Restaurant Alpenblick in Saas-Fee

Very cozy mountain restaurant with a great view and delicious food.

The food was very tasty. The furnishings and service were also simply perfect. Everything was just perfect :-) would love to come back!

I would like to give it a 7*. Very friendly host couple, great sun terrace with a great view, the restaurant is very homely. Everything was very nice, well maintained and clean from the menu to the toilet. All dishes are fresh, homemade, whether salad, hash browns, apple pie etc. taste excellent, despite local food suppliers the prices are very reasonable. We were there for 2 hours and really enjoyed our time. It only took us 45 minutes from the Schweizer Hof. Up the zigzag path, down the toboggan run Wow, back again today, the Strokanoff is made from the whole fillet, amazing, the service from NL is great, the wines are only calculated with a factor of 1.5, it's a shame that these restaurants aren't in Aargau. Dear customers, please make sales, not just consume coffee, so that the owners feel like continuing

A fantastic place with very good cuisine. Hospitality is still very important here. Dogs are also welcome.

Wonderful location, great service, very good food.

Visited the Alpenblick for the first time today and was just completely thrilled. Super fine food (we had game)...extremely friendly and attentive service..great ambience and a wonderful view. It was fantastic in every way and we enjoyed it. You can tell that someone is passionate about serving here. Four-legged guests are also catered for and even the toilets were ultra-clean. A real highlight for us and we would love to come back.

My absolutely favorite mountain restaurant in Saas-Fee. A small menu with lots of delicious dishes, a super nice host and chef, excellent and extremely attentive service, the ambience with a view of the Mittaghorn via Allalin to Feekopf is simply fantastic!

2023: The sausage cheese salad with crispy hash browns is THE absolute hit. Super fine. We recommend. Also try the homemade crumble cake, a poem! Super fine. Made fresh daily by the team. Also a great opportunity for bearded vulture observation. Great view and easy to reach on foot. 2020: What Petra Adi and team achieve is absolutely top class! Homemade crumble cake is awesome!!! Fresh local products! Possibility to observe bearded vultures! Binoculars on every table! Top 1a cookies. Insider tip!!!

A wonderful place; Fantastic view, very friendly, attentive service and very fine food with fresh, regional products, beautifully and creatively served. We felt welcome every time and are happy to hike up again and again.

After a hike of about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Saas Fee Dorf, which can hardly be described as a walk, you can comfortably reach the Alpenblick restaurant. The way there is well marked. The view is magnificent, the service is very friendly and the dishes we tried (chicken sandwich with coleslaw, lentil cake, homemade nut croissants, etc.) were very tasty. And the price is actually cheap compared to restaurants in the village, considering that everything has to be lugged up here first. In short: really worth a visit.

Nice, quiet mountain restaurant ☺️ We were served courteously and the food was great - what more could you want ☺️ On the terrace tables there are binoculars at each table to take a closer look at the mountains - very cool ☺️ There are also blankets in case it gets a little cold. The menu is small, but completely sufficient. Only products from the local baker and butcher are used - very good and very exemplary 🙏🏻☺️ The menu card shows the surrounding mountains with a short description and picture - this invites you to use binoculars ☺️ great idea! Therefore five out of five “binoculars” ☺️ 🔭🔭🔭🔭🔭

Very nice place. Delicious meals. We took 4 different meals, all were perfect. Especially recommend garlic bread (Knoblauchbrot). Amazing view, and the restaurant provides binoculars. We took the Wanderweg (Carl Zuckmeier weg) in February. It was sometimes sleepery, sometimes narrow, sometimes both - so try to take poles or shoe spikes if you are coming in Winter. You also can take a cable car and go down from the top.

Possibly the best Rosti I've ever had, and I've eaten enormous quantities of rosti in my day. Lovely view as well!

this summer we enjoyed a visit to Alpenblick; beautiful setting, friendly service, nice cake and healthy home made ice teas! When back in the Saas valley, we will visit Alpenblick again.

During our wonderful hike we came across the restaurant and took a break with a refreshing homemade iced tea. The name of the restaurant says it all and there are binoculars on every table. Great friendly service.

Easily accessible from the Hannig mountain station or alternatively via the climb from Saas-Fee. Delicious selection and dishes. Very friendly service. There is probably also the possibility to stay overnight. I can imagine it very well 😀

Wahnsins Blick auf die Alpen, knallt jedesmal!

Si par malheur vous arrivez par le village et que vous voyez les toilettes très propres et accueillantes, que vous cherchez une tirelire...ne vous inquiétez pas vous serez dûment agressé en sortant par une dame et un monsieur qui vous ferons comprendre que vous devez consommer pour aller aux toilettes et vous tendrons la tirelire que vous cherchiez! Tout cela parce qu’aucune indication n’est placée de ce côté de l’accès aux toilettes. Cela montre le vrai visage de l’établissement: simplement inadmissible la façon dont on se fait traiter ici...fuyez!

Apero lors d'une alte randonnée: Superbe ambiente et décoration. Vue sur les Alpes magnifique. Bons produits locaux. Restaurant familial et personnel sympathique.

