Rebstock in Rorschacherberg

It's pretty much everywhere here. Beef soup with flatbread: 9.40 chf tasted like lightly colored water, no meat or bones recognizable as an ingredient. Cordon blue was pre-cooked and kept warm, it was soft and matchy, which was a disgrace for 44 chf. I also got a halved cordon. My miserable half probably got someone else.

Always worthwhile. Fine food, good service. Great view. We always enjoy coming back.

The restaurant is beautifully located in Rorschacherberg and, in addition to spacious panoramic windows with a view of Lake Constance, also offers brilliant cuisine. A nice restaurant with a great view of the Rorschacherberg. There are enough parking spaces available next to the restaurant and can also be easily reached by public transport. The service is very friendly and accommodating, the food is always of consistent quality and is always delicious. The menu is traditional but has something for every taste. In summer you eat on the beautiful terrace and in winter in the winter garden and enjoy your meal with a great view of Lake Constance.

We had actually reserved several rooms in the hotel after great email communication. After an unpleasant incident we had to cancel it. The service was excellent and very understanding. Great.

In the Rebstock you eat more traditionally, but that's almost appealing. Especially when it's game season. The menu and wine list offer a good to very good selection. We decided on a Lagrein (fall wind, St. Michael from Eppan). It fit very well and also had a good price/performance ratio. The food was very good, the mixed salad was rather average. The service was good and reasonably attentive. But: that's complaining at a high level. The prices are in the middle segment, bottled water for a good 10 francs per liter is above the pain threshold. It really doesn't have to be that way.

The restaurant is wonderfully located and has plenty of parking spaces. The interior should be renovated, but it doesn't seem very inviting. Staff friendly, unfortunately the lady who served our table barely understood German, which made communication difficult. The food (we had game) was very tasty and wonderfully prepared.

Unfortunately we were unlucky with the food, the beef fillet tips "Stroganoff" were gone and I almost had to vomit. After a quick check in the kitchen, this was confirmed to us, something like that simply shouldn't happen, someone failed in quality control! It's a shame, we would have liked to come back! It was nice that we didn't have to pay for the one menu and one dessert, but in the end we were still disappointed!

One of my favorite restaurants. The location is brilliant. The view is unbeatable. The service is great. The staff is prepared and attentive. The food was always extremely tasty and lovingly prepared. The Rebstock Restaurant is particularly worth a visit during game season. We look forward to many more visits.

The staff is very friendly, courteous and attentive. Small gestures, such as candles and lucky beetles on the table, delight every guest on special occasions. A visit for a fine dinner is always worth it. A big compliment to the Rebstock team - thank you!

Cyclists are not welcome!! They would have no space on the terrace. When we reserved a place by phone 15 minutes later, there was of course room on the terrace. THAT IS NOT HOW IT WORKS!!! The same person “Daniela” served us both times.

For the second time we drive up and find the Schlid in front of the entrance "fully booked". Called an hour ago and absolutely nothing was mentioned on the phone! It was just 5:30 p.m. when we got there. The bad reviews wouldn't exist if we had been told something fairly on the phone. We won't be coming here again, we're very disappointed.

We ate an ice cream on their magnificent terrace with a view of Lake Constance, a very pleasant breeze accompanied us. The ice creams were really delicious, succulent. We will eat there tomorrow at noon.

Hotel ideally located for enjoying the magnificent view of the Lake Constance region. There are 2 parts to this establishment; one more recent with modern rooms and the other a little older but all the rooms are pleasant. The restaurant offers very “Swiss-German” dishes but all delicious! The morel soup is killer! Not to be missed under any circumstances if you are in the region

We discovered this hotel-restaurant in 2018 and have returned many times. We have never been disappointed. The rooms in the new part are magnificent and have a superb view of the lake. Additionally, the restaurant's dishes are excellent and the breakfast buffet is great. We enjoy it every time.

Was quite OK, looks and service very good and nice, location is poorly lit, very dark in places and some lamps are from the past! It's actually a shame because of the overall impression! Food was good, portions a bit poor, for a man. But it is recommended.

Thanks to a business lunch I visited this restaurant. The view would be great if the weather is good. Today was very rainy. The staff is friendly and the restaurant looks clean. The menus are small but good. Best of the food was the soup. Was very tasty. Loved it. The schnitzel with fries were also good. There was only one bad thing. I found a hair in my plate, looked as if it came from a beard according to its size. The price is fair for what you get. Hopefully the next time there is no hair in my plate.

Very nice, clean and spacious rooms. Amazing scenery if you get a lakeside view room. Only downside is, is that's its in middle of nowhere. Everything nearby is closed around 7pm.
