I come through Zurich fairly frequently, and I always stop here for raclette.

The tarte flambee was really delicious. Taste like super thin pizza. Chocolate lava cake was yummy. The chocolate was oozing out of the cake. Went great with the ice cream.

Speaking of Switzerland, it's raclette! So, while strolling around the city, I found a restaurant where you can eat raclette! When I entered the store, I was suddenly asked, ``Are you Japanese? ”A female clerk asked me, ``I'm Japanese,'' and when I replied, ``I'm Japanese,'' she served me in fluent Japanese. Since I have Japanese friends, it was easy to ask questions about the dishes, and it was very easy to order. Naturally, I ordered a raclette, and when I tried to capture the atmosphere inside the restaurant, I was asked if I could take a picture of them putting melty cheese on it, and I was kindly allowed to take pictures of the kitchen. It was the best shop with wonderful staff who were friendly and helpful in an unfamiliar place. I want to go again! !

I recently visited this fantastic restaurant where everything was delicious. The atmosphere was cozy, the service was top-notch, and the food was simply out of this world. Every dish was a flavor explosion, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. A truly memorable dining experience!

My 2nd time to Raclette Factory. The first time was great. I feel that the quality of ingredients has gone down significantly. Portions are average and no real effort has gone into meal preparation. Service was okay. Ambience, busy and full of tourists...all round the whole experience was underwhelming.

Everything was delicious, but unfortunately there were no additional ingredients in the form of sausages and pastrami without pork. One dish contains from 100 to 180 grams of cheese, keep this in mind when ordering. That's a lot for one person

Very good raclette restaurant in Zurich, a little expensive for our French standards but about the local average. They sometimes offer an all-you-can-eat option, and the staff is friendly.

Yesterday I went to the Raclette Factory go for a very fine Raclette Go meal and the service was also very friendly with me personally.

We arrived at the place without knowing it needed a reservation, and they allowed us to eat there, at a table that was reserved, but only for an hour. I thought the attitude was sensational. The photo I took wasn't good, but the food was delicious, especially the vegetable soup I ordered as a starter.

Was the raclette delicious? ! The photo shows bread raclette. This is a set that you can customize. Unfortunately, the sausages in Japan are more delicious. The female staff who can speak Japanese provided very pleasant customer service. thank you. However, since everyone was eating raclette, there was a strong cheese smell inside the store, which I didn't like. lol

Blown away by the Alpohi Raclette and Flammkueche. Was walking by with the wife looking for a spot to eat. This place caught our eyes. Never had raclette before in our lives so we decided to order both Flammkueche and Raclette. The texture and layering of the cheese was insane. Very friendly staff who were fast and helpful. Nice, bright cheery interiors

Sophia was lovely and great service! Delicious raclette. We had white wine and red wine cheese, as well as the pepper and plain cheese. All delicious. Great warm chocolate cake too, yum. Would go back if we weren't leaving tomorrow. Thanks Sophia!

The raclette are totally amazing! We finished it in a flash! The atmosphere is cool too. Highly recommend for tourists. Specifically if you do not eat pork like me.

Great food but the portions are pretty big and fatty. I recommend getting one portion of raclette if you're just coming for dinner. Great place though!! I recommend it if you're visiting Zürich!!

It was very delicious I was able to enjoy raclette, which is famous in Switzerland, at a reasonable price even by myself. Since I was alone, I was guided to a counter seat, but a cute female staff member who could speak Japanese entertained me! It was delicious and the staff was nice, so I'd like to go there again when I visit Zurich.

Very friendly people and a wonderful place. The food was amazing and the staff was very helpful in supporting our choices when we didn't know much on what to eat. Very tasteful food and not very intense for first timers. The restaurant is located in a nice place and has good variety of food. Just lovely experience!

Since I rarely write reviews, I would like to comment today. The atmosphere is really inviting, the friendly staff are also pleasant, but if you come hungry and get three mini potatoes, a little raclette and two pickles for just under 20 francs, Then, very disappointed, you walk out the door to the next restaurant to satisfy your hunger.

Main food was superb and staff were lovely. Portions were a little small and the desserts were not as expected or as good as the mains (hence the reduced stars) Staff all spoke English as well as other languages. Good value raclette restaurant especially for something so central to Zurich

A good place for a quick bite. The amount of food was quite limited and on the dry side but the waitress was nice even if very busy.

