I have been to this restaurant twice and I will return with great pleasure. The food is exceptional, all dishes are treated with attention and the Vegetarian option is very well thought out. The manager is sweet and so welcoming, she also has a gift for creating all kinds of drinks herself like creating a toast lemonade. From the warm welcome to the phenomenal food to the farewell… simply brilliant. What Fiona and Christian conjured up with their team blew us away, as beautiful, creative and extremely tasty the courses were, from the amuse-bouche to the friandises. Pure fireworks, Fiona and Christian Aebi are very focused yet friendly and they deliver joy to the table! It was amazing; we were really impressed by their philosophy (green michelin star!) and of course the food. Also the waiters are doing a fabulous job while always smiling.

A regular and lover of this type of establishment, I left surprised by the fact that the chef, who came several times to greet the other guests, did not even take the time to also greet us and ask if it suited us, as he did with all the other guests.. First time that I have experienced this kind of discomfort in an establishment that aims to be of a high standard.. Too bad because the food is up to par.. For this reason I cannot give a higher rating..

A splendid cuisine, each dish focused mainly on a product, presented in an interesting way, perfect seasoning, and explosion in the mouth. Surprise and delicacy, everything you ask for. However, we fully devoted ourselves to the wonderful evening, which was filled with fantastic hosts, incredibly great dishes - salty and sweet sins -, great wines and a pleasant atmosphere. Restaurant du Bourg; a wonderful old building with various dining rooms on 2 floors. There are the classic tapas or a surprise menu - we chose the latter. The food was good, the seavice was okay, the price/performance was OK.

The tomato bread is also not like that commonly eaten in Barcelona, ​​but the result is rather original and good. Rather expensive if you follow the recommendation of "3 to 5 tapas per person". Disappointed by the quality of the dishes... We ordered ham and baccalau croquettes in addition to other starters (transparent slices of various chorizos, Iberian ham, etc.) however we are wondering if these were not croquettes with cream only🤔 The tartare had no taste and the meat was returned because it was requested well cooked (pregnant woman up to the eyes) received rare with the exterior cooked (Meat cooked in a very hot pan therefore cooked on the exterior only) Price: 223.- for 3 people... Really disappointed and the cook did not show up despite the comments...
