It's a shame that Bözingenberg is closed at the moment. We look forward to the new tenants.

A mountain restaurant where the cooking and dining is of a very high standard. From the service to the ambience to the great food. Everything is correct. Unfortunately there will be a change at the end of 2023. The long-standing, successful innkeeper couple is retiring. We hope that an equally great successor will be found...

We were able to sit outside this evening. Wonderful view, good food and a nice waiter.

Disastrous service. Incompetent and totally dishonest waiter! When we paid he didn't say thank you or goodbye!!! What is certain is that next time we will go for a picnic instead of wasting time and money in this restaurant (it wasn't even good either). In short, I don't recommend it at all!!!

Very good cheese fondue and fair prices

Unfortunately, when ordering a menu outside of the menu card, the price was not defined! Small portion was over priced and very small! Otherwise everything is fine. O.

Very nice view from the terrace and friendly place

We were at Easter brunch. It was sometimes refilled hesitantly, meat was not refilled at all.

My partner and I had a nice meal here on Friday afternoon. After a short hike up from Bozingen, it was a cosy restaurant with warm service. The food was superb and at a good price. I'll return the next time to try the wines that are grow the region.

Self-service - friendly, quick and easy. Terrace with incredible views is dog friendly and there is water for our dogs.

We were a group of friends and we reserved the roe deer saddle. An incredible experience. The team of chefs presented it to us in two variations, one better than the other. Choice of wine is exceptional and a view to take your breath away. How nice to have discovered this place. I recommend and will happily return

1 waiter looked good, 1 looked very bad. With 10 tables, the kitchen and half the service are obviously overwhelmed... A pity!

The location is magnificent. Now, could you imagine getting a meatless burger with a slice of cheese and a leaf of lettuce when ordering a veggie burger? Well, the vegetarian plate today was the accompaniments of the game dish, with nothing. A plate of spätzli for 3 people, half a pear, 3 slices of mushrooms, ... I have rarely been hungry when ordering a main course for more than 30.- in this type of restaurant, but today yes! The starter and dessert were good.

Restaurant with a fantastic view. Service was rather mediocre, not really friendly. Service not loving, although both the guest and the food, as they were very well cooked and presented, deserved it. It's incomprehensible to me that if you want to change from fries to hash browns as a side dish, you have to pay an additional CHF 3!

Beautiful mountain restaurant with a great view over Biel and the Seeland, all the way to the Alps. Great dishes using many regional suppliers. Everything is possible, from a small snack or dessert to a gourmet menu.

Very nice restaurant on top of Biel (Bönzigenberg). The view is breathtaking and you couldn't ask for more, the food is good and the staff is very friendly. Dogs are also welcome here 😊 Hence the way up to that hill is very narrow, so beware of oncoming cars.

Dishes OK. Service in order with the 1st server. The second a disrespectful and rude person. At the end of the meal, the waiter looks at me audaciously; "What are you doing there??" While I was looking for the toilet." Pitiful welcome. For sure, I will not return to this establishment again.

Restaurant with a wonderful view of a breathtaking mountain panorama and Biel and the lakes. I can't say anything about the food as we only had soft drinks. The service was very accommodating.

An insider tip For locals only The local mountain of Bözingen, the little brother of Magglingen... so to speak... The view when the weather is nice and the visibility is clear is simply unique. I can't write more here because there is no room for mass tourism up there: It's all just for hikers and bikers as well as paraglider pilots who can carry their own umbrella.

Food wasn't salted. (diet food). Too little, too expensive. Unfriendly. There is no small menu to grab a bite to eat.

Food mediocre for the price waiters charge for this service, it used to be better. If you go there you want something traditional, a schnitzel with fries and not pseudo rich food, sorry but the waiters and everything are nice

Beautiful view of Zealand. Usually very well attended on weekends. It's worth a trip when the weather is nice, the terrace offers a fantastic view of the Mittelland, the Alps, the Mont Blanc massif and of course the three lakes. Location of the shining Swiss Cross, visible from afar.

Extraordinary, a view that takes your breath away

A great place with a terrace and a wonderful view. The service is very pleasant and attentive. We were there for lunch with friends, the fondue, rösti and cordon bleu as well as the pike perch were excellent. To come back without the slightest hesitation.

Beautiful mountain restaurant with a large parking lot, easily accessible by car, outdoor seating area with a beautiful view of Lake Biel and its surroundings. Good home-style food and fine fondue are also good in summer. There is a small playground for children and a farm with animals nearby. Beautiful hiking trails for young and old. Service is friendly and helpful and a visit is worth it.
