New service and reservation mentality is driving customers away. They are not able to reserve a table for different hours (eg., 9:30 in the morning, then 12:30).

Absolutely unfriendly and incompetent staff. And that's exactly how the branch manager is. Excessive prices and terrible service - it's not possible.

The pizza of the week is recommended. If you're really hungry or take the rest with you 😉.

The cafe has its charm. The Mediterranean style furnishings.. Unfortunately it's always the same... Long waiting times until you can order... until you receive what you ordered... Afterwards you have to stand in line at the sales counter so that you can pay. If the process were made more fluid, I could easily imagine having a coffee, tea, whatever, here several times

I ate a nice salad. The service was great. Very friendly. Ambiance very cozy.

Fine, fresh patisserie and sandwiches, a variety of crusty bread. A bit expensive for me. But nothing stands in the way of Sunday shopping.

They charge for a glass of tap water (1.10 CHF). Otherwise we like it here a lot! Surprisingly good food, even some vegan options when dining in/lunch. Bakery has no vegan options. Coffee is Italian style (bitter crema, little flavor). We love hibiscus ice tea here, milk shakes are grand (but no vegan option). Burgers are super. Soups are pre-made but pretty decent and yummy. Also the pastry and desserts are grand! We come here often for its calm atmosphere and nice and friendly service.

What a lovely place to start your day with a breakfast, friendly ppl and soooo many tasty bites and more. You want to enjoy a brunch? The amazing indoor decoration travels you to a different place. Are you hungry ? They got you cover. Just if you around in Wädi just walk in. As simple as that.

Today the three of us went to the Kaffee Wüst bakery for the first time. We didn't really like it, the bakery is rather small, but has good things, we felt the coffee was a bit bistro-like, the atmosphere was rather cold, not cozy. The swivel chairs almost like at the hairdresser 😛! We won't drink coffee there anymore!

We are absolutely thrilled and it has become our new favorite bakery. Super modern and cozy cafe. Bread, peaks and dessert are simply a dream, and the coffee is also very good. Price-performance is great!!!

We went this Sunday morning to buy bread and when we chose the type of bread we wanted, we noticed the shop clerk specifically getting the loaf that was at the bottom of the pile, instead of reaching for the closest one that was more convenient. This seemed odd but decided not to say anything because we are not fluent in German. When we got home to make the sandwiches, we realized it was stale, harder than it should be, and it tasted stale: hard chewy and old-tasting, it clearly had been baked the day before. Nevertheless, they still charged the full price-5,40 for the loaf, even though it was not fresh. They treat customers as if they were fools, when it is actually very easy to tell when bread is not fresh. Will not be buying here again

Unfortunately I wasn't served, sat at the table for 10 minutes, the staff walked back and forth without even making eye contact, nothing at all... what a shame. I then drank my coffee at the Steinerbäckerei on Saturdays.

Cute cafe, even for a popular chain, they have made it cozy. Nice and convenient opening times and a good menu. We stopped for coffee and cakes mid afternoon on a Sunday. Lovely service too.

Yesterday, two of us went to Wüst customers for breakfast and waited over an hour for our order. As already described in the reviews, the organization at Wüst is poor. On a Sunday, when the weather is nice, you can expect a lot of work in this industry. Unfortunately, we were only able to observe one employee (Italian, blonde with glasses) who was very friendly, motivated, efficient and competent. Without them the store would have been lost yesterday. In my opinion it's a shame because the products are very tasty.

There is potential for improvement. Coughing into your hand and then serving customers doesn't work - comment We use gloves - "well, money and the like. We also touch them. So please wash your hands or at least cough into your armpit. Thanks

The Wüest-Beckerei has a wide variety of delicious food. The location is modernly furnished and exudes a cozy atmosphere. The chairs are extremely comfortable. The service is attentive and friendly.

On the occasion of my 70th birthday, we bought, among other things, a fine plait and since we didn't eat it, we deep-frozen it. After defrosting, the braid tasted like it had been freshly bought. But even wrapped in paper and stored in a plastic bag, it still tastes very good after three or four days. For my wife and I it is clear that we will no longer buy bread, rolls, sandwiches, pastries and cakes anywhere else.

We will not visit the restaurant again in the future. The waiting times for ordering and serving are simply too long because there is no concept. Everyone does something but the responsibilities are not clear. You have to pay at the buffet. Most of the time no one knows what we have consumed, we have to report the table number ourselves. I can't estimate whether all customers actually pay for everything. Often there are several customers waiting in line to pay, which takes a long time. No, really not, it's a shame, we've tried it several times but unfortunately it doesn't change anything.

