Disappointed!! After ordering a protector over the phone from the shop in Burgdorf, I wanted to pick up the goods today (one day before my bike trip), unfortunately no one knew about my order and I went home with a dismal "sorry" and empty hands. My bike trip is now over, thank you very much!!!!

worst snowboard and skate shop ever. The owner's brother, it turns out, actually told me I had thrown the snowboard down the stairs at home after I noticed a notch in the tail of a new snowboard I bought at home and was back in the shop within an hour. Then he shouted at me that I was a “tempestuous person”. Such an assumption and treatment of customers is really unacceptable. Will never enter the store again.
