A nightmare! Already the pizzas are small, thin, with only 2 ingredients chasing each other, that's without mentioning their mood and their courtesy... You really have to be hungry and have no other choice to want to getting set on fire while ordering a pizza there... A piece of advice for the bravest: Don't take a pizza with bacon on it... unless you like crispy pizzas, given the quantity of bits of corn that they leave on them.

If you want a warm and cheerful welcome, go your way. I got set on fire while going to get my pizza for no reason..

Perfect pizzeria if you want to get burned by the boss! To avoid, go to the “Da Marina” pizzeria next door, much better and nice owner!

I have always lived in Estavayer, and this establishment has changed a lot (for the worse) from year to year. Poor quality pizzas and ingredients, and what restraint on the ingredients of an 18 franc pizza... Oily, empty, forgettable... That's the pizzas, now we have to talk about the "boss" (or one of the employees, not sure). This guy is the definition of impoliteness, not the authentic impoliteness of a small pizzeria in Naples which is brusque but gives character, no, here it's easy, noisy, naked impoliteness. Sometimes I wanted to apologize for ordering him a pizza because I felt so unwelcome. For years and years this ordeal will have lasted, Now that DAMARINA has opened a hundred meters away, suffice to say that this establishment is done. A simple competitor will never be able to change Pizza Speedy as much as is necessary. I imagine a wrench under the carpet in a few months, and quite frankly I am delighted about it.

I recommend you call Cugy, he delivers to Estavayer for free and much better toppings and perfect service.

We called to place an order, they told us it was the same thing as cugy but not everything!!! It was horrible, we had to wipe the pizza with paper because it was just oil. If you look closely, most of the positive reviews go back several years, living near Estavayer, I know the former bosses of Pizza Speedy who were very friendly and I can tell you that since the change of boss and delivery person, everything goes in all directions. Insolent, arrogant and unpleasant delivery man, attempt to make us change our minds instantly, hairs in our pizzas, pizza expensive for what they are, no commercial gesture (not even a bottle of water offered despite the fact that the pizzas arrived 3 hours late, big argument with the delivery man,... We can see that the recent comments are much worse than the old ones, only really take into account the new comments, pizzeria to be avoided like AIDS.

After more than 1 hour and 40 minutes of waiting, I called to find out where my order was, the person laughed in my face and told me that I still had to wait. To avoid, no professionalism, the person is haughty. If you don't want to eat, you've come to the right place. (I put one star because there is no other choice but he doesn't deserve it)

Lamentable experience. - 6:30 p.m. order 7 pizzas, the person on the phone announces their arrival at 8:00 p.m. - 8:15 p.m. we still haven't received our pizzas, which is why we called to find out where our order was. We are told that we must provide the order information. Then we were told that the pizzas would be there in 25 to 30 minutes but that they would try to make them as quickly as possible. - 8:51 p.m. we call again and we receive the information that the deliveryman was going to leave in 3 minutes. - 8:54 p.m. the delivery man calls us to find out the delivery address which we gave twice beforehand. - 9:02 p.m. the delivery man finally arrives at our door, gives us the pizzas and asks us, without apology for the delay, to pay 136 CHF. Being in possession of 50 pizza vouchers, equivalent to 5 free pizzas, the delivery man tells us that it is impossible to pay with so many vouchers and that we should have announced this before. After a very unpleasant contact with the delivery man who spoke to us in a haughty tone and cut us off with each sentence. We were able to speak with the boss to agree to use 30 vouchers for 3 free pizzas. The delivery man does not stop himself from commenting on his superior's decision, telling us that, if he were in his place, he would have left with all the pizzas. Despite the fact that we clarified several times to the delivery man that he was not at fault. Also, nowhere on the website does it say that we cannot have more than one free pizza per order. In summary: the orders are not taken seriously and the pizzas are ultimately not great. They were all lukewarm and we even found several hairs in our pizzas!

A very short waiting time (50 min) and a perfectly executed order (I received a salami pizza instead of a ham one) with a small personalized extra (hairs on and under the pizza). I called Pizza Speedy back and, surprisingly, I was told that it was my fault because I wasn't there. I am also told that he tried to call me. But it's also my fault if he wrote down my phone number wrong... on the other hand, he doesn't know about the cutting-edge technology of the doorbell (surely he doesn't know how to use it) Anyway, they make us two pizzas again and I go down to get them when the delivery guy arrives. A dishonest and rude delivery man hands me my pizzas and blames me for the fact that they had to throw away the first two pizzas because I didn't answer the phone and didn't get down quickly enough for the first delivery. I explain to him again that he was trying to call another number since he had made a mistake when writing it down and that I cannot know that he is waiting at the entrance to the building if it does not ring. I take the pizzas and when I tell him that it was the last time I ordered pizzas from them he says: “anyway, we don’t want customers like you.” So they can't even write down the right phone number and ring a doorbell, and on top of that they don't even admit their wrongdoing. Oh and I forgot, the insults from the delivery man in I don't know what language are anything but professional.
