My Indian dish was very tasty, as was the Panzerotti, which my girlfriend enjoyed. The view of Lake Constance is of course fabulous. We were lucky enough to experience a beautiful sunset. I can highly recommend this location.

I bought a coffee and a beer and they wouldn't let me eat my sandwich because it was supposedly forbidden and yet I paid for what I consumed. Indignandte, even the waiters are slow and dirty tables.

Wow, I've rarely seen a manager of a restaurant behave so unreasonably and anti-socially. Denying a child the use of the toilet - even if you are not a customer at the time - is not particularly courteous, but also somehow understandable. Charging a fee is fine, but even after I offered, they refused! Only after the friendly service staff suggested that I consume an ice cream instead of paying the fee was my daughter allowed to use it. Well, at the party where I was, word got around quickly and everyone was of the opinion that they should boycott La Luna in Arbon on principle...

Good ice cream, but such a loveless Coupe la Luna I would be ashamed.

We always enjoy going to La Luna, good friendly service and super tasty food. The pizzas in particular are excellent. The quality of the food is high and you can tell, we were served very nicely again today. Thank you.

So far we have ordered bruschetta (circular, cut into 4 pieces/like on the homepage) almost every time. The last time it was only half the size as usual (semi-circle, cut into 4 parts). When we asked the waiter about it, he claimed that it had always been that way. Same price but only half as much. Pure rip-off.

OK but it's not Italian pizza. The real pizza tastes different. Nice and uncomplicated service.

Pizza simply fantastic. Good, crispy base, thin dough and lots of toppings. Just like a good pizza should be. Good, fast service. We come here every Friday.

Long waiting time for food and not exactly friendly service

Ordered two ice cream coupes and a cappuccino this afternoon, May 28, 2023. Because of the nice weather, La Luna was well attended, but it wasn't particularly busy. The cappuccino came quickly, we waited 20 minutes for the coupes. I waved to the waitress to ask, unfortunately he just walked past us but saw me when I called. The next table was served first. You might think that the waitress then came to our table - wrong thought, she simply disappeared into the restaurant 😟 Other guests were also impatient and said that you need patience here. My husband then went in to pay for the cappuccino because we didn't want to wait any longer. The service staff (3 people!) all seemed overwhelmed; the service staff is probably untrained. They are not careful and walk past you without noticing the guests. Orders are sometimes taken after a waiting time of 10 minutes. As I said, there wasn't much going on. A year ago we were there for dinner, 4 adults and 2 children. I ordered a Coke and got Coke Zero. A dish came wrong, one person forgot half of it and we had to wait so long for a pizza for a very hungry child that the others were almost finished eating. Very disappointing, it can't be that the staff is so overwhelmed! Unfortunately, the situation has not improved in this regard. A pity!

Worst restaurant there is in Arbon... Ordered coupe (banana split) and wanted coconut and chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla ice cream.. Only in an emergency was the coupe delivered as I ordered it... This worked exceptionally because there weren't many people, otherwise the chef would be overwhelmed if there were so many people if everyone came with special requests... Hello, are you still working? If the head chef is overwhelmed, then he should consider changing his job and doing something else

Location excellent, service very unfriendly!! Prices way too expensive. Eating reasonably. No comparison to its predecessor, it's a shame about this restaurant. In the future we will only go to Brühwilers for dinner, the price/performance ratio is great. Excellent chef and super service.

We come here occasionally with the family. Great location to stop spontaneously during a walk. The menu is varied but the food is still fabulous. You quickly notice that the chef knows his craft.

Bad service, no atmosphere, expensive prices. It's a shame - the location is great, but the store is a no-go. We went there three times for a walk, each time unsatisfactory. Today I received the wrong pizza, but the correct pizza was served to me after almost 20 minutes with a short sorry. The pizza had so few toppings that half was just dough. Very cheeky given the high prices. In the end I was actually brazenly charged the higher price for the wrong dish and the waiter insisted on paying. We have never experienced anything like this, an absolute no go.

Ordered vegan and gluten-free pizza Margeritha. To be honest: I had NEVER half-eaten such an expensive and at the same time such a bad pizza: it not only tasted terrible, but was absolutely ugly. SORRY, ZERO STARS

We picked up food there. Two different burgers, spaetzle with cream sauce and cheese spaetzle. The two burgers tasted identical even though one was a BBQ. Cheese spaetzle and spaetzle with cream sauce were also identical except that one of the two dishes had bacon. For all 4 dishes we have 70Fr. paid. Which is really a disgrace. Food was subpar with no taste whatsoever. Very disappointing.

Slight delivery delay but the pizza was delicious. We would be happy to order again at the next opportunity and hope that the time frame is adhered to.

- Pizza Carne for 26.00.- > whole 2 pieces of chicken, 2 x ham slices & 2 x slices of salami. - Pizza as desired with rocket, cherry tomatoes > pizza with nut lettuce and 2 cherry tomatoes was delivered for 22.50 When we called or asked what that was about, it was basically eat or die and it would be ok if we didn't order anymore. Failed from A to Z...

Nice restaurant right on Lake Constance

It took too long. The agreed time was 12 p.m. & the food didn't come until 12:40. I have to go back to work at 1 p.m. so I almost didn't have lunch. Secondly, no cheese was included even though we ordered it. There was no fork/spoon either. Brother should I eat with my finger? Well at least it was pretty tasty.

Very friendly service, pizza (Marinella) and dessert (panna cotta with wild berries) were excellent. Beautiful shady location under maple trees with a view of the lake. Highly recommended. Price performance is right here.

Were at the concert. Tables were dirty. The banana in the dessert was not fresh, you could see how the dark brown one was cut away. Tables weren't cleared for a very long time.

First of all: Unfortunately, the restaurant lacks any atmosphere - a shame, BUT it more than compensates for that. You sit in a quiet place, the food is really good and the portions are decent! I ordered my Cordon Bleu with salad and what came was a juicy, good Cordon Bleu with about five different salads - it couldn't be better. The service was also very friendly - we'll be back!

It felt like it took forever until we were served. Whether the little one wanted something to drink was not asked at all and the dogs were not offered water either.

Very nice location with a view facing the lake. Very contemporary atmosphere. The toilets are on the lower floor, only by stairs.

Pleasant place, perfect for taking a break with the dog. Friendly and delicious. There are different offers, including things on the menu that aren't available everywhere. One star deducted because it's a little too expensive for me personally. Still recommended and worth a visit.

Loveless food and condition of a small portion of fries 6.50chf which is completely fine, but they are soggy, hardly seasoned and completely drowned in ketchup. I always enjoy coming to the Panorama to eat. Depending on the day, it can be very busy during lunchtime. The view of the lake is awesome. The restaurant has a varied menu and fair lunch menus. The staff is friendly and deals flexibly with special requests...

I think the panorama is good, the food, drinks and dessert are simply good, the service is polite, always on time and the food is perfect!

So, we were there this afternoon at 4 p.m. there. The wine soup was unbeatably good and we didn't even eat such good fish crispy on the German side of Lake Constance. Overall, satisfied with the price too. That's why we're going there again tomorrow Thursday-:)
