One of the best experiences for a home-cooked meal in Zurich. You can taste the care and love of cooking that has gone into the preparation of the dishes. Great vegetarian options too, with the lunch set menu changing every day.

Taste was OK, but very greasy and only 3 tiny chicken pieces. Naan was very soggy. About 20chf for takeaway, naan and samosa.

The food is authentic and delicious, and the owner is so friendly! Both lunch and dinner are really good, and there are multiple vegetarian and vegan options.

We were a group of 11 people and my friends and I had an amazing experience. From the starters to the main course and dessert , everything was exquisite. Chef’s Kiss. The hostess was super friendly and all super great. A place I’d definitely eat again.

It is my most satisfying meal so far after being in Zurich 7 days!! The butter chicken is fantastic, the flavor of all the sauce is tasty and smell good, also, must try the nun, soft, tender, easy to bite and taste REALLY GOOD!!! I will head back here again tomorrow!!

Rashim's Kitchen is a gem of a restaurant in the heart of Alstetten. Went there for lunch recently and found the service to be warm and welcoming. The ambience was perfect and the restaurant was immaculate and tastefully decorated with real Indian charm. Most importantly, the food was delicious and authentic. I really appreciated the concept of having multiple fresh curry dishes lovingly served with a warm naan and a cool mango lassi to wash it down. If you're looking for good Indian cuisine, look no further!

Lunch at Rashim’s Kitchen is always a wonderful experience. The food is fresh and flavourful, with a good selection of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians each day. In addition to the thali lunch menus, the naans and samosas are also delicious. The hospitality is outstanding at Rashim’s Kitchen. The owner is so welcoming to all her customers from the moment they enter and ensures they are all very well looked after. Looking forward to my next visit!

This is a tiny but awesome place to eat authentic indian meals. I use to come here for the lunch. The food is very, good and so tasty. You can easily feel that is homemade. People are very kind and nice. The price is fair for this quality. I definetly recommend ! And try a naan or a mango lassi, they are delicious. 😋

I’ve eaten Indian food at a lot of restaurants across Europe but nothing comes anywhere close to the quality and supreme taste at Rashim’s Kitchen! We ended up going there for the entirety of our stay in Zurich. The food was rich in flavour, they offer ample variety, and by the end of the meal one feels so nourished just like with homemade food. Rashim was so kind & generous and her care and commitment towards making high quality food really comes through. Highly recommend Rashim’s Kitchen, it definitely should be on your “must do” list when visiting Zurich 😊💛

This small Indian restaurant is highly recommended. Friendly and lovely service/owner. The food is so good, everything freshly prepared; There are no surprises about spicy food as everything is explained beautifully. Rarely have we had such a great Indian meal. My husband often goes there for lunch (take away) and I am now also impressed by the wonderful cuisine. Thank you, we'll be back.

I have been visiting Europe/ UK regularly. I always look for authentic Indian food. To be honest I have found Indian food but that was never an authentic Indian food.. this time , I accidentally found Rashim’s kitchen and …. Wow … … an amazing place …. Scrumptious food ……and on top of all this , a super friendly , hospitable ,warm proud owner Rashim, who takes care of every guest. Well, we had lunch there for 3 days and the quality and taste of food was so so good and more importantly consistent… especially, the home made Rotis, lovely daal, chana masala, chicken biryani, Palak paneer, shahi paneer, Bharwa bengan, every dish….. We also had a lovely Indian tea 😀. Rashim was so kind and flexible to get you whatever you need in food… never has this kind of experience in Europe So.. if you are -looking for Food… ….go anywhere -looking for Indian food.. …go to any so called Indian restaurant But if you are looking for authentic Indian delicious veg ( and Indian non veg ) and personal attention … go for Rashim’s Kitchen Keep it up Rashim… more power to you…experience was amazing. I have ordered at Rashim's for home delivery several times when i had friends over at my place. Be it veg or non-veg, all the dishes were top notch, and leaves you wanting for more! My guests (indian and european) are always delighted by the taste and authenticity of the dishes :) Rashim also caters to deliver on time :) Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for an evening filled with yummy indian treats ;)

I visited this restaurant in odd lunch hour. Rashmi understood that I was vey hungry and let me have lunch whereas it was their closing time. She prepared hot chai (just the taste of homemade punjabi style) with yummy samosa. I then had ordered veg thali. I was amazed with the authentic taste of meals and added was the fresh roti with desi ghee melting on it. I can’t thank Rashmi enough for such homemade meal in an Zurich restaurant. All the best Rashmi. You left your lunch midway because you were serving me.

Rashim’s kitchen is our to go restaurant for catering services for our private parties. Its been 3 years and we had ordered from them for almost all our major celebrations. The food is really delicious with amazing presentation and quality. They make great efforts in aligning the menu as per your taste, requirement and budget. The team ensures that the food is served hot and in the most presentable way. They also consult based on the event as what would fit the best. Recently we ordered food for our son’s birthday and they made two separate menus for kids and adults! Everyone just loved the food. I would highly recommend them for any event that you may have. Absolutely amazing experience! Love it!!!
