Me and my girlfriend ordered here for the first (and last) time. So the portion size is not compatible with the price! I had ordered the chicken nuggets menu and then a pair of hard fries arrived and the chicken nuggets were almost certainly from McDonalds.. The “caprese salad” if you can call it that, was half a tomato and mozzarella... for 9.50. My girlfriend felt sick after eating it and threw up the next day! Which I find absolutely unacceptable! It's a shame that you work in such an unhygienic way, and it's even more a shame that you serve something like that to your customers.

This supplier today had an unsympathetic treatment, I think you can show decency and be nice to customers!!

Pizza is a good size, taste ok but it was extremely oily! I didn't tolerate it well, what a shame! :-(

An absolut disaster. Never again

So we just ordered pizza and it was extremely disgusting. The “pizza” (if you can call it that) was completely filthy with all the fat and the box arrived at us completely decomposed. The cheese wasn't even really cooked through and when you opened the box you could only see a kind of inedible paste along with the fat. The whole thing for an unbeatable 25CHF.

Mush. Dull. Bland. Drowning in grease.

Unfortunately the pizzas don't hold up well. The whole family had gastrointestinal cramps. Won't order again.

Sorry, but it used to be a pizza... if you only like cheese, you'll definitely be happy with your order, but I'd like a tomato sauce that you can taste... you've come to the wrong place.. Order 2 margheritas by phone Delivery time 80min (11min drive away) form your own opinion.

We ordered pizza and it never arrived. Not even after calling eight times. We then thought they were on holiday but there was no mention of it anywhere, not even on the website

Pizza - very good Price - good Service - there is still room for improvement I ordered a pizza on the Tornado Pizza website. The email address also had to be provided. There was no confirmation of receipt. After about an hour I called and asked when the pizza would come. At this point I would like to see more service from Tornado Pizza.

We have ordered pizzas several times and picked them up ourselves. Fr. 10 per pizza picked up is extremely cheap. This definitely means saving on the surface. Therefore 1 star deducted. Size and taste otherwise good and tasty. If you like things cheap, you'll get your money's worth here.
