Restaurant City Hotel in Ingenbohl

Disastrous service if it were possible I would give zero stars. Was here twice now for coffee and each time it was the same, the service staff didn't say hello and instead of serving the guests, the breakfast buffet was cleared by two people. Service only came after we asked if we could order something. We also had to complain because not all the drinks came. You can only pay when you go to the checkout yourself.

The boss, if it was him, was unfortunately very unfriendly and arrogant. I wasn't allowed to visit the hotel, but I won't be anymore.

Tip top absolutely worth visiting. Warm rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, abundant breakfast. Very kind and friendly owner. If necessary, I will return to sleep in this hotel again.

A wonderful evening with first-class music, great food and great service?

This is a place worth staying if you get a discount. The lobby is very noisy with Asians and Chinese eating noodles, but the accommodation is very quiet and there is good hot water.

Die Karte hatte keine Linie: von indisch zu schweizerisch zu italienisch zu asiatisch ... Das Personal sprach hinter der Abtrennung über Gäste, war aber vordergründig sehr freundlich. Die Stühle waren total durchgesessen bzw die Rücklehnen verbraucht. Ganz spannend war auch, dass die Gläser, die man nicht benutzte stehenblieben (Weingläser) und die eigentliche Getränke einfach irgendwo am Tisch hingestellt wurden. Das Essen war nicht gut, zB Bohnen im gemischten Salat waren total wässrig, dafür war sie Säure von der Dose gut abgespült worden ... die Teller waren zudem dreckig und hinterliessen Ränder auf der Tischdecke. Auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert!
