The restaurant serves typical Italian specialties. There is also plenty of space on the menu for pizza. Very friendly service and a lot of passion give the Pizzeria Bellevue its charm. The wine list is also impressive. Small to medium price range

If I could I would give 10 stars. Absolute favorite restaurant! The staff are very friendly and personable, the food is excellent and it is comfortably furnished. Even if it is very loud when it is full, but that doesn't matter because everything else is right! I certainly visit the restaurant almost weekly, so I can only warmly recommend it!

Had a culinary business lunch in Bellevue. The food was very tasty and authentic. The staff was very attentive and hospitable. You can feel the passion for pampering guests with good food. The only small point of criticism is the acoustics. Since it was a very popular and therefore relatively full restaurant, it was also very loud and at times we almost had to shout at each other to be able to speak to each other. But otherwise everything was perfect!

Very good pizza. Like in Italy. We had to wait a little long for the starter, but the restaurant was full. The light could be a little brighter, but that's just a detail. All in all great!

Very nice restaurant with lovely service

Service and food was fine but it was disappointing that when we asked to share a large pizza (23.50f) we were told we had to order two small pizzas (42F)! We have eaten far and wide and sharing a large pizza is universally accepted (unless it is fine dining which it is not).Our salad to share was brought with no small plates to eat from. We paid (95f) for our casual evening out - with pre dinner drink and wine - and I think we deserved a plate to eat from!

Top, fast, friendly service and very YB friendly!

We ate with friends on the terrace at Bellevue in sunny weather. The terrace is nice and shady. The wait staff were friendly and the service was fairly quick. I had a salad and lasagne. The lasagna was nice and hot (not a given) and tasted good. It just had a “charcoil” taste to it. It may have been baked in a wood oven - possible. The wine we chose was a Barolo. It was great in terms of taste and temperature! The price of the meal was within the expected range - lasagna CHF 22.80, the Barolo too at CHF 85 (Barolo is usually more expensive). By the way, my friends were very happy with their food. P.S. The restaurant is slightly outside of Bern. Worth a visit for “locals”. As a tourist, I would rather choose a restaurant that is a little closer to the city center. The 4 points I give are rather generous. But 3 points wouldn't be enough.

Nice classy Italian, gladly again

Were here for the first time and will definitely come back. We had lunch here with the company and everyone was amazed by the high quality of the food prepared and the warm hospitality. We'll be back 👌🌞

There were three of us in the early evening. The service was extremely courteous, friendly and accommodating. The food was very attractively prepared, but the quality is to be criticized, probably because the purchasing of goods was overly optimized in favor of the price. This means that the price/performance ratio does not meet the requirements.

Good pizza in a cosy environment. Service is fast and attentive. During lunch time the restaurant is crowded and the staff a little bit busy. I recommend the Bellevue Ittigen for business meetings during lunch time.

A very nice restaurant which also offers great pizzas and other Italian specialties. I found the salad to be too small for the price. Everything else was terrific. Plenty of parking spaces and ideally accessible by public transport. The service was quick and active. The Pizzajolo has his craft under control. What was particularly cool was that, upon request, I got extra chili peppers on the pizza. Nice and spicy tiotop!

we were here for the first time. The food was very tasty, the Italian salad dressing was super tasty! (as well as the rest of the food). the service is well organized and very accommodating. In the end we were almost the last guests and it was already late. But no one gave us the feeling that it was time to leave - I think it's great. will definitely come back❣️

Our pizza a week ago was an experience ;( I really thought it had style but you can understand that in another way - for 18 CHF there would have been more than just normal tomato paste from the tube. Once and never again 👀! ... 3 pizzas for 55 CHF 🤣 next time I'll buy one at Lidl for 4 CHF per pizza and this one will definitely be much better 🥰 thanks for NOTHING 😒

Very good Italian restaurant! You should make a reservation so that you can get a table by the window, it is beautifully decorated. For service I only give 4 stars instead of 5 because the waitress is on first name terms. I would have expected more formality.

We eat here almost every week and really appreciate the warm and personal service. The dishes are seasonally adapted and are always excellent, and the wine recommendations are reliable. The atmosphere is pleasant - we highly recommend the Bellevue.

Whether pizza or classic Italian dishes, there is something on the menu here for everyone who likes to eat authentically. The service is very attentive and makes no distinction whether the guest is rich or poor. The location is more obvious to people who know the area, as the restaurant is on a sloping street and is not immediately discovered. The terrace is very large and cozy on warm summer days.

We were there with 8 people. The service was great, very nice and in the mood to have fun. They had no problem with the baby or the stroller and even took special requests into account. The food was quite ok. Relatively little meat on pizzas and salads. The taste was okay, but nothing special. The dessert was very tasty!
