Very unfriendly staff. When we came in (with 4 children) there were already bad-tempered looks directed at us. Then I ordered food and drinks at the counter. There were 2 specialists on site. The one who served me and the other who cleaned the glass in the display case. One of the children asked several times for his warm milk. Then I did too, when no one had responded. It was forgotten, it can happen. After the long wait, the smallest child became impatient and wanted to look at everything. When she discovered a Christmas gingerbread, she picked it up and pressed her nose lightly. The specialist came straight away and said I had to pay for it now as it was no longer suitable for sale. I would love to upload a photo here to show that nothing was wrong, just a slightly pressed nose. I asked the waitress that I didn't think it was okay, that something like that could happen, etc. Your answer is that you don't think it's okay if children come in and are loud. She says if I don't pay it, Mr. Wüst would take it from her personally. Of course I paid for it (13fr for a hand-sized gingerbread) and left immediately. I am very disappointed with the Wüst bakery, you would expect something for the proud price.

Unfortunately, this is the third time we've had rancid cream on the dessert :-(. Coffee and croissants are great, but I won't buy dessert again.

No service for people with a certificate. They are not allowed to serve me if I don't wear a mask.... I was expelled from the store just because I didn't want to show my certificate! So please, you just have to adhere to the protection concepts, but you are definitely not responsible for checking the requirement to wear a mask. Here the boss should necessarily give the employees the authority to make these decisions. Sell ​​your goods and be friendly to the customers, that's what counts.

We drank coffee and sweets and all the employees were cheerful and excellent in service, but because of Corona, we took our things to the car because it is forbidden to sit, unfortunately, and everything was very wonderful.
