We got meat patties smaller than our son’s children’s menu burger - no joke! I was expecting a real burger joint. We will never eat here again!

If you are passionate about sports. Very good atmosphere.

We came as part of a business meal, very good cuisine with generous proportions, friendly and courteous staff. Fast and efficient service, highly recommended restaurant.

Good and quite fast. Small menu but sufficient for lunch. Remember to book for the week. Service quite good. Expensive price for a burger.

We came to eat to watch the Champions League final. Room full to bursting, obviously. I wanted to make a point of honor on the service which was impeccable. A bit of a wait, but not a problem when you're watching a football match, and that's normal given the number of customers there were! And above all, congratulations to the servers who did a remarkable job. Always smiling, kind, helpful, attentive, and efficient! They kept up the pace all evening. It’s normal, you might say, it’s their job, but I assure you that this is not the case everywhere. Congratulations to the whole team!

Grandiose GSHC after match! Thanks to the DJ's for the quality of their music. The dance floor was on fire!

Very pleasant experience. The atmosphere was super cool. After the game, there were a lot of people coming to the bar to enjoy the team's victory. The DJs played general music that everyone can listen to.

Great post-matches at Primes, the atmosphere is great and the DJs are great. We feel renewal. I highly recommend!

End of the match on a Friday evening where the GSHC won, the DJs (rather young in fact) prefer to entertain their friends (young girls they flirt with, the latter going behind the decks) with music that makes people leave. Rather than listening to the opinions of people who come every week and have fun for hours. The old DJ was much better. I am very disappointed with this after the match.

You can relate from the other real 1 star reviews for sure. I’m pretty sure the worst service I’ve ever had especially the bald guy, whoever owns the business should have a serious think about this guy. 0 table orders for drinks and 1 order for food, one of our table were told to take the tomato out of burger ourselves even though she’s allergic, and we’re also told we’ve had enough ketchup so can’t have anymore. I would have rather missed the football than gone here, would rather eat/drink in hell. Avoid.

In the middle of the midday rush, when there is a swimming competition and a hockey tournament, only one person serves snacks, sandwiches, drinks or other items. Anything ! Otherwise, cordial waiter who did his best, poor thing! When we sell a sandwich for CHF 9.- we expect there to be a minimum of organization behind it! A word to the wise. I've been back several times since my last post and it's always the same. Someone to serve while there is a major swim meet and the GSHC pros are training. Really a shame, the place is great!

Ice hockey evening Friday evening we had dinner at prim's. Our server was Romain, very professional, very classy. The food is very good, the burgers are generous and very good, I had an excellent Caesar salad, just right. We wanted desserts and coffee, unfortunately a little hiccup in the kitchen meant that we had to abstain because otherwise we would have arrived late for the match. During a future hockey evening we will happily come back.

Eat well, but there is a wait to order and pay.

The waiter who refused to take my order of 3 beers because he didn't have time and was overwhelmed. Never seen !

Unacceptable!!!!!!!!! An order for a Burger without onions which was refused to me because the chef does not want us to modify the Burger. So, I didn't eat and I won't eat there again. To ban!!!!!!!

AMAZING BURGER. Honestly one of the best burgers I have ever tried in Geneva. I rate the restaurant with 4 starts because the service is very very slow.

Surprise discovery just a stone's throw from home. Great burgers with delicious buns. They're showing worldcup matches on big screens, so a nice place to eat and enjoy a game of football.

We had dinner with friends in this pub. The hamburger is very good, the bread looks like a brioche and the staff is kind and fast. It is close to the center, there is ample parking and zero waiting times in the service. We will definitely be back!

Honestly disappointed... A big change from my previous visit (see comment below). There were 3 of us and we ordered 1 finger mix as a starter to share and 3 burgers. First disappointment: everything happens at the same time. I ordered a Prime Burger rare. The meat was perfectly cooked, I admit, but it had absolutely no taste, hence my second disappointment. We clearly expect more from a restaurant that highlights its “fine food” side. The place was by far not full for a match day (Sunday afternoon), but after finishing our plates, we waited at least 25 minutes for a waiter to come to our table. Once the waitress arrives (because we called her, she didn't come spontaneously), we are entitled to a "Yes? What do you need?". I was expecting at least a question like "How did it go?" or “Are you finished, dessert?” In short, with a service that is far from up to par and a tasteless culinary specialty, I can only give it 2 stars = I didn't like it. I didn't hate it (1 star) because I liked the choice of beers from the Brasserie de la Pièce! I would hesitate to go back there, that's for sure... and I find that a shame. Previous review to which I gave 5 stars (dating from 2021): Had lunch with the kids before the hockey game. Warm welcome, flexible staff. Very good burgers. To do again in order to try the other dishes which also look very good! Thank you for this great time!

No more bread before the end of the service because it was put in the freezer on the manager's directive and no commercial gesture either, a little free coffee would have been a good excuse. Tic

Very noisy, but that's normal! On the other hand, a "chef" who cannot serve a veggie burger without eggs because it is described with it on the menu is fishy: frozen product?? Undercooked lentil salad rather sad!!! Impossible to stay too long because table reserved for the end of the match...

Friendly staff and service rapid. My friend asked for the vegetarian burger without the egg which apparently was not possible. Strange. The salads didn’t have enough sauce. Steak tartare and souris d’agneau was good.

We were there for our junior hockey game. Coming from Château-d'Oex and Valais, it was very cold and apart from the pub, nothing was open. They closed the establishment under our noses and did not even want to enter into the matter of a hot drink to take away. Unpleasant experience. We thought we would all eat there, too bad for them.

This was the GSHC pub. Now it has turned into a chic restaurant. Not suitable for customers. And it takes 2 hours to be served.

Fast food cuisine and more elaborate menu. excellent service and very warm welcome. Is frequented by fans of the GHSC, the region's hockey team

This is the bistro restaurant at the ice rink. Formerly Mc Sorley Pub and Grill. It's very good and not too expensive. There are dishes and burgers. Really not great. I preferred the card before. Wine prices not in line with the dishes offered. We don’t care about the overpriced wines in Chevrier. We bought a bottle of Argentinian. There is already a lot of noise from people after the match, we add a little more with annoying music.

Recently redecorated, this restaurant is pleasant and offers varied dishes with a large choice of quality burgers.

A brasserie to eat chicken, vegetarian or double portion burgers if you're hungry or challenged! The daily specials are meant to be refined, sometimes with some cooking errors. Servers not very attentive that day pushing consumption. Fast service.

Could do a lot better! Orientation question for the service: a catamaran. And the Pinot Noir from Les Belles Filles costs 7.00 francs per decision....that puts the bottle at more than 50 francs....we'll appreciate it. ...

Match night on the steak house side, sticky table, waiter who stays in front of the screens to chat with customers during the match. When we ask for a burger without onions we see that they have been put in and then removed because there are some left, the bread is dry and the steak burnt. The waiter comes to clear the table and continues to discuss with the next table, 40 minutes since we were cleared and we still have not been offered dessert or even drinks. Terrible server!!!! Otherwise very good atmosphere on match evening but spoiled by this incompetence.
