around the corner is quite good for my Italian lunch snack.

To begin with... the 4chf drink... it's too expensive! Afterwards We order two pizzas, bacon and onion, there are 4 pieces of bacon chasing each other.. We pay. We sit down. The lady puts the drinks in a glass for us... then tells us that it's 2chf more per pizza to stay and eat there?! We won't come back.

The pizza came early (I don't know exactly how much, but when I got home 10 minutes before the delivery date, the friendly delivery person had already been waiting for a while), unfortunately it was no longer very warm. I paid +2.- for double prosciutto so that I was over the required 20.-... You couldn't necessarily tell from the pizza. Either it was forgotten or the pizza had very little ham. Fast and good, the prices are right too. You can pre-order pizza on the website and pick it up yourself or have it delivered conveniently. The restaurant is functionally furnished, but the ambience could do with some work. The staff is friendly and the selection is large.

Large and generously topped pizzas. The edge and bottom are nice and thin and crispy. Very friendly crew and more than fair prices. Terrace is located on a busy main road with a busy bus stop. Brings a lot of hunger (: Gladly again!

We often order something... there is a very large selection... always freshly prepared, ready quickly or delivered. The staff are always friendly and efficient and the food, whether pizza or Dürüm, is always very good.

Unfriendly staff, food tastes so-so and you could hardly eat anything from the menu because they didn't have it. I found a hair in the food and still had to pay the full price, just terrible local food.

Lady asked for a higher price for take-away pizzas than advertised, saying that higher prices apply at the weekend and that she had forgotten to change the prices. CHF 31.00 for two sticky take-away pizzas picked up from the store is really too much! Need for repetition = zero!

Was very disappointed, I ordered a pizza with kebab meat, and was specifically told soce seperat. The pizza came and everything was full of sauce. I couldn't eat it and it was really bad. Otherwise I was always very satisfied, but I will never order there again if you can't listen to the customers!!!

Pizza dough very soft. I ordered Pizza Amore with porcini mushrooms. The mushrooms were inedible!! I complained and unfortunately didn't receive a new pizza. I will prefer another pizzeria next time.... What a shame.....

Customer friendliness and good service are very important in this restaurant. unfortunately! If I politely ask if I could get a few more onions on the kebab box and the answer is NO, because it's like a kebab plate, it's in the bottom drawer. Firstly, there would be more meat on the kebab plate and additional salad and bread. Why the hell isn't it usually possible for you to get more content for an additional charge?? really questionable. This is NEVER a problem with all other shops in Bern. Most of the time even at no extra charge. What also really bothers me is that you have to pay immediately after ordering. Like I'm going to run away with the kabap. Once and NEVER again!!

The waiting times were too long. For a kebab plate, 30 minutes. First I ordered a Fanta and got a cola and then I wanted a water (5dl) and got one with 3dl.

The best delivery pizza in Bern, for sure. And it is not just about the quality of dough or taste of the compounds - it is also about a human face of an enterprise, respect and attention to clients. I was specifically impressed when i just called and ordered a pizza where half is 1 sort and another half is a totally different pizza, and both with some components dropped and some extras added. And - they didnt even ask questions or express surprise - they just said "your order is ready in 12 minutes". Thats a proper merchant approach to business=) Needless to say, all the 'taste'parameters are on top. PS normally i save money on delivery and pick the pizza up meself. So it takes me exactly 12 minutes to reach the place and it takes them 12 min to cook a pizza. I have NEVER had any delay, on the contrary - sometimes pizzeria called me and said "pizza is redy. R u comin or should we yet deliver?" - but thats just cosnim so slow=))))

Pizza or kebab, you can get both here. The service was always friendly to me, the pizza was prepared super quickly (although I usually don't arrive until after 9 p.m.) and juicy (just right with the tomato sauce).

Well, this is the pizzeria, where they let you sit down, offer you drink and once they bring you the drink (of course opened so you must pay), they tell you that they don't have pizza today... I just couldn't believe...Happened 25.04.2018 at 15:45 in case owner is interested... I will never visit this pizzeria again!

I wanted to sit down at a table when I was literally chased away just because I had the pizza in the box. When I asked for a plate, one of the employees said no, I had to leave immediately. Unbelievable...I have NEVER been treated like this as a customer. The first time I ordered take away I asked if I could serve my kebab box in a container other than Styrofoam. The man gave me the answer: "NO" because the polystyrene container was expensive... I asked how expensive and she said it would be a kebab plate, but I didn't want a salad otherwise I would have ordered it that way at the beginning? !? Today the 7 of us booked a table. The court also told her that we would appear at 12 p.m. We arrived at 12 p.m. sharp, but the food came at 12:18 p.m. Everything would have been fine, but the french fries were lukewarm and the meat (without sauce) was just cold. At first I thought to myself should I really say something?! But you just couldn't eat the meat like that. It tasted like foot sole. In the end we still dared to say something. When the waitress came she just said that if she takes it we will get the same cold meat... Because you pre-cut the meat and put it in a container. I told her she could take the meat from below because I thought you had a Bain Marie. When she brought the dish after 15 minutes, the meat was already cold again. I just thought I'd eat it anyway because I don't want to annoy the waitress. When she came back and asked my colleague if it was good, she replied: "Not really, it's just lukewarm... "One thing after another came... At some point the maid came and said that she had tried everything to keep us happy deliver. But we're in a very BITCH mood today... I couldn't understand the situation. I explained to her politely that it wasn't customer friendly. I am deeply disappointed in my supervisor for not responding. I will NEVER go there again...

The surface is very poor and of moderate quality. Very long delivery time, probably the reason that the pizza wasn't warm! The salad came without sauce...

Pizza Huus is not recommended. Pizza is just average. Dough wasn't crispy, probably not in the oven long enough. When I complain, I'm cheekily answered with "Then next time you'll order from someone else", well.
