ATTENTION ! Product not fresh I got food poisoning after eating a chicken sandwich from Pouly. It was extremely hot the days I visited (around 35 degrees Celsius) and I guess their food is not as well refrigerated in those conditions. It took me 2 weeks and a visit to the doctor to completely recover from this unfortunate episode. I will not recommend this place.

Huge disappointment. I bought around fifteen pastries for my birthday: the croissants are dry and crumbling. Nobody touches it, shame. I went to see the saleswoman to report the problem, no reaction. I contacted customer service, no news for 1 month. What contempt for customer service!
