Worst delivery service anywhere on the lake, no order for 3 hours and then given as an excuse they don't know anything about it. REALLY DISRESPECTIVE

We've been waiting for our food for 3.5 hours and three phone calls and no one can tell us where the food is...very disappointed

Ordered at 5:27 p.m. Confirmed at 6:30 p.m. Courier called at 7:20 p.m. and couldn't find the address. Not a word about the delay. 50 minutes late - we had already eaten and no longer needed the food. Courier then got cheeky and said I had to pay. Customer friendliness and service are foreign words here.

Not recommended!! We ordered a farm chicken 600gr and we received a dung scraper that was almost 400gr. We also called and sent a WhatsApp picture, but apparently a chicken loses so much weight when cooked. The fries were quite soggy and not edible. And the chauffeur poured out the vanilla sauce from the apple strudel and all we got was a “sorry”. That was the last time we ordered there, so I'd rather buy a chicken from Migros and put it in the oven. First of all, it's cheaper and tastes much better.

Terrible delivery experience. Ordered today via eat.ch and never received the food. Nobody answered phone calls. No reviews were available when I ordered and I thought this was a new business and would give it a try. When prompted to leave a review, I could see that I was not alone (see attached screenshot). A few minutes later, all these reviews were gone. EDIT: The food showed up... 3h total after my order, and 1.5h late (on an already generous 1.5h delivery estimate...).