Naturally gluten free. Beautifully friendly place to eat, especially important as a solo traveller. The food was wholesome and soul filling. The cheese was perfectly melted and fantastically creamy. Loved the mash was skin on, and tasted fresh. The whole place has a lovely homemade feel to it, which I didn’t expect at all. Sausages were delicious and slightly smoked. Left feeling full in stomach and soul. Big thank you to the team at Raclette Factory.

From a Korean perspective, it just feels like a cheese potato. I went in with no expectations at all, but it was delicious. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable. Please note that if you do not make a reservation, you may be seated at a large table together.

Interesting dish, delicious nonetheless

I was passing by and wanted to come in. But there were a lot of people inside, there were no seats. Very cramped. Regarding prices, well, that's it. I wouldn't say that this is a cheap cafe where you can save money. Approximately 30-35 francs per person, even though you are in a canteen, is a dubious saving. Add a little and dine in a nice restaurant.

This is a cozy place with great staff. They're very friendly and the environment is pretty happening and chill. Great place to be with friends and enjoy the gluwine in the cold. I would recommend the garlic bread! Very cheesy and crunchy! Reservations not needed as per my experience.

a really nice place... the waiter understood the word "nice" apart from the prices which in Zurich are much higher than in Italy, the raclette was good and cooked in different ways... then on that side of the river it is even more nice in my opinion, compared to the other side where there is more money... I recommend it.

Delicious Raclette, lots of variations of cheese flavors to choose from, easy to order and comes out quick. Fun spot for sure. The only downside is you and your clothes will smell like stinky cheese, since the kitchen is open to the eating area - but I thought it was worth it.

I ordered enough for the number of people because it said "Please order at least one dish per person," but I got nervous and ordered one less dish. The waiter readily agreed, and when the food arrived, I was sure to be full. very delicious.

Good place with really tasty food, very traditional with different types of raclete cheese. Definitely heaven for cheese lovers. They also have the traditional Flammkuchen.

Great feeling. The service was nice and courteous. The food is typically raclette-focused but completely sufficient. The portions are absolutely sufficient for a snack in between. Highly recommended, especially if you are traveling with foreign friends who don't know this type of food.

Das brot hatte schimmel, wurde jedoch nach einer reklamation von der rechnung gestrichen. The bread was moldy, then they took it off our bill but the waitress was not at all friendly or apologetic.

Great food and service, there was only one waitress unfortunately I don't remember her name but she was incredible. The restaurant was full and nobody had to wait for service. She was great. A little tight for space but I would definitely go back when visiting Zurich in the future.

Visited as previous reviews indicated gluten free option available, first waiter advised no but checked with waitress who advised yes - 'Heidi' is gluten free, all cheeses were gluten free, and the potatoes are (rather than the bread) Food came quickly and was tasty - how can you not enjoy melted cheese on potatoes? Staff friendly, food good.

Visited on my holiday. I was really excited to try it but I was disappointed by the food. The raclette was room temperature at best, and it has hardened when it reached my table it just became a solidified piece of cheese. But I will say the taste of the cheese itself was quite good but it’s really not deserving of the great ratings that made me visit

Casual atmosphere, friendly servers, food comes out quickly and is so delicious! The two girls, Raclette and Plumbee, enjoyed their meals and the turnover rate was quick.

I can say that it is the best raclett I have ever eaten. The garlic bread is amazing, definitely try it. The zucchini soup was also very good.

It is a very expensive place for the quality of the food. A fairly average pizza and a rather poor raclette (3 small boiled potatoes and a glob of already cold cheese on top), plus a beer and a Cocacola €70...a scandal to be honest. .Awful

As is the case with cheese, don't let the smell put you off. When you enter you can't miss the fact that there is cheese here. Anyone who visits Switzerland must definitely have eaten raclette at least once. The Raclette Factoy was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. There are different varieties to choose from and the enjoyment is simply good. At peak times you may have to wait a bit to get a seat, but it's worth it.

Nice raclette. The original was very good. I asked for smoked and pesto cheese and got served only smoked. I told the waitress but nothing was done. Anyway, it was good and tasty

Everything was fine. Friendly staff, ambience and raclette. New discovery with mashed potatoes, highly recommended. I wouldn't choose All You Can Eat anymore, unless you eat more than 3x 2 portions, then it's worth it. I also think that the extras should be included in the all you can eat.
