Delicious paella and exceptional service

With all due respect, the pizza was practically without tomato, salty to tears, with a shape similar to a Picasso painting and full but I say FULL of oregano. Aside from the fact that putting oregano on pizza entails ten years' imprisonment without any reduction in the sentence, I also found 3 red wires inside, similar to escape antennas. 23 francs for this massacre plus a coke.

I was very disappointed especially after reading the reviews mentioning a great restaurant. On a Wednesday evening, apart from the exorbitant price, I had to wait 1 hour for a pizza that was not cooked correctly and which made me sick all night, yet it takes more than that to make me sick. Very cold and unwelcoming setting. Server does not accept the remark of the uncooked and cold pizza

Very nice restaurant, the pizzas are available in 3 different doughs: kamut, black olives, classic. Kamut is a very light dough, similar to classic dough, you can only understand the difference if you are really careful. Black olives derive from their tradition, dark texture and with a good flavor determined by the olives, a valid choice for trying new flavors. The restaurant has a very friendly service, the only flaw is the space, there aren't many tables, but in their own small way they know how to do everything very well

Friendly and cozy place with very good dishes I chose Gnocchi with Gorgonzola (pictured) and didn't regret my choice: very well presented and tasty. At first I thought it wasn't enough because the plate seemed a bit small, but I was proven wrong. The restaurant staff is very friendly and the prices are average (our dinner was 25 CHF each, including beverages). I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have a casual dinner in a warm, quiet and welcoming place. I really liked it 😊

It recently reopened under new ownership. Too bad it's no longer the Bettola of the last 20 years! The old owner was truly a person with gastronomic knowledge like few others! And lastly, there will no longer be the best pizza in the entire Lugano area, which has been awarded several times and is recognized at Ticino level! SIN :(

Pizza is ok. It depends on the night as it seems to me that they only make the dough once a week, so you might happen to get the frozen dough that does not taste as good.

It was a really good pizzeria in Lugano. The only one, that I knew, that offered integral dough as an option for their pizzas. Unfortunately, it has been closed for some time.
