Delicious Italian cuisine, but above all I was surprised by the extremely friendly and courteous service staff. It was busy at lunchtime and we had to wait a little longer for the food, but it wasn't bad.

Firstly, a huge compliment to the owners. Hospitality 10/10 Service 10/10 Food 10/10. I can give a clear recommendation to all lovers of Italian cuisine.

For the first time in the La Qualità restaurant, I give this visit nothing but top marks. My friends and I really liked the food, the friendly service and the Christmas decorated restaurant.

More than an hour waiting for the waiter and then they ask us to eat

We've just been to this restaurant tonight and i think it will never happen again. If you eat outside, you are literally eating in the middle of the street with colourful plastic chairs, inside the restaurant is very small, service is soooo slow, they cannot simply deal with the customers. I had seafood skewers, the taste was ok but it was not like main course meal, my husband had spare ribs, i didn't like it cause it was too sweet you couldn't taste the barbecue taste. I would not recommend this place.

Terribile experience, pinsa is not good and service is very unprofessional and rude.

We had dinner at La Qualità tonight and it’s safe to say that this will not happen again. The food is okay, but nothing to write home about. However, the service is terrible. The waiter was plain rude, unfriendly and uninterested. The highlight was when I ordered a Limoncello and it came with a small fly in it. When I notified him, he did not even apologize, but just took it in. Instead of pouring a new one though, we saw him just take the fly out with the goal of bringing the same drink back. When I went to confront him, again not a single apology, nothing. Congrats to the waiter. He just cost the establishment four potential new customers. Never again. Avoid at all costs.

The service was very good. However, in my opinion, the price/performance ratio of the food is not justified and is well above average, considering where you eat. The chef had a less than ideal day today. The lamb rack!! Turned out to be lamb chops. This should also be declared as such on the menu. Fortunately, the 2 espressos were not charged. Surprisingly, however, there was an iced tea on the bill that we didn't receive or order. But I only read this at home. Conclusion Cold plate. 49.00 Lamb. 46.50 Pinsa (pizza) 26.50 6 x beer. 33.00 Ice tea ??? 5.50 Total. 160.50 That's 80 p.p. without coffee, mind you. A proud price...

Had a really great lunch very delicious lamb in lemon sauce with risotto. I could have easily eaten thou 2 slices of lamb.

We went here for pinsa lunch during the week. Resti wasn't completely full, but the seating was rather tight. It certainly gets louder the fuller the room. Service was great and very accommodating! The pinsa was the best we've ever had. Incredibly airy dough, great selection of ingredients, everyone will find something! Very fine. Happy to come back :)

Very nice and courteous service. The pinsa was also very good. Unfortunately no “Züri water” and no open draft beer. Only Aqua di Panna for xy francs is no longer up to date. A pity.

It was very busy at lunchtime. Very crowded and very loud that it was no longer possible to have a good conversation. The food was delicious, the service was friendly but visibly stressed.

I love pinza in this place, the wine is very nice, the place is cozy!!

Pinsa is good. The dough is well fermented, fluffy and crunchy. It's not a wooden oven, so there is some potential left on the table. The price is also on the upper limit. We had the risotto once. It was more like a congee soup, soggy as it can be. Probably pre-cooked and warmed up. The rice was mushy and had barely any texture left. The carbonara is also cooked way too hot. The egg gets scrumbled and results in a subpar, dry product. I'd take them completely off the menu or retrain the kitchen. The ambiente is also sometimes quite odd. During Christmas times some odd music choices were selected, music with singers singing off-key. Not worth the hype.

Friendly, humorous service, food is also great.

Being in Zürich for a business trip, my colleagues brought me to this place for Pinsa. I ordered the Pinsa with spicy Salami and it was really great! You could tell that it was freshly prepared, the quality of the ingredients was good and the service was adequate. It's a little pricy for just a Pinsa, paid about 27 CHF which for me was the only downside.

I go to this place only for the Pinsa I like the way they make the dough. I've tried the Carbonara but it wasn't that good. Appetizers and Cocktails are fine.

Always top service whether over lunch or in the evening. The employees and the business owner are extremely friendly. Very fine food. They respond to the wishes of customers. Better a Pinsa at La Qualita instead of a normal boring pizza.

