A must in Crans-Montana! Thanks to Caroline for her welcome and her attentive approach to her customers. Varied and very fine dishes.

First class food! We had the lamb shoulder and the entrecote and new was outstanding! But that also has its price. Worth it as something special. Addition: Not a criticism, just for information: pizza like the old mill used to serve is no longer available here.

We organized a dinner with an aperitif for a group of 39 people at a seminar in Crans Montana, we left delighted with the restaurant. The service is impeccable and the food excellent and original. Caroline and the team took great care of this beautiful evening, I highly recommend! Thanks everyone!

Rarely have I encountered such attentive and considerate staff, anticipating our needs without ever being intrusive, thus helping to create a most pleasant experience. As for the food, it was simply sublime. Each dish served was a perfect blend of flavors, presented in an elegant and refined manner. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the chef's skill in transforming them into culinary works of art was impressive. From starter to dessert, every bite was a pure delight. In summary, my visit to this restaurant was a real gastronomic revelation. Magnificent welcome, very good cocktail. The Tartar with Truffle oil is very good. For the wine we decided to get advice, here too we are not disappointed. To finish, for dessert I had a Tiramisu (favorite dessert) and also very good.

I returned to dine at the Casy after several months absence and found an expanded venue with new lounge bar area. I always loved the food and service here, but must admit that everything has improved. Caroline always made everyone feel welcome and this time was no exception warm and attentive. The food was perfect in creativity, execution and taste. I’m not usually a fan of fusion food because it’s rarely done well, but this is one of the rare exceptions where it works wonders. The service team was also faultless. Friendly, professional and even as they were run off their feet, not a single mistake despite the multiple requests and everyone remained professional at all times. It’s great to see a fantastic place in Switzerland that is excellent value for the region and superbe food. Great job! Keep it up. I look forward to returning as often as possible.

Bravo and bravo again, everything I love and appreciate in a restaurant. As soon as we arrive, we welcome you and you are invited to leave your jacket in the cloakroom. A friendly, helpful and discreet staff will accompany you. A boss who asks about your comfort and experience. A refined, tasty and perfectly balanced cuisine.... What more can I say... No false notes, a great experience... Thank you very much and see you soon I want to tell you that this was the 5th or 6th time that I came there.

We were happy to visit the restaurant in December 2023 and were given a friendly welcome and the food was really very good. Ms. Ogi looked after us very well. The tartare was very well prepared and our wishes were taken into account. We recommend.

Dear Caroline and CASY team, Many thanks for your warm message and the opportunity to share my comments. I appreciate your openness and desire for improvement that shines through. Here are my comments for possible improvements: It would be nice if the dishes were not served directly on the bare table, but perhaps on an attractive coaster or with decorative placement. The pizza I ordered had a rather hard crust. A lighter and crisper consistency would definitely improve the taste experience. The tea I tasted was very good. However, I would love to have a wider selection of tea varieties to better satisfy my preferences. During the tea tasting, I was also offered a pastry. Rather than a torn-off piece of cake that looks like it's been tried before, it would be nicer to receive a more appealing topping. This could be, for example, a whole cupcake, a cookie or even a bar of chocolate. I hope my comments are helpful to you and I look forward to an improved experience during my next visit to CASY. Great welcome, from the owner to the waiters, everyone takes great care. Well spaced tables, beautiful lighting for a cozy and cool atmosphere at the same time Top-of-the-range cuisine, perfectly cooked and tender steak with a superb café de Paris sauce and a rutabaga puree which accompanies perfectly - even the fries were top notch :) It's always full and we understood why, well done!

we ate there last Friday, the stale entrecote was really excellent, and the staff were also very attentive. the tiramisu was good, nothing more. on the other hand, just a shame the toilets are not very practical

Very nice restaurant in the heart of Montana. Modern furnishings, friendly service and very good food. All dishes are freshly prepared. I deducted one star because I think it's a shame that the beautiful plates are served directly on the bare table. It doesn't have to be a fabric tablecloth, a nice placemat would be enough. Otherwise I can highly recommend the restaurant. An early reservation is necessary.

