We really like the pizza. We have two types that we prefer to eat on a regular basis. A few days ago we ordered for the first time via the website and not in person. Unfortunately our special wishes were not taken into account. This is very annoying when you have to scrape the side dishes/ingredients off the pizza before you can eat them or the ingredients you ordered are completely missing. Then it is almost cold or unfinished. A “new” employee is at work. But also on site for a while. He already had difficulty processing our requests when placing personal orders on site. It would be nice if the boss would pay more attention to this so as not to lose loyal customers. Thanks anyway. It tastes good to us.
