Staff complicated and very unfriendly. Not well organized and not very welcoming. I recommend the Ötzibar to everyone. Simple, uncomplicated and warm.

Very unfriendly staff. Not competent at all. Not BAG compliant. Tables not cleaned, no disinfectant where it works. Extremely loud music. Very expensive at 5.50 for a pet bottle. Although car access is possible. So transportation is easier. Better go somewhere else, there are nicer places

Husband wasn't allowed to drink a drink that wasn't bought from him, very bad food, meat cold and like yesterday, service very unfriendly, I've had a lot of stomach ache since eating the kebab NEVER AGAIN!!!!

We were here on vacation for a few days. The hotel is clearly showing its age and is in need of some renovation work. Points are awarded for the great view. The room was clean with a balcony and bathroom with a bathtub, especially pleasant after winter sports. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. What was striking was that most of them spoke/understood German very poorly. We weren't happy with the hot food. In the lounge area you can pass the time with billiards, table football, etc. There is also an old grand piano at the entrance. Overall, not a 4* for me, I would give it 3. Too high a price for what is offered.
