We had a great birthday party in the event hall. Great aperitif riche with sensational dishes. Everything worked out perfectly! Big thanks to Adriano and team!

Can't take the order properly even though you tell them what you want. And even if the pizza wasn't actually bad, it was only served half warm. My recommendation: Luckily there are other pizzerias too.

When I arrived I was greeted warmly. The temperature on the terrace was pleasant. The ambience was also good. The Diavolo pizza was very tasty. It wasn't too spicy either. The service was fabulous. Very child-friendly, all wishes were fulfilled. Always happy again!☺️

I've NEVER had such a bad one Veal cordon bleu served, cheese like rubber, way too much ham, dry meat, no seasoning!!

There were two of us and we ordered a lunch menu. Menu 2, soup and a pizza Margherita and menu 1 salad and ravioli with fish filling. The pizza was way too dry and too crispy, you couldn't feel any taste of the tomato sauce and mozzarella in your mouth. Visually it wasn't a hit either, there wasn't even a basil leaf on the pizza, it was really bland. For an Italian pizzeria with an Italian pizzaiolo, this is an absolute NO GO. As I was paying the bill, the waitress replied: If you order a pizza next time, tell us that you don't want the pizza in the oven for so long...if you come back at all! I was speechless at a comment like that. But I'm happy to answer here - we definitely won't come back. Best regards. Giuseppe

Nice atmosphere, friendly waiters. Unfortunately, the food is not worth a visit (especially for the price). Not enough flavor in the soups, meat rather tough than tender.

My local restaurant. Always very friendly staff, great pizza and the price is right. The other dishes are also fine, usually take the Gordon Bleu with pasta instead of fries. I think the tenants are doing very well!

Ciao Italy. A wonderful place to enjoy Italy. The boss enthusiastically stands at the wood-burning oven and prepares the delicious pizzas himself. What we ordered was without exception good. Starting with the well-assorted salad to the finely balanced fish dish. Everyone wants to try the pizzas anyway. The restaurant has the typical flair of an Italian cantina. Including a large covered terrace, which allows you to eat outside even in less hospitable weather. I would like to thank the warm-hearted boss and his employees for the great food and the courteous, friendly service. That was worth a hefty tip to me. Lovely again.

Pizza is actually really good, so I liked eating pizza there. However, my last visit opened my eyes when I also wanted gorgonzola on the pizza... 3.-- extra charge for gorgonzola which I noticed on the pizza in exactly 2 bites.. um no thanks not with me when I asked As it says on the menu, I get 400 grams of gorgonzola myself from the supermarket for 3.--. and usually there was a limoncello at the end... probably if the consumption was under 40.- - no longer there... I'll look for a new "favorite pizzeria". disappointed me... ✌️ But pizza is otherwise very tasty... almost like at home.

The food is excellent. My starter was a piece of mozzerella wrapped in a slice of eggplant ham, gratinated and served with a tomato sauce. It was so delicious, I could have eaten three portions! The service is very friendly. The interior needs some love.

Super fine pizza!!! Always worth a visit!

Service and ambience are ok. What I had significant problems with was their “sharpness”. I am convinced that this chili oil is riddled with mold. Why? Well, I only spread four drops over my food and immediately afterwards my digestion went completely crazy for 24 hours. Heartburn was just the mildest symptom, as were reflux and gastrointestinal issues. It took me a whole week to fully recover from it. Umd yes, I like spicy food, I didn't have any alcohol or coffee that evening. And the food was otherwise freshly prepared. So all that's left is the chili oil. Strong recommendation: replace it. Next time I'll take something with me and have it checked if this happens again!

We came here spontaneously for lunch today, without a reservation. Despite the large number of guests, we were greeted warmly and quickly given a table. The service was very friendly and competent. The soup was very tasty and so was the main course. The risotto was excellent. The restaurant is very cozy. I'd love to come back.

Greeting: "Oh you have a dog, why didn't you say anything when making the reservation? You have a table in the middle, is it loud? I also have a dog, nothing against dogs" Special greeting after a reservation for 4 people. Afterwards, water wasn't even brought, because we also have a dog. Our service was good and friendly at the table, just a bit chaotic. Food: Bruschetta good, pizza is good, not oily. Fine salami/Parma ham. However, it could be in the oven a little longer. Mineral without water is brought to the table openly, tasting like Hahnenburger. (No blame), but the bottle should be opened at the table. Tomato cream soup tastes like a Knorr ready-made soup. Aqueous. The menu is far too large, why such a huge selection?? In times after Buhmann it should be clear to offer a clear selection of dishes in order to increase the quality.

