Tiptop, always happy! Cozy place for cozy hours in an upscale atmosphere. For example, candlelight dinner with exotic dishes or Coupe Romanov with goat's milk cream, baked with pureed donkey milk flatbread. Not to forget the large dance stage at the back of the restaurant. A must for people with a fear of heights or a penchant for extravagant lifestyles.
