The Reinhard pastry shop offers a pleasant place for the occasional enjoyment of sweet treats. Service is friendly, although it can sometimes seem disorganized and chaotic, which can occasionally lead to long waits. The quality of the cakes is consistently very good, and what is particularly noteworthy is that they are sweetened to a pleasant, moderate degree. However, there is room for improvement with the Black Forest cake; It's too schnapps-heavy for my taste and the cream is too airy. That may sound a bit strange. The ambience of the pastry shop is ok - it is suitable for a short stay, but does not stay in your memory for a long time. Another point of criticism is the limited and stagnating range of cakes. The regular customers probably prefer certain creations, which is probably the case in many pastry shops. Personally, however, I prefer variety, especially when it comes to cakes. Overall, the Reinhard pastry shop is definitely recommended for occasional visits.

On Sunday we want to treat ourselves to a good breakfast… so we went by without registering. We found a place at the counter and could easily observe what was happening behind the counter. I ordered a hash brown with bacon and egg, our food sat there for 10 minutes before we got it. The result was a raw hash brown and a cold egg. After we politely asked not to fry the rösti, we received nasty looks and were no longer served. The hash browns came back almost black. It was a shame so it wasn't a good experience.

Great place to stay, I had a 60 min wait for someone and was kindly served. Nice staff.

Top bakery and fine cuisine plus friendly service. A good example that it is worth shopping and stopping at independent bakeries and pastry shops. Let us take care of our retail and craft industries. We can buy toilet paper and bouillon cubes anywhere. But a great bread that stays fresh for three days, only from the bakery.

The food is delicious and the blonde woman in service is very personable and accommodating. Unfortunately, the other service employees are consistently unfriendly, annoyed or simply rude.

I have never experienced such poor service and it wasn't the first time. The counter cheeky, the service slow. The supply has decreased significantly. You sit down and if you know what you want from the counter you have to order there and pay there. It's embarrassing that you can't do it. Do self-service straight away, you can save yourself the staff, because they are so untrained. Four other people will not be coming with me. There will definitely be more, with the staff.

We were there for brunch today (Mother's Day) and there were 8 people. Even though it was very busy, the service was very friendly. The manager was extremely humorous and helpful. The food was top notch! Will definitely go there again.

The waitress wasn't particularly professional. And we've had better sandwiches. The edges of the bread weren't exactly a treat. That was the 2nd and last time.

We go to Reinhard's every now and then, it's ok. But if you are now supposed to register with your cell phone, WiFi should also be made available. Not everyone has a subscription if you can use Wi-Fi at home. Switching on mobile data costs Fr 2.00 each time. Thank you for understanding if you simply don't register!

The Reinhard bakery is right next to Aldi and Müller, with a very nice, large, light-flooded and tastefully decorated cafe. I like it. And a small outdoor terrace. The service was warm, motivated and friendly. And of course, the coffee with croissants was excellent.😊

Top service, the desired one (smiley praline) was not available in the branch later in the afternoon because it was currently not available. A replacement was organized from another branch and was able to pick it up the next morning. Very friendly, competent service.

Then it's already open from 6:30 🕡 in the morning... Coffee ☕️? 🤔 we could improve!!! But everything else is great 👍🏻 I'm always happy to come back 😘

Pleasant ambience, very good coffee and the "lye croissants" are also very tasty. This time I was a little unlucky with service. I was actually able to place the order quickly; the employee stood in front of me and looked at me without greeting me at all. She was probably already with her head somewhere else, it could certainly happen. Kaffee Reinhard is certainly a place where you feel comfortable.

Probably one of the most inviting cafes between the Emmental and Bern. You usually always have a seat and the service is always friendly. We like to stop here every now and then. By the way, there are always enough newspapers to read. The only unpleasant thing is the limited parking space at times - hurti hurti falls through the cracks.

The Reinhard bakery has chosen this location well. Strict start-up phase. The bakery products are very edible and always fresh. As a confectionery uhm can only be a question of taste. The Konfiserie_Palette seems to remain sufficient. Chocolate products are in the middle range. Enjoying the coffee was problematic right from the start because the CafèBlaser beans were over-roasted: i.e. the coffee cream was extremely bitter. On subsequent visits the quality had become much better and edible. The cafe and shop are very welcoming and super friendly. Is it good to sit there? Reinhard shops are recommended