Wir hatten Ehringerbratwurst mit Rösti und Käsespätzle mit Salat, beides war hervorragend. Für Kinder sind sie nicht wirklich eingerichtet. Die Bedienung war in Ordnung.

I visited this place in 2019 but I'm writing now because when I think of the most beautiful places I've been, the happiest experiences, coming upon this place was one of those. So I continue to relive my hike to Alpenblick and the treats that we bought and ate there ever since.

Tolles Restaurant mit gute Küche und nettes Service..Ein Muss wenn man in Saas-Fee ist.. Schön dekoriert außen wie innen, Terrasse ist recht schön eingerichtet und mit tollen Blick auf Berge und Dorf...Ein Besuch lohnt sich..

So this was the second time we came here because it's a nice place with such a beautiful view. So the only available table needed to be cleaned as somebody had probably just left. That's understandable, we sat down in the meantime anyway. When the waitress arrived I asked her POLITELY if she could PLEASE clean the table. She replied 'Why you sit here'. We sat there because there were no other tables available! I understand that maybe she was having a bad day and we are all human. That said, we are paying customers. I do not like to be questioned, it's my choice where I want to sit anyway and it's within my rights to get the table cleaned.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Restaurant mit einer tollen Aussicht auf Saas Fee und die Berg- und Gletscherwelt. Das Essen war mega fein und auch die selbst gemachten Kuchen die es zum Dessert gab waren einfach nur köstlich.Sehr sympathische und freundliche Gastgeber runden das Packet noch ab. Was will man noch mehr. :)Ist definitiv einen Besuch Wert.

Ein bezaubernder Ort mit einem kleinen aber feinen Speiseangebot und guten Weinen. Prächtiges Angebot an hausgemachten Kuchen. Sommers per pedes und Bike, im Winter auch mit Schlitten einfach erreichbar. Sonnenterrasse mit atemberaubendem Blick.

Ein Haar ist beim Spatzli-Essen gefunden. „Es kann passieren“ haben Sie uns gesagt. Keine Kaffe, kein Getränk, keine richtige Entschuldigung haben Sie uns offeriert. Dazu war die Reaktion von einer Reklamation sehr schlecht. Es gibt Restaurants mit schönen Alpenblick mit besseres Service Qualität.

Richtige GUT! Mit guten Freunden zu 11 ein super leckeres Menu und die freundliche Gastfreundschaft in Ruhe geniessen ... was will man mehr? Sogar für unseren Sohn mit Zöliakie wurde auf Voranmeldung eingegangen. Einfach nur GUT!

Wir haben es geliebt und waren zweimal während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts in Saas Fee! leckeres Essen, super nettes Personal und eine tolle Aussicht!

L’accueil chaleureux des nouveaux propriétaires, un lieu rénové avec goût, des plats pour petites et grandes faims, une cuisine soignée et délicieuse si si qu’un buffet de gâteaux et tartes maisons : tout y est pour une halte des plus agréables. La terrasse offre le calme et une splendide vue sur Saas-Fee.

Sono anni che frequentiamo questi luoghi e ci aspettavamo una conferma ma sorpresa, ha cambiato gestione, ampliato lo spazio all'aperto e rivisto il menù. Abbiamo gustato un piatto con gli spatzli, il bratwurst con i Rosti e un piatto a base di pane con uovo e formaggio fuso.per finire una fetta di torta al cioccolato ottima. Personale cortese. I prezzi sono svizzeri.

Genau die richtige Menukarte für einen Tag in den Bergen - schlicht und bodenständig. Sympathische, herzliche und freundliche Gastgeber. Wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse und geschmackvolle alpine Einrichtung im Innern. Feine süsse Backwaren, alles "home made"!

De nouveaux propriétaires par rapport à l’été 2018. Un cadre toujours aussi sympathique, avec une terrasse splendide.Carte sympa, service un peu débordé en cas de forte affluence, mais l’attente vaut le coup.

Die einfachste Hütte von Saas-Fee aus. Ca 30-40min, das Hotdog ist sehr schwer zu essen ohne eine schweinerei zu machen.

Schöner Ausflugshalt, nette Betreiber, welche auch Ihren Besuch verdient haben, viel Herzblut, gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, bestens zu empfehlen, jederzeit gerne wieder!

Da sind wir ja zur Neueröffnung gerade richtig gekommen. Ein herrlicher Blick von der neuen, größeren Terrasse und leckeres Essen machen die Wanderung von Saas-Fee zum Hannig, oder umgekehrt, zu einem echten Erlebnis. Viel Erfolg für den Neuanfang.

Ne souhaitait pas nous vendre de boissons car le restaurant était plein. Stop non conseillé. Surtout après 2h de randonnée. Wollte uns keine Glass zum trincken verkauffen nach 2 Stunden lauffen weil Restaurant voll war. 😕

Rustikal aber total authentische Walliser Bergküche. Empfehlenswert sind die hausgemachten Früchtekuchen. Alles einfach aber gut. Die Weinauswahl ist sehr rustikal. Der Aufstieg von Saas Fee (ca. 30 Minuten) lohnt sich. Achtung: am Samstag geschlossen.