We are 10 people, not a spontaneous visit but reserved. The main course could not be served to everyone at the same time; one person was served 30 minutes late after asking twice. Rocket on pizza unwashed, risotto as a side dish massively overcooked, piccata greasy and the meat tough. The wine is empty, you don't ask if you want another bottle, the same applies to the remaining drinks. Critical ability non-existent. Not recommendable. Your comment confirms that you are not very guest-oriented and, above all, that you do not have control over what is happening in your company. At the table next to us, 3 people, the hot stone we were missing was served, but the other two guests there had to wait 10 minutes. waiting for their pizzas. The poor cooking results probably have nothing to do with the number of guests, but perhaps with the menu being too large. But the fact that you didn't even have the time to discuss our criticism directly is the biggest indictment.

Long wait for the food!!! Service slow or too rushed. Small orders, half empty restaurant still waited an hour! Super loud, you can barely understand each other. If you want to meet someone you have a lot to tell, this is the perfect place. You have to wait forever for the food anyway. It's best to come without being hungry, as you'll feel it at some point before you eat. If you're hungry you can eat the dry bread! If you get some!

Unfortunately, it's not possible to go out and eat quickly in this restaurant... I had to wait over an hour for my food. We ordered 3 main courses of water and a beer. After asking several times, the waitress brought us bread after about an hour and showed understanding that we were hungry. Our food arrived shortly before 9 p.m. Three small, overpriced portions were served. Nothing special in terms of taste... But even without a long wait it wouldn't have been worth the price by far

Prices on the homepage do not match the actual price. They have probably been increased in the meantime, but not adjusted on the homepage. Pizza Homepage CHF 23.50. However, CHF 25.00 will be charged. The waitress didn't know why that was. Pizza was ok - but rather expensive for the quality

I like to go here for lunch while working. The food corresponds to a classic Italian restaurant and the selection on the menu is very large. In terms of taste, it's not a high-flyer restaurant, but the quality is good and you get what you expect. The restaurant is always busy, but it's also easy to get a seat if you haven't reserved in advance. I find the price-performance ratio to be good. The ambience corresponds to an older farmhouse with a large winter garden.

Professional service and very friendly attitude

Bad beer and bad service. You can also eat more expensively elsewhere. There were three of us (all with years of service experience) and our comment that the beer tasted strange was not addressed at all. The service was unfriendly and the food wasn't great either... it's a shame, and that was my birthday meal :-(

Lovely restaurant with huge selection of authentic Italian dishes be warned though, the menu is in Italian! That didn't stop us and we all had a terrific business lunch and ordered a selection of dishes, all came out fast and were served hot. Friendly staff and traditional decor added to the experience. We ordered various pizzas. A Pizza Italia was ordered and charged for but a Margherita was delivered. The quality is also not worth ordering from there. Unfortunately very disappointing and too expensive.

I am a member of a local sports club. Unfortunately, since the change of owner over a year ago, our "local restaurant" is no longer what it used to be. The service leaves a lot to be desired, the ambience has been lost. Up to now we have had a fixed table reserved from 7.30 p.m. in the winter season for the last 15 years. We didn't have to register this every week, it was provided by the owner. Yesterday we walked up to our regular table again and were taken to another table with a very succinct remark from Cherant :-( In general, the quality of the food has declined and there are various inconveniences surrounding orders and service. After yesterday's visit, we decided not to go to the Testa after the training sessions. We will no longer consider the restaurant for other club events. We no longer like this new, superficial way of catering. After a year, despite numerous indications, nothing has improved. So it clearly gives the impression that the new owners don't feel the need to serve the guests, especially the long-time regulars, in the usual way. Very inappropriate and unfortunate. ...and her funny answer confirms exactly what I described above. Strange working attitude for a "host" :-)

+Pleasant atmosphere and friendly/nice staff. -Eat heavy...paccheri with salsiccia sponged in oil, scaloppine with egg sponges in greasy butter sauce. -The red wine bottle was served icy cold (+- 10 degrees)..almost undrinkable. Actually, something like that should never have been brought to the table It's a shame... there's a bit of a lack of know-how and competence in the kitchen and service.

A radiance greets you at the entrance. You feel warmly welcome. The best bruschetti and a wonderful Saltinbocca with grilled vegetables that I haven't had in a long time. Also very nicely presented. Thanks! The only thing is that the noise level is relatively high when the restaurant is busy.

