An excellent safe place! The Café de l’Église is the perfect place to spend a good evening in Paris, a more than pleasant atmosphere in a neat and thoughtful atmosphere. The value for money is very good given the superior quality of their products. And finally the place is run by simply perfect staff, who take care of you all evening and are infectiously friendly! Thanks to Fifi for this wonderful evening 🫶🏻. I highly recommend this place, for my part I plan to come back quickly!

Warm and friendly place. Gourmet and good brunch for €25. Very helpful and friendly staff. 2 downsides: placed in front of the door, we were very cold and the savory plate was brought too quickly with the pastries. We ate cold. Delaying by 5 minutes would be perfect.

ATTENTION: AN INSULTANT AND VERY HOSTILE MANAGER I showed up on the evening of Monday March 4 at this establishment with my girlfriend, we ordered food and drinks. At the end of the meal we exchanged a few modest hugs and kisses in our corner, then what seems to be the person in charge couldn't stand it. She had straightened hair, dyed purple (if it's not a wig), in her forties, and asked us with a lot of animosity, and spasms in her voice, to stop this behavior which she found scandalous. And to insult us, she offered to put us in a box if we wanted to kiss! I also agree with the opinion of Caupeil Elvire who thinks that this manager is crazy. See also the other comments which confirm the hostility and mental disturbance of this woman. A person behind the counter who introduced himself as his son came to his defense without debate. He immediately became agitated and physically violent. He grabbed my hand violently and twisted my fingers. So flee this place, if you do not want to have to deal with this person, who imposes his sharia on you and makes you bear the burden of his mental disorders. You will have a better time in up-to-date places, which do not go above French laws.

Great little corner cafe/bistro. We had their vegetable board (roasted eggplant, peppers, etc), hummus - it really is made with love,and some local beer. Staff was nice and helpful. Good vegetarian option for a night off meat! Open late and close to many hotels.

We took the board from the church: a shame, ham slices folded in 2 very poor quality out of the plastic, half an avocado cut in 2 unseasoned, sausages in very thin slices, hummus which is not homemade, 3 leaves salad with a few slices of carrot, 4 pieces of cheese, bread not fresh, 25.00€ ????, it was not good, unsmiling service, chardonnay wine not fresh, we won't come back that's for sure. Try for dessert: caramel French toast and mini mini vanilla ball, caramel no taste straight out of a poor quality container, yuck, yuck. Flee everyone.

We found this Café through a friend of ours. She said the owner was really lovely and the food and drinks were delicious. So we went here for coffees and hot chocolates. We sat in the outside area and were served by the friendly staff. The coffees and hot chocolates tasted delicious so we decided to order the dish of the day (Toast with chorizo and gorgonzola). The Toast was incredible !! The owner even recognised our friend from the last time, so she came over to us and had a really nice chat with us! We love her (the owner) so much, she is so lovely. Definitely a big big recommendation!! They also serve really good breakfast and have a bar for drinks in the evening! (You can also pay with card) We will definitely come again!

We chanced upon this restaurant while looking for a place for French cuisine near our hotel. We had the best meal throughout our trip in Paris here. The food was served nice and hot. The portion was huge and generous too. We ordered french onion soup, escargot, duck confit and mac & cheese with beef. Special mention to the staff who served us this evening, both the lady and the gentlemen were friendly and polite. They were very observant and paid attention to us, ensuring that we finish our entree before serving us with our mains. We had a great time here!

For three years we have been coming with our choir group every week in the evening after our rehearsal. Everything is great, the food, the atmosphere, the decor... But the main reason why we have been coming back every week for three years is a magician called Founé, and her entire team. Each time, we are welcomed like queens, with excellent service. It's rare ! Thank you Founé and thank you the whole team!

Café with a very friendly style and musical atmosphere. The full breakfast is very good value for money. The coffee is excellent, the orange juice is pressed on site and the jam served with the toast is homemade, which is worth highlighting.

Came by chance and really very very satisfied. The cheeseburger is good and very filling The sea bass fillet with the prepared vegetables is incredibly good and tasty!! Rarely eaten so good. The same goes for the chocolate fondant, a real delight. All this for a reasonable price. Well done to the chef!!

We come more and more with friends. The atmosphere is cool and calm, the servers are super pleasant and very chill. The food is delicious (special mention to the sweet potato fries and their incredible sauce). The music is not too loud, the place is not noisy. The prices are completely correct. Good cocktails, very nice menu! Thank you for the warm welcome every time. We will come back, obviously.

Top tent. My bag was stolen from the terrace and the waiter ran with me after the thief (successfully). For the rest of the evening they watched me closely and pampered me. As a many time American in Paris, I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was fantastic, the staff pleasant and professional, and the ambiance was perfect. We were a party of 8 with about half out party first time visitors to France. We were each able to find a meal to enjoy and the English menus they offered were definitely appreciated. A must visit when we return to the City of Lights. p.s. Service was only a bit slow because of our large party and the filled-to-capacity timing.

Because the Thalys was significantly delayed and it was a beautiful spring day, I went to a cozy and good terrace to enjoy the long train adventure. Purely intuitively, I decided to try my luck here and it turned out very well this time. It was surprisingly neat and welcoming, especially inside. And so close to Gare du Nord! The manager/owner walked around as a warm hostess and kept a close eye on everything. She also greeted people from the neighborhood, which was really nice to see. And just to be safe, I ordered a chicken salad and it turned out to be a surprising variation on what you usually get. I really enjoyed that. I went to this restaurant in the afternoon to eat a small salad on the terrace, the waiter, more impolite, does not exist and in terms of professionalism I have seen better No hello, I had to ask for them to come take the order, it was cold throughout the meal, no "thank you" or even a smile or anything, I had a dessert for chocolate fondant, the ice cream was already a little melted, the fondant was broken, and he gave me a large spoon to eat this dessert that we eat all the time with a small spoon. The glasses, disgusting, dusty, I don't even know how I got to drink from them, To pay, I ask not to receive the ticket, the waiter doesn't even take the time to listen to me and gives it back to me 3 seconds later, and will leave without even saying goodbye or giving a mini sign, The food wasn't bad, I had a very good salad and the place is nice, but the waiter really wasn't a good waiter.

Went for a late dinner/snack. Sat outside and the location was wonderful to sit and relax and enjoy a meal. Service was prompt. They let us order although the kitchen was closing. Had the duck confit and chicken strip with Collin sauce. Both dishes were excellent and cooked well. Nice place to end an evening!

We came as a family of 4 to have breakfast. Already, the waiter will not give you time to choose what to eat since he takes the menu out of your hands. You will then have to remember what is written on the card. Then, the coffee won't be that long, and when we ask for it to be longer, they bring you hot water that they will pour over you. They make you pass your dishes over other tables, well yes, no time to go around, it’s a waste of time… In short, I don't advise you to go there. I hope the restaurant reads the reviews and sees this one.

Paris - Culinary enjoyment in LaFayette 🇫🇷 Discovered it while walking by in the morning, tried it out in the evening and wasn't disappointed. In addition to the obligatory Saint-Germain spritz, we decided on a 'Planche de l'Eglise' - a platter consisting of: Comté and St Nectaire cheese, crispy mozzarella as well as hummus, French salami, cooked ham, a salad with rocket and Sweet potato fries. This great, sumptuous starter (for two) was topped with stunningly delicious Tataki tuna. The ambience and service was also excellent! Clear recommendation.

We have been to L' Atelier des foeurs for 3 days in a row that we wanted to try this one right across it. Unfortunately coffee was a lot less tasty so we didn't even try the food and left to go back to the same cafe. These two cafes are owned by the same owner but it's different
