This has the most delicious and interesting food I have had in Switzerland. The chef combines interesting ingredients to make dishes that are fantastic. Unexpected in a brewery restaurant. Highly recommend.

Very friendly service. We tried our Austrian version of French, but then switched to English. The soup was perfect after -10°C on the Simplon pass. And the double burger gave back energy.

The meter is rude and brought food that was different from what we ordered. We showed the photo and watched our dish go to another table. The type of place that doesn't understand the concept of “Customer experience”. Expensive for what it is!

I frequently go to your brewery to savor your beers, which offer a taste bouquet and a flavor that is particularly distinctive from each other. Some have exquisite aromatic notes but the most appreciable in my opinion remains the classic cellar beer which is distinguished by its somewhat cloudy appearance. It offers a deep taste dimension making each tasting unique and unforgettable. All its drinks emanating from your artisanal know-how enhance the simple consumption of beer. The rest of the meal is excellent, respecting the classic brasserie meals (homemade burger, homemade tartare, etc.)

Very good restaurant. We ate really well. The tartare were excellent as were the homemade fries. The service is top notch and they are on point for allergies. One person was allergic to gluten and they adapted the dishes.

Everything is incredible. The cuisine is worthy of a gourmet. The service at the top!! The icing on the cake is the good humor of Marie Jess Nancy and the chefs in the kitchen... I recommend without moderation!!

Very good restaurant! Brasserie dishes brought up to date with a touch of modernity and sometimes daring. The proximity of the Valais brewery will allow you to taste the local beer, particularly that of the cellar or the Alpinste. A delight!

Everything was perfect, the meal was excellent, the service very professional and adapted to its audience, the wine, the digestive, the coffee, in short everything was fine. But the small downside came at the end. When during the 4-figure bill not even a coffee was offered... a small gesture that would have pleased everyone and which would have made many others want to have a birthday there. Thanks anyway, but something to think about next time...

It’s really a very good restaurant that you absolutely must discover. Warm welcome, dynamic and smiling team. Inventive and tasty cuisine in an industrial-style setting. We ate the game there for the 5th time and the venison medallions in a spent grain crust are always excellent. Special mention for the deer stew which is an absolute must-try. The plates are very beautiful and plentiful.

Just like their beers, "simple but exceptionally executed" describes the cuisine well. Friendly staff, tasty food, freshest beer.

The restaurant is not exactly in the center, but within walking distance. It is modernly furnished and of course offers not only good beer but also various typical dishes. The burgers were good, as were the salads and the eclair with salmon. We had a cozy evening outside in a large group and were well looked after.

The food-beer pairing proposed on the menu is interesting. If the tap room is open (Thursday-Saturday) possibility to taste limited edition beers available only on site! ....and let's face it, the beer produced by the Valaisanne brasserie, in addition to offering a good choice for all tastes, is really GOOD!!! Surely when you come to Valais, this becomes an obligatory stop!!!!

Fantastic, from the welcome to the dessert, nothing to complain about. we started with an aperitif on the terrace with a beer of their own making (a change from commercial beers without flavors) Top meal we had the burger and the fillet of beef in a spent grain crust WWWAAAAOOOHHHHHHHHH the fillet is just magical. Thank you for this party I will come back and recommend this establishment without hesitation

We received a friendly welcome and drank a regional beer outside. The view of the vineyards is very nice and the road is not disturbing at all. We went inside to eat. The furnishings are very nice and everything is harmonious. Unfortunately, you don't even notice this from the outside. The food and the Valais wine were excellent! The service was also courteous. We'd love to come back!

After a walk at the Bisse du Torrent Neuf in Savièse, we stopped there to eat an ice cream. The waitress spontaneously offered us carafes of cold water, very appreciated in this heat and what is rare, free! Very friendly and welcoming staff!
