Then I asked myself: “What would you like?” I answered uncertainly: “Maybe a few flowers?” I thought to myself that she must surely have more knowledge than me, after all, she runs a restaurant and not me. I repeated my question: "Don't you have any suggestion or idea how to decorate the table beautifully?" And then came this blatant answer: "No, I have no idea at all, you know, after all, I didn't train to be a decorator." No subsequent smile, just silence at the other end. Me, speechless, like I was in a bad movie. Then I thought to myself, OK, she's in a bad mood and doesn't speak well. But is she allowed to speak like that to a customer who has been with her for years, completely cold, emotionless and from my point of view just NAUGHTY. My answer: “NO!”.
