When I ask for a new one (saying again very rare), the waitress seemed annoyed, but send it back to the kitchen. The same piece of meat came back even more cooked, tough as an old boot. So yeah...

This café has an amazing location with a view right onto the church of Einsiedeln. We haven't tried the food but only came for drinks and dessert. One of the cakes was great, the other one too filled with alcohol. The tea and coffee were ok. We'd suggest coming here just for the location itself, ideally sitting outside.

Sausage cheese salad garnished, prepared by the chef, half the portion as usual. There was no response to the notice.