We got the back table in the restaurant. The green salad was disappointing, iceberg lettuce with a dollop of ready-made sauce in the middle that didn't have much in common with an Italian sauce. Both pizzas were good, but a bit bland. The service is extremely bad. They kept forgetting about us. I had to complain about the wine several times until it arrived. Even when paying, we had to ask for the bill countless times until it finally came.

No longer recommended! The 2 previous tenants were much better. Reception OK. Attention when you want to order or pay is missing. The pizzas are tasteless and very thin. The dough is too white and not cooked properly. I had to put a lot of salt and pepper on it. I don't think the restaurant will have a long life under this management.

Spent a cozy afternoon on the beautiful terrace. The seasonal menu as well as the pizzas didn't make our choice easy. We were all delighted with the exquisite dish. To open, lukewarm Prosecco. Red wine was great! Pizza knives had to be specially requested. No pepper on the table. Pizza Padrone baked pale, dough rubbery, sparsely covered. Pizza a bit bland. So everything can be improved.

We attended our daughter's first communion at Testarossa. Very attentive and friendly service, child-friendly and the pizzas, simply fantastic. We ate very well and almost felt like we were in Italy. Thank you very much dear Adriano and team, you are great!

The pizza was disappointing, baked way too hard. Our hands hurt when we cut it. I couldn't eat the edge, which I like best, because it was so dry. The service was bad. It was cleared in advance until we finally sat at the empty table. We weren't even asked if the food was tasty.

Absolutely fantastic time spent with my wife in Testarossa on Saturday, April 9th, 2022 for 2 1/2 hours. Service, house wine great, starter and main course absolutely fantastic. Absolutely justified in terms of cost as everything was fresh and you really felt like you were in Italy. 😋😋😋😋😋

Unfortunately, a lot has changed with the new tenants. There were five of us and we ordered across the menu. The prices are all exorbitant..... previously you paid CHF 28.00 for an osso buco and now you pay CHF 38.50 - that's high-end usury. The lasagna had more bechamel in it than sugo - the pizza wasn't exactly overwhelming either - the pasta had too little salt and the taste of the sauce was unfortunately very bland - and the meat came with a different sauce than described. The lady of the house hardly speaks a word of German - perhaps you should acquire some basic knowledge before working in service. Somehow the food lacked a certain pizzazz. It may be that the ambience of the Tricolore in Oberwil-Lieli is not that tasteful, but we have never been disappointed with the food. - a pity - arrividerci Testarossa

We visited the 'new' Testarossa under Italian management in January shortly after it reopened and under Covid restrictions. Very friendly staff. Warm welcome. The food was very, very fine. Yesterday we visited again and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was full. Nevertheless, we didn't have to wait long for our food. PS: could you also turn off the menu on the website?

Great restaurant! Great service, food, coffee! It's a thousand times better with the new Italian operators. Also very child friendly. We were there on Sunday afternoon and were able to eat something even though it was actually already closed. A presto.

We have known Adriano and Silvia for several years and have enjoyed many really fine dishes from him, and he has also made various wishes come true for us without them being on the menu, such as; Pici al Tartufo con Pepe negra, fritta mista etc. Congratulations on the new restaurant where you started in January 2022, the size is a challenge and also an opportunity - we like it. The seating is pleasantly relaxed and we attach great importance to this, along with the freshness and quality of the food/wine. This Saturday at lunchtime we quickly went to Testarossa to eat a delicious salad, cannelloni a ragu and spaghetti carbonara. Conclusion: we would love to come back, keep it up 👏 The Wyde Bar has a new light stone floor, I think we'll have a drink there every now and then. Good luck👍👍👍

Dear team, unfortunately I cannot give a very good rating. The food (i.e. the pizza) was good. The rest of it is something you should really work on. It started when we checked in, we had made a special reservation for lunch and in the evening no one wanted to know about it, we had to wait 45 minutes to place our order, the salad we ordered was never served. Do better in the future because the location is really good.

It was a disappointment! The soups and salads didn't taste good at all. Normally the main course is only prepared when the table is ready with the starter, this is not the case here, the main course is served while the starter is still being served. Then the portions were almost as big for a “half” portion as a whole one. Some of the food was burned. You don't ask every now and then whether everything is okay, and you also have to wait an eternity until the table is finally cleared. Then some of the ice cream varieties run out. Or a Creme Catalana is served as a caramel head. You order the ice cream with cream, but you only get a 1 franc dollop on it. We will definitely not visit this restaurant again, nor will we recommend it to others!

A great Italian restaurant with a very friendly host couple. Fresh pasta, great pizzas, made by the boss himself. We love coming back again and again!
