Cozy restaurant with regulars’ table

Even 1 star is still too much... We have recently moved to Münchwilen and are currently trying out the restaurants. The problems here are a bit more. 1. Spontaneous call wanted to go there that same evening and have something to eat. 2. First there was a woman on the phone, it sounded like it was snatched out of her hand, then it was a man, not even 10 seconds later another woman, very confusing... 3. The woman in question was unfriendly, what do you want? When asked if they still had room for 2 to eat, they said yes to drink, no to eat. 4. We then said truthfully and politely that we wouldn't come over because we were very hungry. 5. The woman's tone was still very unfriendly, yes then put me down and hung up. Unfortunately, we have not heard any of these people's names. Conclusion: If you are greeted like this as a new citizen in a restaurant in Münchwilen, you will never go to Pöstli Münchwilen. In addition, we also advise our families and friends not to go there. If you want to ruin your restaurant, the best place to start is with this kind of behavior towards customers. Still looking for great restaurants/eateries in Münchwilen.

Do you live in Münchwilen? Have you just moved in? Do you work here? Then I can only recommend “Pöstli” to you. The new Pöstli is centrally located and has now contributed a lot to the village community. A number of clubs are welcome guests at Pöstli. The Pöstli is always prepared for a snack. In summer, the garden restaurant invites you to linger, especially if you have to wait for your treasure right next to the Münchwilen train station of the Frauenfeld Wil Bahn. A visit is definitely worth it.