I've seen it a few times... .. but definitely let’s do it. I have over half a shilling and am waiting for dB digits. Anderi Gäscht about 10, were served after Euis cho, but first. Some of the food was brought to the table, delivered incorrectly, and then it was lost again... ...and brought to the right table! -- it's really bad, sometimes the chauffeur shouted 8 times, but the full table was grumbling! Please train your staff better or pay more wages. It doesn't make anyone happy.

I ordered a take-away coffee and rolls here - HIGHLY PREGNANT in the 9th month - because I had an appointment in 5 minutes and had to have some breakfast beforehand. I sat down at a table outside in the cold and rain to eat a few bites of my sandwich before my appointment. I was immediately told to get up because I hadn't paid any extra service charge. In response to my shocked reaction, I was told that this is how it is done “here in Switzerland”. Not only did I find this arrogant and insensitive, but also discriminatory. Definitely won't come back.

Good bakery for lunch specials or desserts. Unfortunately, I can't recommend bread and especially the Sunday plait as there are much better bakers in the immediate vicinity. The service seems overwhelmed at lunchtime, so we were only served after more than 30 minutes after we were finally able to get a waitress's attention, and even after that a lot of things went wrong. Food was brought without cutlery, drink bottles without glasses, etc. The staff was very friendly and always apologized, but all in all it was still rather sobering. Prices definitely too high. Nothing for the everyday budget.

I'm really excited about this bakery! The quality and variety of bread and pastries, sweet and savory, is great! The coffee (Amici) is also excellent, as is the way it is served🌺 The homemade ice cream (packaged in portions) tasted really good, both in terms of quality and taste! The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff attentive, interested and very friendly. The decor and ambience in the café was fresh, youthful, cozy and tasteful. Very happy again!👍

Great breakfast offering, friendly, prompt service and a large selection. This bakery is one of the only ones open on Sundays and is therefore very busy. We just got a table. However, it is definitely an advantage to reserve a table. Recommended.

The wüst bakery hase a restaurant in it !!! It hase sooo good food ! Its really busy .So when you want to eat there it would be better to have a reservation. But its lovely 😊😊👍. There is no gluten free bread or croissant or something like that but it hase like rösti pizza spaghetti and much more

The best bakery on the Silver Coast. Has a large selection and the products are really very good. The service is great, it is filled into bags that you bring with you and you can pay with all common cards etc. Only the prices are very hefty, but if you only go there on Sundays it's fine. By the way, there are usually enough parking spaces and what's even better is that you can arrive by bike.

Everything looked very fresh, but the look is very deceiving. A quick look into the kitchen shows that everything is microwave-eaten. It is sold at exorbitant prices. The employees also look very depressed, is it the boss? Never again :) I'd rather go to Migro to pick up my fresh croissants.

Unfortunately, with the nicest weather in April, no frappes and ice creams available :-( Grace should actually always be possible, which is a shame.

Beautiful bakery/patisserie. The sight at the entrance to the bread selection and the patisserie counter is simply -WOW-. You can also have breakfast or something to eat in the café. And it's open on Sundays. I bought burger sandwiches. They were fresh and sooo good.

Went to "z'mörgele" today with my girlfriend from Liechtenstein. I have to say, great value for money. Quality is excellent. The atmosphere was very nice. Ms. Wüst, nice to have met you. We will probably see each other again. Christmas greetings from Aargau. 😊

I was with you today with my daughter and I found a new favorite coffee, we had breakfast and I am thrilled from A to Z. You can't beat the value for money and the staff are super friendly and attentive. You have gained 2 new regular customers. The place is also incredibly cozy.

Very tasty brunch, served on a pretty étagère, two warm drinks and two bread rolls of your choice. It tastes delicious and definitely fills (women) up, even if not à discretion. The only thing missing for me was the juice😊. Price-performance ratio absolutely ok, very nice service!

What you wouldn't expect from a bakery: they serve very tasty burgers here.

The first really good bakery in Wädenswil, which is the only one still open on Sundays! We have been there every weekend since it opened and have always been very happy. The selection is significantly better compared to the long-established “competition” (actually there is none). Many different croissants, good rolls, fine cakes and other sweet pastries. We've enjoyed everything so far! “Wädenswil now has a land of milk and honey” is definitely true.

Beautiful decor, lovely staff and perfect location. I'm already looking forward to my first coffee on the terrace when the weather is nice.