Wonder how or where all the 5 stars come from. Okee, the food is okay but if I have to pay 26-28 for a plate of pasta... then I get a mini portion (and I'm 72kg) not a big eater... if the restaurant isn't full I have to wait 30-40 minutes for the food and... my companion 10-15min. later than I get the food... well, then I don't see a justified surcharge for top service... I'm happy to pay a little more, but then you have to deliver... no matter, there won't be a third chance... Everything is going well for you, good chance

La Qualita offers Italian food of outstanding quality. The pinsa is sensational and definitely the best we have ever eaten. We were greeted in a friendly and professional manner and the wine was also suitable. It wasn't the first time we'd eaten at La Qualita and it certainly wouldn't be the last time.

Very fine Pinsa, price segment rather high for the area.

It's a shame, really nice restaurant, great atmosphere. But the waitress treats you with incredible ignorance. The "nice" gentleman hardly looked at us, consistently only spoke Italian and wrinkled his nose because we answered in German. The Pinsa came relatively quickly, about 10 minutes. Finally he held out the payment terminal to us and then looked annoyed because we typed in a 0 tip for such a service. When we said goodbye, there wasn't even a thank you, ciao or have a nice evening, just put the receipt down and left. No matter how good the Pinsa is, I won't eat here again.

You can get the best Pinsa here and the staff is extremely hospitable, a visit is definitely worth it.

We went there for dinner with the children on Sunday evening, after waiting half an hour we didn't even get a drink and only got the menu after an hour. The service is a disaster and the waiters are very forgetful. It's actually a shame because the food was good but after waiting so long you lose your hunger.

Very hectic staff. Orders are forgotten but still charged. However, the boss was very friendly. The food was delicious, but was ruined by the overall ambience. Has new staff, not so hectic anymore but orders are still forgotten. A lot of staff for such a small restaurant and yet a lot is overlooked.

Great service and very fine pinsa

We went here for lunch to eat pinsa. Service was good and friendly, we didn't wait long for drinks or food. The only point of criticism was that the edge of the Pinsa was a bit black, which I don't like, otherwise the Pinsa was very fine. I'd love to come back.

Interesting place. The offer is very varied, however imagining the Italian market proposal which is objectively broad. I was impressed by the service in the excellent dining room of the three people working at that time. Attentive, decisive, consistent with the location. They took care of me in the tourist manner and mood I had at that precise moment. Consistent prices. I advise. Beverage spot on. Fresh food. If it's beautiful and good you pay for it!

Very dissatisfied After we were so dissatisfied last time, we unfortunately have to say that nothing has changed. The service staff is very chaotic… wine recommendations hardly exist… the Italian charm is completely missing. Our weekly visit will be missed.

Pinsa is good. But don’t ever consider eating their steak! The waiter suggested that we should order it but it tasted so horrible i don’t feel like i can eat meat anymore. 😰

We were greeted with the phrase: "guys, be patient, little by little we will please everyone", after simply asking for a table... the service staff did not notice the typical details of the job (the table was not clean, the circle made by the glass of previous customers stayed there all evening). The place is full, but given the initial response, and seeing the owner calmly talking without taking a careful look at the people in the garden, it is normal for the waiting times to be prolonged... the prices, high enough to be called a "trattoria". The waitress, after noticing that the knives were dirty (replaced two out of three), did not replace them, the owner realized that we didn't have them. Overall, I could have eaten the same Pinsa elsewhere, larger, spending less. As an aperitif we were served raw ham, too bad we didn't bring bread. I would have preferred a little more attention to the customer and friendliness. Another slightly absurd thing is that they don't accept cash. I don't think I will return.

We were three adults with a toddler and a dog and ate outside. The service was very nice and accommodating. A children's chair was immediately organized. The food was also very good. Unfortunately, a storm came and we all had to flee indoors. Since the restaurant is a bit narrow inside, the stroller wasn't allowed to be at the table. He was taken to the back by staff. We actually wanted to have a drink, but we were then made aware that dogs were not allowed in the restaurant. I think this is because of the rather limited space. We then paid and left. I'd love to go there again, but unfortunately only when the weather is nice and you can sit outside.

Excellent quality products, unfortunately the pinsa is not for me and moreover on my 4 seasons pinsa you had to look for the artichokes with a magnifying glass. My husband on the other hand is very satisfied.

