The pretzels are getting smaller and smaller...

The hot dog was good. Unfortunately the salami pretzel was extremely salty (really over salted) so I couldn't eat half of it because it was really too much salt for me. The waitress was absent (or very busy with something else)

The hot dog we ordered (CHF 5.90) ​​wasn't convincing at all. Either the pretzel roll was in the oven too long or it was from the day before - maybe both. Because one side tasted strange and the other was crispy like rusks. That must not be. I expect a decent hot dog, especially at the price of 6 francs. I would probably try it a second time here, and if it isn't any better then the reviews with less than 3 stars on average are probably right.

Like everywhere... the guy is totally unfriendly and should be able to speak German better, very incomprehensible... I assume I'm a skilled worker...

The seller's unfriendliness was hard to stop. From the greeting, to the order, to the payment, bad-tempered, disrespectful treatment on the part of the male salesperson. That was the last visit!

Very unfriendly saleswoman, answers with a very harsh tone, makes snippy comments and you can tell that she doesn't care about the customers. She also forgot half of my order and I had to remind her 3 times. I will no longer get my bread rolls there in the morning to take on the go.

Never buy anything there again. The bread for the hot dog was very old and there was no free pretzel for my birthday either. Had to pay for it. Should their “gifts” be put somewhere else?

At the location near the east underpass, you have only been able to pay with cash for years. The EC terminal “doesn’t work” every time.

The employee in the east underpass only takes cash and doesn't warm up the pretzel when asked because he's already turned off the machine and cleaned it and he's about to close! This is the second time in a row that he has said this to me. I was there for the first time in the evening at 8:50 p.m. and again the next day 5:50 p.m.!! But now I saw that the Brezelkönig doesn't close until 10 p.m.😲😲😲😲!!!! Very bad service 😵

I bought a hot dog and walked to the platform...after two bites I felt like vomiting again. I took a closer look at the sausage on the train and it looked strange. Unfortunately there wasn't enough time to go back and complain. Thrown away.

The EC terminal hasn't been working for over 1.5 weeks...if mine doesn't work, I call IT and then it does within 2 hours...here they're simply speculating on tips and obviously ignoring the "defective" terminal...in that sense Welcome to the digital age Addendum 8/16/23 If the little man is there, the EFT doesn't work again...Why aren't random checks carried out here, but rather apologized on the meter without any improvement...Thanks for the kind words, but they were emptier than some of the cheese pretzels. ..

At 5.20 CHF for a pretzel with cheddar cheese, I expect it to be FRESH around 7:30 in the morning!!! And not if you ask for 2, one of them is packed from the day before. 👎🏻Of course you don't notice it until later on the train and then you're really disappointed. This wasn't the first time, the same thing happened in Winterthur at the train station.

Mega friendly saleswoman who distributes pretzels so quickly that you can't keep up with looking.

The people there are always so friendly and cheerful. Also the lady at the little pretzel king at the other end of the train station. They work very quickly, which is an advantage at a train station. I sometimes grab a coffee and my lunch in the morning. The coffee is good, as are the baguettes (I usually have a small one with avocado or cheese/cream cheese). It's a bit expensive but reasonable for a train station shop.

The morning is sometimes stressful, then you quickly go to BrezelKönig to get something for lunch and at lunchtime... surprise!!! Really disappointed. Never again. (A proud 7.90.-)

It is always extremely warm in front of the stands. As a customer who doesn't go there that often, I look at the range again and again and it feels like the staff is stressed even though no one is there except me. Payment possible with Twint.

I just ordered a chicken hot dog. I mentioned chicken 3 times and got some kind of rotten meat. I'm used to always enjoying an unforgettable chicken hot dog at Brezelkönig. However, that was the case today, April 8th, 2022 at 1:45 p.m. GARNICH

Hygiene is not respected/complied with on Monday morning, November 1st. At 8:00 a.m. ordered a pretzel with ham from the unsympathetic gentleman - he did NOT take off his gloves = accepts the money and then continues to work with the glove and tops pretzels!? Absolutely NO GO

Very good and fresh baked goods, solid coffee. Compared to all other bakeries near the main train station in SG, it's still the best choice.

Good food, but the last 3 times it happened to me that my hot dog meat was somehow very rotten or I didn't get the chicken meat after I said so twice, but the pork meat, which I couldn't eat. It was a shame, but the staff was nice :)

Bretzel (pumpkin) was not fresh. I don't have anything more to say about it.

Das rustikale äussere Erscheinungsbild ist auch im Innern zu finden. Der rustikale Charme einer Landbeiz, das Angebot für Jedermann eines Bahnhofsrestaurants und trotz vernüftigen Preisen schafft es das junge Team erstaunliche Qualität und Abwechslung zu präsentieren. Vielleicht nicht der Ort um mich mit neuen Geschäftspartnern zu treffen, aber ein Ort an dem ich gerne mit meinen Mitarbeitern oder meinen Kollegen vorbeigehe.