We have been coming to Crans Montana for over forty years and this was the best dinner we’ve had by far. The food is exceptional, with a nice variety of dishes and flavors, the presentation is beautiful and the portions generous. Everyone loved each bite, and if we had to pick our favorites, we’d say the veal burger, the gazpacho, the pizza, the tartare, and all the desserts :) Moreover the ambiance is perfect: the restaurant itself is understated and elegant while also being comfortable and warm. Last but not least, the staff and service are top notch. A shout out to Lucie who took great care of our party of six, and the owner, Caroline, who works the whole place effortlessly and made us feel very well cared for. We highly recommend CASY and will certainly be back!

We went to eat at this restaurant on a Saturday evening as a couple. We wanted to book during the day, but the restaurant was already full. My boyfriend left his phone number and we were able to take advantage of the kindness of the manager who called us back at the end of the day to let us know that a table had become available. The restaurant is very well decorated, modern and clean! The service is impeccable. We ate very well there. Portions could be a little larger for meats. I ordered the cockerel which was superb and my boyfriend had the entrecôte. Their sauce is to die for! In terms of atmosphere, the restaurant is quite noisy, but there were a lot of people. We were served quickly and without any missteps. I had a superb evening, concluded with a beautiful gourmet dessert. The prices are a little high, mainly for the quantity of the plate. But the service and welcome, perfect! I recommend and will return!

Some of the best that Crans-Montana has to offer in terms of cuisine! In addition, a very professional and friendly service accompanies the evening. All guests are welcome and you can feel this from the greeting to the farewell - very personal and honest hospitality. You feel completely comfortable. A visit can only be recommended!

Magnificent restaurant and especially since its renovation. The setting is very pleasant and we are well seated. The cuisine is varied and very tasty. The service is warm and energetic. Italian cuisine is in the spotlight and well valued.

We were 6 adults and 3 kids who enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Casy. From the moment we entered, we were warmly greeted by a team member who took our coats and showed us to our table. We were given a nice table big enough to fit everyone and to be completely at ease. The menu is not too "eccentric " but different enough to stand out from the other local restaurants. Amongst our order, we had the veal burger, which was divine, the pork, which was super tender, and the silky "mash potato." For desert, if you weren't too hungry, you could choose a "café/thé gourmand," which comes accompanied by little homemade pastries....so worth it!! I had the tiramisu, delicious :-) Caroline (the owner) came to check on us every now and then to see how we were doing, and the entire team was attentive throughout the service. A highly recommended place to enjoy good food and amazing service. Can't wait to go back again soon! Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful lunch.

So they were getting bigger before new year , so nice ! Bravo ! So we dropped in lunch time to have a small taste....not regretting. We had nice tartar beef with truffels parfum . Very nice red Cornalin. It was great de stress nicely served .pitty service is imperfect, far behind food and management. 11 months ago ::::: Not easy make a takeaway but they do it.nicely packed , nicely presented,hamburger of good quality,pizza well above others.Bravo !!! Just...small details , less salt would be appreciated....was fully booked ,otherwise nicely fresh decorated dining room,very nice .

We were warmly welcomed by the kind blonde lady who immediately found us a table, even though we hadn't booked. We ate some great pizzas and burgers, with freshly baked bread. The service was fast and we appreciated the bread and butter offered as a starter. Prices, although average for Swiss mountain resorts, are still a little high. However, the restaurant offers free Wi-Fi, which is always a plus. In general, I recommend the CaSy restaurant for a lunch in the mountains

It was a very busy Saturday evening and we managed to get a spot without a reservation...luckily! I couldn't have imagined a better birthday meal. The food, the drinks, the service... simply brilliant. As vegetarians, we had a great selection. Thank you for that. If we were to come from nearby, this would be our local pub.

I spotted this restaurant in August but didn't manage to go there because it was already full for the evening. This time, at the end of October, it’s done! Simply a perfect experience from start to finish of the meal. Careful decoration, smiling and attentive service, elaborate dishes, well seasoned (special mention to the mushroom & egg starter and the deer medallion). We didn't have dessert this time but we won't miss it next time. All the guests were delighted. Note that we came with a baby in the evening and we were made to feel very welcome!