I went there for lunch today with a friend and our 4 children. Worst mistake ever!! When we arrived the waiter told us that due to space constraints we could only get one high chair. We actually should have left because the main rush was already over at 12.30 p.m. and the restaurant was gradually emptying. The service staff is very unfriendly, unfocused and uncoordinated. We had to ask for glasses, cutlery, bread and parmesan. We waited almost an hour for the food - the daily menu!! When we asked, it was explained to us that the pasta vongole had to be made again because there wasn't enough. If we had been told this, we could have simply ordered something else. The fact that pasta takes an hour to cook is new to me. Absolutely amateurish. The pasta was lukewarm and the children's pizza had canned mushrooms. We will never go there again!!

Service is just really bad. Waited forever and then the wrong food came. The food is actually good...

The Pinsa is good, nothing to say. The service is really terrible. We waited 40 minutes to receive the menus (which arrived upon request). We had ordered beer and water at the beginning of the pinsa, the water never arrived and the beer arrived at the end of the pinsa (after I got up to request it at the bar). Surely there are few staff but what there is could do much more. Maybe he's fine with that. Sin. A waiter apologized and we appreciated it, maybe we will return in the future to give it a second chance.

Service is for the foxes. 0 decency and 0 competence. We waited 90 minutes for our Pinsa and were told not to “stress”. Apparently the oven was broken, although other people got their food first even though they ordered massively later. An order was also delivered incorrectly. When asked, it was stated that the chef did not have time to report the error. One of the main ingredients was also forgotten in a pinsa.

I had an espresso for two on Saturday afternoon and was very disappointed with the conditions. I felt totally ripped off, 9 francs for two espressos, I paid 20 francs, and the waiter came back after a long time, threw out a 10 note and said he didn't have 1 franc and ran off to the restaurant. That's really bottom drawer, I'll never go there again.

Preparation in the „meeting” room be more well prepared and the room should not have any noise, refrigerators being removed during the meeting. Offer fresh bread and not the next day. Staff entering and leaving the room during the presentation were unfriendly. Unfortunately, professionalism is lacking. We will look at other locations in the future.

70-80 year style;-) cool Italian restaurant, here the customers are really pampered;-) and served with the typical Italian flair:-) Really a nice restaurant. -It's small so you should make a reservation. (recommendation) - Has an open garden seating area, no partitions with plants etc. - Has a small sausage meat counter (salami, coppa, cured ham, mortadella, etc.) -If the boss cooks uuuffff, you don't have to go to Italy anymore ;) - Service is always ready and friendly, despite the stress there is no long wait. We'll definitely go there again ;)

We had dinner there. It was a really nice place and food. Pinsas were tasty and personnel were friendly and close. Recommended the pistacchio and nutella tiramisu ❤️

The food generally tastes very good. The often inexplicably long waiting times are unpleasant. But what bothered me the most were the following two incidents: 1. I ordered half a portion of baked potatoes and half a portion of spinach as a side dish with the fish; Two whole portions came, swimming in lots of oil. I was then charged 6.50 CHF for the potatoes and 10.50 CHF for spinach (!!), even though according to the menu each side dish costs 6.50. 2. There is no wine list; so you don't see any prices either. We were recommended an open white wine, which then cost 12.50 CHF per 1dl (!), although a whole bottle of the same type of wine (Zibibbo) costs no more than 30-40 CHF.

Staff can be summed up in one word - absolute disaster. Extreme waiting times, no decorum, the quality of the food can be debated and things appear on the bill that you neither ordered nor ate. The highlight is the waiter or boss (I don't know) who lets the guests inspect the raw pieces of meat in the restaurant. Not very hygienic and very expensive for this location.

We have known La Qualita for 6 years, but I personally don't like the new concept together with the unfriendly staff. We felt very comfortable there back then. Out of place in a family settlement! One has the feeling that the children are disturbing. I haven't felt so unwelcome and stressed in a long time. My child didn't like it either. It's a shame, but we won't recommend this restaurant anymore, even though the food is good.

Food great! Smoking service. Inattentive, you wait a long time for everything! It's a shame, they could easily generate twice as much sales if the service did the job right!

La Qualità surprised me very positively. I was recommended it by family members. We all ordered and picked up Pinsa today. The pinsas were incredibly delicious, all made on site with the freshest ingredients. The portion sizes are great! In addition, I have rarely experienced such friendly and polite employees. Very, very hospitable and warm! Simply TOP. I will definitely go there again and recommend it to others :)
