Pulsa Bar & Lounge Restaurant in Davos

The food was very refined and had fantastic flavors. The staff advises you well. The dessert bar is highly recommended.

On Wednesday evening, February 28th. Ordered a veal cordon bleu at 6:30 p.m. for CHF 49.00, a proud price. After 5 minutes this was already served. The cordon bleu lay carelessly on top of the vegetables. It looked like a fast food restaurant. No loose breading, everything was compact and 100% it was frozen and put into the deep fryer for a moment. When I cut it, the cheese came out very watery. I've really never experienced anything like that. The taste was totally bad. After my complaint, I was confirmed twice that it had been freshly made. I cannot take this statement seriously. You can't make a cordon bleu fresh and slow in the pan in 5 minutes. I then returned it and of course didn't have to pay for it. It's a shame I didn't take a photo.

Modern but cozy, very friendly service, unfortunately side dishes for the main course were delivered too late. But otherwise highly recommended!

Often underestimated, I find PULSA to be the best restaurant in the Grischahotel, at least when it comes to food. Service is top-notch everywhere, but Pulsa has a good selection of food and usually has room when everyone else is fully booked.

Were there for dinner. The food was very good. Really tasty dishes for vegetarians too, sometimes something different (beetroot falafel, beetroot tartare). The service is very attentive and you can also walk by unannounced. No problem with children either. Happy to come back!

An absolute disgrace! We had made reservations for a birthday dinner at 9:15 p.m. and came from Zurich, a two-hour drive to Davos. When we arrived we were told that the kitchen had already closed and we would only get snacks! We were not told on the phone that the kitchen was closed. Then they couldn't even do us a favor and make a fondue chinois, which really doesn't take much effort!! Never again! Catastrophe!!

In winter I always loved sitting in the cozy bar, preferably next to the fireplace. The drinks are also very tasty, especially the "Heidi", a member of the "Hugo" family (what an original idea!). Now in the summer they also serve sushi there because Leonto is closed for the season. The sushi was FANTASTIC as always. It is always beautifully presented and tastes fantastic. I also think 40 delicious pieces of sushi for 79 CHF are also appropriate (Fuji Special). When I made the reservation, I stated that it was my companion's birthday. They decorated the table in a sweet and rustic way and brought us a small birthday dessert a conto Haus when we ordered the bill. Really very sweet and thoughtful!

For the starter we ordered hazelnut salad, which was very tasty and beautifully presented. For the main course we ordered schnitzel twice with fries, winter vegetables and cranberries. One of these should be lactose-free. We got butter vegetables. The schnitzel was a bit dry, the fries were very dry and there was far too little cranberry. As I was clearing away, someone commented that I hadn't eaten the vegetables. When we wanted to order a coffee, we were invisible to the service staff. We tried to get her attention for about 20 minutes. When we were finally able to order our two latte macchiatos (one of which was lactose-free, i.e. with oat milk), we received a lactose-free latte macchiato and a glass of cold milk!! For information; There wasn't much going on in the restaurant so we don't understand this mistake at all. We wouldn't recommend it.

Light walls in a delicate gorse yellow would go wonderfully with the dark brown furnishings and make the whole room appear much lighter and friendlier 👍

Exceptionally good food, very nice ambience, nice service, large portions. Anything less than 5* would be an insult. We had many dishes on the table and I tried them all. All were excellent. One of the best burgers I've ever had - and I've had many in my life.

We were there to have lunch with our children. However, we weren't exactly welcomed warmly and the gentleman in service seemed to be annoying with our two children (2.5 years and 9 months old). The service was so mediocre and we had to wait a long time for our order or for our order to be taken. People who entered the restaurant probably 20 minutes after us received their food before us. As a Swiss citizen I am used to eat regularly fondues during winter. Unfortunately my worst fondue since 2 years was the moitié-moitié fondue at the Pulsa. Service was also very slow, it took 1.15h to get this disaster.

Der Kurs wurde Corona-bedingt zu einem Cocktailtasting abgewandelt und wir durften den Chef de Bar Chris mit Fragen löchern. Was für ein genialer Abend! Die Betreuung durch Chris war persönlich, unterhaltsam und einfach fantastisch. Wir haben uns den ganzen Abend lang von A-Z willkommen und toll aufgehoben gefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein absolutes Highlight des Weekends, das sämtliche Erwartungen übertroffen hat! Ein riesengrosses Danke an Chris und das ganze Grischa-Team - wir kommen wieder :-)

Das Personal war sehr engagiert und hat uns auch unter erschwerten Bedingungen der Corona Massnahmen mit grosser Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit bedient. In der Bar/Lounge fühlten wir uns immer willkommen, sei es am Tag der Ankunft, bei einem kalten Bier, als Durstlöscher nach einem anstrengendem Tag, oder bei einem Glas Wein zur gemütlichen Einstimmung auf das anschliessende Dinner. Alles was wir gegessen haben, war frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet und mundete uns hervorragend. Das grosse Angebot an Weinen liess keine Wünsche offen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
